fixez.com Review
The Scam Detector website Validator gives fixez.com a medium trust score on the platform: 60.9. It signals that the business can best be defined by the following tags: Active. Medium-Risk.. We are confident about our score as we also partner with other high-tech, fraud-prevention companies that found the same issues. So, why this low score? We came up with the 60.9 score based on 53 aggregated factors relevant to fixez.com's industry. The algorithm detected high-risk activity related to phishing, spamming, and other factors noted in the Active. Medium-Risk. tags above. Long story short, we still see some red flags with this website. But let's explain in more detail.
Explaining Our Analytical Approach
We've displayed some important information within the Company Details section above, each deserving more explanation:
- Proximity to Suspicious Websites
- Threat Profile
- Phishing Profile
- Malware Score
- Spam Score
- Domain Blacklist Status
- HTTPS connection
- Domain Creation Date
While some are self-explanatory concerning fixez.com, let's dive deeper into the remaining ones.
Proximity to Potentially Harmful Websites
This metric gauges the connection, scored on a scale of 1 to 100, between fixez.com and websites marked as suspicious. Elevated scores point to a stronger link with these questionable online destinations. It's worth noting that website owners might not always be aware of their site's proximity to these dubious platforms or servers. However, a "Proximity to Suspicious Websites" score surpassing 80 strongly indicates a high-risk website, while a score below 30 signifies a less-threatening site.
Risk Factors: Threat, Phishing, Malware, and Spam
These indicators reveal the vulnerabilities and elements embedded within the HTML code of fixez.com. They become especially pertinent if the website has received reports from internet users who've encountered unsolicited emails, ads, or messages related to the site. In the context of fixez.com, our investigation continues working to pinpoint the specific category, but we welcome your insights in the comments below. A high Malware score generally implies the presence of suspicious code that might be unknowingly disseminated. Conversely, a high Spam score hints at a possibly spam-ridden email address associated with the business. Scores under 30 in both categories are reassuring, but any score surpassing this threshold should raise concerns. fixez.com is a problematic website, given all the risk factors and data numbers analyzed in this in-depth review. Share your experience in the comments.
Domain Blacklisting Status
This term indicates whether fixez.com has landed on any online directories' blacklists and earned a suspicious tag.
Assessing HTTPS Connectivity
This section provides insight into whether fixez.com boasts an 's' at the end of the 'HTTP' protocol listed in your browser's address bar. If the tab displays in green, consider it a positive sign.
Safe Check
We want our trust scores and reviews to be as accurate as possible so that you can protect yourself from online fraud. Our algorithm aggregates factors that efficiently analyze a company's website, in this case, fixez.com.

“BS Company, Avoid at All Costs”
Ordered a battery from them and though it was defective, I was only refunded half of the price I paid. I also had to pay for my own return label. This company shouldn't be considered legit. Tip for consumers:Avoid at all cost Products used:Phone battery Service Value Shipping Returns Quality
“Low quality and bad service”
Bought a replacement phone screen, and we're talking within the same minute of installing the new screen it broke easier than a tortilla chip. That is no exaggeration either. Contacted customer support who obviously said too bad so sad. Literally just flushing my money down the toilet would have been money well spent by comparison. Will never buy from them again. Tip for consumers:Don't buy from here if it's something you want to last. Products used:OnePlus 3t replacement screen Service Value Shipping Returns Quality
“No accountability for damaged products”
Had a phone screen for a Moto G8 Power sent over that didn't turn on. Of course, I found that out after the install was completed by a certified retailer. Now they won't accept it returned because it needs to be sent back in new condition, which I told them was impossible to do since it needed to be removed from my phone. So I'm stuck with a defective piece of glass and ribbon cable that I paid $50 for and no way to recoup my costs and my phone repair job just ended up costing as much as my phone. Tip for consumers:Be careful what you order! Products used:Moto G8 Power Phone Screen Service Value Shipping Returns Quality
“Good and Bad”
I ordered two screen protectors for my new iPhone SEs and 1 for my iPad air. All three came well packed and unharmed. I installed the iPad protector and it was great. Good price and intact arrival However, I ended up with the iPhone SE (from 2016). Their customer support is email only and very insensitive to their clients. If you have any problems with your order, may God have mercy on your soul. Tip for consumers:Make ABSOLUTELY Certain you have EXACTLY the right part because you DO NOT want to have to talk to them for anything you might need. You will pay the shipping for your returns (according to other reviewers). I just chalked my experience up to an 8 dollar and change lesson, which was cheaper than shipping it back and paying for a replacement. Products used:iPan Air Tempered Glass Screen Protector Value Shipping Returns Quality
“Five starts!”
Five stars aren't enough! This seller offers a superb selection of cellphone parts at competitive prices. I recently purchased a replacement part, and not only was the ordering process seamless, but the product arrived in perfect condition. Highly recommended Service Value Shipping Returns Quality
“Scam Artists, Faulty Products”
They send you faulty or broken products, then require you to pay the return shipping on it. Absolute scam and I'm not the only review having this happen. Did a chargeback to get my money back from the rude, unintelligent staff. Tip for consumers:Don’t, buy elsewhere. Don’t support these scammers. Products used:None, all were defective. Service Value Shipping Returns Quality
“Horrifying business practice.”
A few months ago I ordered an iPhone XR screen hoping to repair it myself so I purchased a nice one from Fixez.com. I received the product and installed it, upon turning on the device I noticed that there was a pressure mark in the screen. I removed the screen and processed a return, paid for shipping, and sent the screen back hoping for a replacement. I heard nothing back so after a week I called them (they rarely answer the phone) to inquire about my screen that I needed replaced as they had sent me a burned unit. The answer I got was that upon inspecting the screen they refuse the return because they don't believe they can sell bad units. Many calls and complaints later still no resolution. They took my money, sent me a broken part, and refused to replace it. This is as good as theft to me. If you care about good business practice and a responsible company, this isn't it. Do not buy anything from them. Service Value Shipping Returns Quality
“They r just scam company”
I paid them 350$, i have all the tracking numbers and all these, but my package never arrived, when i tracked it, it said out for shipping for 8 days, i called them asked them they said it is not their business, they wont sent any replacement for me and just hang up the phone Definitely stay away guys, definitely, i swear no bigger scam than fixez
“Very bad policy”
This company is one of those who their interest is make money no matter what. I make a purchase on September 9 I did review many times the item cuz I wanted to be sure gets the right parts for what I need, they told me that part was ok for what I need, but was wrong. I returned, they make me pay for the return, I paid $5.99 for shipping and on top of that they charge me 3.99 for "restocking fees, which is a robbery, I tried to dealing with them, but they refused to help I'm not recommending make any purchases on that "company"
“Best tech seller”
Quality is paramount, and each component I purchased lived up to its promise. Quick delivery and responsive customer service make them my first choice for cellphone parts Service Value Shipping Returns Quality
“Sent used product. Beware”
Ordered a battery that was supposed to be Zero-cycle but was just a used Apple battery with the label wiped off partially. When I called they said they buy thousands of these and that is what they get. Definitely not top quality. I've had good experience with them in the past but don't trust them any more. Buyer beware. They don't stand behind their stuff and just claim the terms are terms and you're out of luck. I have to pay to send it back which means you might be lucky enough to get it when you order!
“Still waiting”
I paid $40 for overnight shipping and was 1 1/2 hours before their flashing "cut off" time. Texted with customer service and they guaranteed delivery. $40! Now they're saying I ordered too late; it will be in the next two days. My fault. They blame me. I would add a photo but I'm still waiting for my screen. Just be honest.
“Poor quality, and does not honor their quality and return policy”
This company claims a strong quality and refund policy, but these are both fraudulent, as they do NOT honor them. In my case: I purchased an LCD screen in July 7,2021 for $86.19. I succesfully installed the screen, and it worked fine for 4 days. (Yet the company claims I damaged it in handling). Then, after 4 days, a purple spot appeared on the screen, and the spot continued growing ever after, so I ordered another screen from Fixez.com (since this was my only phone) to replace it with. Again, installation was successful. But again, after a few days, many purple spots appeared (much more than the first screen). At this point, I lost faith in their quality, and ordered a third screen from a different supplier. That screen has been working perfectly for about a month now, so obviously I know how to install screens without damaging them. And obviously the quality is much better than the 2 screen I bought from Fixez.com. Fixez refused a refund based on false claims of damage upon installation. They never sent any evidence of such. Unless you have money to throw away on defective products, I strongly advise against Fixez.com Tip for consumers:Unless you have money to throw away on defective products, I strongly advise against Fixez.com. They do NOT honor their return policy. Products used:LCD screen, USB port assembly, back cover adhesive. Service Value Shipping Returns Quality
“Product worked as promised- Shipping was slow and spendy”
Product was as described so 5 stars there. Ordered it on a Saturday but didn't get it until Thursday. Given this is a phone replacement part in an Amazon 2 day shipping world, $7 for shipping that takes 5 days is ridiculous.
“Oneplus 3t screen replacement”
Quality part, helpful instruction video, timely delivery. What more could I ask for? The screen is working perfectly and I'm really impressed with the service I'm getting from this place. I've been buying parts for phones from here for over 5 years now and I've never had an issue. Very impressed
“Beware of this Company”
This company might be great, but good luck if you get a faulty/damaged item. My first, and last time, I used them I received an iPad screen replacement with a faulty digitizer. Although the item was received from them faulty, I am responsible for shipping costs back to them? I will never use this site again and I warn anyone looking at buying from them. When you have to pay $30+ to send a faulty item back to them for an exchange, their prices are no longer competitive.
“Bad customer service, Buyers beware, the worse”
If i could give a 0 star i would. Placed an order to extremely long to arrive, which was okay considering the situation, device came in defective. I had to pay to send the device back which should be covered considering it did not work as advertised, then they tell me that the item arrived with the screen smashed when I sent them the device in perfect condition as pictures are required before getting an RMA and then denied me a refund or an exchange, I asked for a manger and got the same email forwarded back to me. Customer support is awful and the agents sound like they do not care, I have spoken to over 3 people. Customer service is not guaranteed and I have never had such an awful experience in my enter life.
“Didn't get complete order and what I got quit working within 24 hours”
I had to buy a new screen/digitizer for my phone. I needed it badly so I paid more than what the product was worth to ship overnight. Upon getting the package I noticed the adhesive and the tool was not included. I had to pay someone $50 to install and now that it doesn't work I will have to pay another $50 for him to remove the screen so I can send it back which I also have to pay for. Then this company will look at my defective product and hopefully refund my money. Even with all this I am still out of close to $150 for shipping and installation costs and will have to pay $50 once again to have it installed AGAIN. Then let's not forget to add the extra time that I will now be without a working phone. Yeah I'm not happy with this company and should've just took it somewhere local.
“Highly satisfied!”
Reliable and efficient! I'm thrilled with the entire process. The website is user-friendly, prices are fair, and the part arrived ahead of schedule. Quality and service that you can count on Service Value Shipping Returns Quality
“First Timer”
The part arrived pretty quick and was the right part. However, it didn't work how I hoped it would. Being my first time trying to fix a LCD screen for an i pod though, I'm not sure if it was defective when I got it, if I did it wrong, or something else is wrong with the device. Anyways, it was worth the 20 bucks to try fixing it myself. I have resolved the issue by ordering a new i pod. Thanks Fixez!
“Works like a charm”
I had a lot of recent issues arise with my charging port, tried everything like cleaning it, putting the cord a certain way, etc. But instead of sending it in to the company and paying $60+ for a replacement USB I did it myself for $10! Works perfectly and will be fixing my phone whenever it had issues, and if I need parts, Fixez is my go to website :). Happy customer.
“Nice but not smooth”
I'm not a big expert in hardware and computers, but I had slight issues while communicating with the customer support here. I needed to choose a graphics card for my bro as a present for his birthday. Me and agent failed to understand each other at first. Don't know, maybe it was a first-day guy or something, because the rest of the service was just excellent. No problem with a delivery or a part's quality. Thanks, my younger brother is happy playing new games with his top 1660Ti GPU.
“A very reliable and supportive team!”
I needed replacement parts for foreign customers, and I got quality products on time to complete the repair needed! My customers are happy therefore making the relationship between customer technicians and suppliers strong! Thanks for your support Fixez.
“Quick, easy, quality, and inexpensive.”
I recieved my purchase (iphone 6 display and new battery). If you take your time taking the phone apart and putting in the parts correctly, which is all demonstrated in the online video, you'll have a brand new working iphone 6.
“Fast response, quality parts and excellent customer services.”
Fast response, quality parts and excellent customer service. I will be using this company again. Thanks to fixed for the fast service. These guys saved me a bundle of hard earned cash. My recommendations to and for this company.

Top 5 Effective Ways To Spot a Scam Website [VIDEO]
There are many types of fake sites in the online world. We have some good news. Watch the video below to see the 5 effective ways you can spot a fraudulent website in 2024:
How To Remove Your Information From the Internet
Whether you like it or not, unfortunately, the Internet has all your personal information stored. How did that happen? Every time you visit a simple site and accept cookies, consent to their forms, or download an app, unscrupulous data brokers collect not just your phone number, name, AND address. They also sell this to third parties, which creates a $1 billion industry a year. Your collected personal data is used by buyers to send you never-ending spam emails, targeted ads, and, of course, telemarketing calls. Crooks use all your data without remorse.
We can help. Many people have asked us about how to remove your personal information from the Internet. If you want your data deleted entirely from the online world, contact our official partners at Incogni immediately. This legitimate data privacy tool works on your behalf to officially require a ton of online brokers to remove your data.
