Fact that they put hand written thank you on a small order summarizes the care that is being put into the business. Standard shipping package was delivered next day, we will definitely be using again!

Order has been package and send after half an hour since placed. Also, because I had quite a big order they put an extra pre workout for free!!! Anything for free is a great bonus, they didn’t have to but I appreciate the gesture :) there was a handwritten thank you note on the receipt and everything was so well package, I can tell they care for the order not to get damaged during shipment. I had issues with that before from different supplements shops, so nice to see they care about that. Order came the next day and honestly they made such a positive impression. This is my go to shop now, but pretty please- make sure you are fully stocked and bring more options of BCAA rather than just one. My only wish!

Ordered for the first time with them, and really happy with whole experience. Prices are really good, you can find something on offer, decent selection of products and most importantly they support trusted and regulated brands, with proven record, no shady small back street 'brands' to be found here, which earns them high marks.

My favorite place to get fit foods! I love FitCookie as it provides really good supplements and fitness foods. What I especially appreciate is that the fit products and foods there do not have added sugar (unlike seemingly fitness food from other shops). The variety is larrge, the shipment is quick.

It's great that there are products not only for people who go to the gym, but also a large selection of vitamins, supplements to improve health, hair and skin condition. Did not expected the delivery to come so fast! FruLove as expected, excellent consistency and flavour. I also got choco balls zero sauce. The consistency is bit runny and can taste the no sugar, however, I would still recommend it as of course the zero sauce is not gonna be so sweet and full of sugars like other sauces. If you are dieting, it is the perfect and much healthier zero cal alternative. The price is very good and not expensive at all, comparing FruLove 1kg from eBay, which costs £14..., and also the zero sauce 500ml comparing to other brands, which sell 280ml for twice as much...FitCookie also added a sachet of Bolero powder drink to my order and that made me actually happy, especially that I always wanted to try it. Excellent company, the free small gift inside - great idea. Now I also have the opportunity to try the Bolero, without placing an order first, so I can actually decide if I want to order more, rather than spending money and regretting it, in case I would not like it. Will be placing permanent orders from now on!

Parcel turn up on my doorstep with powder spread around the box and inside pack of protein was ripped and all over rest of the iteam , pictures were taken and sent to sales... - no response , send again same no response , ignored..This was my first and last experience with this company - my loos as whole protein powder was damaged inside- I'm 100% convinced that open product/ripped -damaged powder was still packed inside my order and sent to me...SHOCKING!Will definately tell all my customers to AVOID their website , as there is no Response , lack of communication and loose of money too..

As per usual an excellent service!Absolutely love this shop as it's the only one who has such a huge range of my favourite products from my favourite company. Can't find them anywhere else in those prices. Plus the staff is really nice and I got a little gift in my parcel with this order. That little peanut paste pocket made my day! And somehow you managed to get my favourite flavour too (do you have some kind of oracle in a warehouse? :P)!! Shame those peanut paste pockets are not sold in your physical stores as I went to grab more (awesome treat/snack for work tbh). May be something to consider implementing in the future?Btw, thanks for the leaflet with list of physical stores in UK, I didn't even realise I had one few miles away :)

I loved the experience of shopping with Fit Cookie. It has a wide variety of sugar free treats approved by my coach and supplements. The delivery is quick. I also shopped for some soon to expire items with a nice discount.

Experience is key and Anita at FitCookie Reading has it all. She is quite knowledgeable, made me a mind-blowing diet and nutrition regime!! Even my energy levels have restored solid improvement overall. Hope I consult her again for advice I am planning to stack post workout supplements and shakes for anabolic effect. FitCookie, the topdog in supplements each time I visit it has been a fabulous experience!

A shop that has just what you need. There are no unnecessary items on the shelves. If into health and being responsible for your well being, then on the whole it will be found here. Also you can shop online. They are poor in an online chat, but reliable to respond via e - mail. There is a shop within a fifty mile radius from where you live. Do your HOMEWORK first then go and visit.

Honestly this place has it all. Gabriel (he looks a bit like Dave Batista ngl) has been so helpful and has given me more knowledge on which supplements to take but very helpful with my needs. Will deffo come here again and again and again….

I made an order during the black Friday event and chose a pickup point for the parcel I've ordered. The parcel never arrived, I've also asked for it in a main post office but no one was able to locate the parcel. After contacting the company multiple times we were unable to get to an agreement. There are multiple ways to get in touch with the business but there is no response and the last message from them was on the 5th of December stating that they are looking into this. This is unacceptable as I don't have the parcel nor my money, and it does feel like I've been scammed. Order #79166 (November 25, 2023)
