Is firmoo.com Legit?

Firmoo always has awesome selection of frames at affordable prices. I’ve been ordering glasses from this site for years.

When I thought there was a problem with my order. When I inquired in regard to it the agent revealed the answers that I needed. Super informative and helpful

I ordered glasses several times from Firmoo for the whole family. I'm never disappointed. This time my order arrived even faster. The frames are beautiful and the lenses perfect quality. The price: AMAZING! Little concern, since this products come from China. next year the price may increase depending on the new commercial politics, so hurry up and order now

I was a little concerned about my glasses being delivered on time as I am from Trinidad and Tobago and a friend was bringing them down for me. I reached out to one of your agents I think France was his name and he was very helpful and the order was delivered way ahead of time. I truly appreciate your great service. I have not yet received the order my friend has. Not sure exactly what date I contacted you.

I placed an order for prescription glasses and received in time, but glasses makes me dizzy and my head spins every time i wear it. Reported to customer care but it’s almost over a month and received no response. If that’s the level of customer service then not recommended at all.

Great experience and much cheaper than buying them locally! Super friendly and helpful staff, I had a problem with my first glasses but they sent me another 2 pairs free of charge! Highly recommend firmo!

I have had a very good experience purchasing at Firmoo. My order only arrived after a week or so (UK based)!Sadly, the glasses do not fit so I had to request a refund. :(Customer service team was very helpful and fast in resolving my issue!Will definitely be ordering again at a later time!

Firmoo's Customer Service is impressively good! My delivery has been pushed back for 4 days (so far) because of unforeseen issues in the manufacturing process. They immediately sent me a lengthy email with the information, a friendly apology for the delay and the promise of not only doing their best to rush the finishing of my glasses but also to send some eyewear accessories along with the glasses to make up for the delay. That's how it's done! Communicate the issue promptly, clearly and kindly, show options for how to proceed and make the customer look forward to the delivery even more. Awesome! If my glasses are as good as this customer service exchange, I'll never shop anywhere else for my eyewear! I immediately wrote back thanking them for the mail and told them that I'm understanding and choose to wait patiently for my glasses and thanks so much for adding the accessories! I'm disabled - if I wouldn't understand that unforseen things happen and deadlines sometimes need some flexibility and kind understanding and empathy from the other side, I would have lost the plot completely! I just asked whether it was likely to receive the order before Christmas or between the holidays. Mere hours later I had another reply that was so kind and thoughtful it made me smile brightly! So I figured to let others know of this positive experience even though I can't say anything about the actual glasses yet. I'm so looking forward to them and there's a very good chance that they'll arrive this year still, maybe even just before Christmas, which would be so awesome! I mean, they're rainbow colored and have little stars and a bow in the corners of the glasses! Could it get any better for my Christmas and new year's look?! (Answer: nope! But I do plan to wear them year round, too.) Hope this helps someone thinking about buying from Firmoo.

I ordered multi-focal glasses I am very happy with the glasses, and my vision is excellent. Price us good and delivery was within 3 weeks.Highly recommended.

The glasses look really cute. I have gotten a bunch of compliments on them as well. I was a little unsure because they are a different shape than I normally wear. I will say, they are a little heavy and hurt my nose and ears a little bit, but I’m sure I will get used to that. Like I said, they are a different style than I normally wear.

I've been a customer of Firmoo since 2017. I trust them with my prescription, quality frames, fair prices, and great customer service. I've re-ordered the same frames several times over the past 4 years when my Rx changed and when I needed spare pairs. They're my favorite frames because they're so flattering and chic, and I'm always glad to see they're still in stock! Anytime I've had an issue with my glasses, customer service has been understanding and awesome with their solutions! Their promotions also make it convenient to try different styles, and for me, they act as a reminder that I need to visit my optometrist lol. Also, the last order I placed came sooner than I expected, which I appreciate! Thanks Firmoo!

We purchased a pair of glasses where the lenses didn't work out for us. We were able to put in for another pair and the tech support worked with us in getting the new set. The new ones were fantastic. Will be purchasing from Firmoo again!

On my first order and purchase, I had a great experience. It was much faster to deliver than any other online company I tried from European countries. The only advice I would give is to improve the design of the glasses on offer, which do not differ much from the usual glasses shops. Otherwise excellent service and value for money.
