The company will accept an order then cancel it for no reason. There's no point in ordering through this site
Terrible customer service. Order was done by mistake by my 2 year old son. Emailed immediately after order and they said there was nothing that could be done because the order had been fulfilled but the status didn’t say fulfilled til 5 hours later. I have told my friends about the website because of a positive experience before. But this was bad would never order again and I have told my network of people to stay far far away. I am also disputing the charge on my credit card.
I paid $30 for UPS next-business-day option on a $1600 item I ordered. Due to the short distance, they deliberately shipped it via the cheaper UPS Ground option (knowing full well it would still arrive the next day) just to pocket the $18 difference. Worse, the package was carelessly thrown in front of my door with no signature required. For an item this expensive, you’d expect expedited and secured delivery by default. Well, Think again!When I kindly requested a refund for the upcharge, Kiana (good luck getting her to help) repeatedly denied & dismissed it, saying it didn’t matter as long as the package arrived on time—ignoring that Ground would have done the same. This blatantly violates FTC regulations on deceptive practices (16 CFR § 238.2), which prohibit misrepresenting paid services.I’ve already filed a claim with my credit card company, and for the $18 they unfairly kept on a $1600 purchase, I’ll ensure others know about this shady behavior. Manipulating shipping options and cutting corners will cost them far more in lost customers.
I've been waiting for a package from a Feature order for a few days, which can't be delivered because the customs information wasn't filled in correctly. I paid an exorbitant fee to avoid this problem when the package arrives in my country. Feature doesn't do its job properly, and you pay huge fees to have your parcel held up by customs. I emailed Feature customer service and got no response! Now I have no idea when I will receive my order or if I will ever receive it. This site is to be avoided!11/15/2024 Update : After more than 8 days, I still haven't received a resolution to my problem with Feature and I haven't received my item, so I've opened a dispute with Paypal for a refund. I ordered some shoes I was really fond of and was looking for. After making the purchase, I received a message saying my order was canceled. With no explanation as to why.I contacted support and they said it was canceled because of the fraud department. They instructed me to try again. And of course, when I did, it was already sold out.Such bad website and practice. Would not recommend
I didn’t really feel all in all acknowledged by the staff. Altogether I counted 6 employees and only 2 of them provided an exceptional experience. I do plan on continuing business but I am disappointed with my experience as the Wynn location was always filled with great encounters compared to the Chinatown location.
The shop is clean and organized well. What makes the shopping experience better are the representatives/employees. They had good energy and were very helpful. Overall they contributed toward the cool vibe of the shop.

The reason because the company offer if i place an order with in the hr i will get my shoes ship the next day. 5 days later i havent recieve any email about my shoes being ship. I reach out to the support email about my concern. There rely was due to high volume order being delay. I placed and online order on 9/24, although the website says orders are processed and shipped within two business days, nothing yet on my order and no customer service phone number. I have emailed and I did get a reply that says to wait for an email that says my order has been shipped…I’ve already been waiting for that email for over two weeks. The only reason I’m giving 3 stars is because I ordered something else after and that order was shipped within two days. I’d like a refund for the first order though
My experience shopping in-store and online at FEATURE has always been great. They always have the best shirts, kicks, and accessories I like. Received my order, however, these were gift for my grandson’s birthday so he didn’t get them until last week. Didn’t realize the lace ups don’t go all the way up and for a 6 year old this is tough for them to keep on. Didn’t even think to check the return policy but it’s only something like 15 days! Most have a 30 day! Have emailed to ask for an exception as that is how most companies that give good customer service would do, or even an exchange, no email response whatsoever! I’ll wait a few days and then I’ll add my google reviews and advise never to buy for this company again!
Thank-you to whoever responded to my initial review on here. Because this perfectly illustrates my point. I again emailed customer service about my incorrect sizing of Salehe Bembury Crocs. Both were labeled as size 9, but there is a clear size difference between the two shoes. They told be nothing could be done again. As an online customer, I have no way in verifying the product that I am receiving. Thats on you, the company. How can I ever trust in ordering from you again without the fear of receiving an inadequate product? I simply can not.
I’ve ordered several dunks after I placed my order with Feature…I received all my orders from other companies BUT FEATURE. If you guys don’t change your business practice with shipping, you’re going to ultimately lose a lot of customers and eventually go under. People are spending their hard earned money to purchase these things and the last I checked the payment cleared on my end. BUT I’m still waiting on the product. NEVER AGAIN!

I think the shipping options are misleading. I paid for 2 day shipping and my package came 14 days later. When I asked feature who was going to reimburse me, they told me there was nothing they could do and I needed to contact the shipping company. I did that and the USPS said they don’t guarantee 2 day shipping. Feature should reconcile this. I’d also like to note that when I did reach out to feature they told me there is nothing they could do about it. The response they provided says to reach out and I have done that twice.

I bought the NOCTA Air Force 1s November 25th . Until this day i have NOT received a tracking number nor a response to them giving me atleast site credit matching the order total for their delay / inconvenience. It’s almost Christmas and they still behind on getting people there items . And let’s not speak on their BS REFUND POLICY
