Is factormeals.ca Legit?

The meals are tasty, healthy and nutritious. Getting weekly deliveries is super easy and saves me some precious time. The biggest downside is the packaging. There is more Factor Meals packaging in my recycling bag than anything else combined. And let's be honest, recycling is not really better than trash. I wish they would implement a return system with deposits and reusable containers.

Meals are tasty, but I am having a problem with inconsistent delivery. For something that I rely on and budget for my weekly food consumption, I have had deliveries delayed not just on the day expected but up to two days later. I am waiting for a delivery and now have to decide if I need to buy food today or wait. The delivery information says the shipping label was created, so I have no idea if I will even get this box tomorrow.While I was assured the meals would arrive safe to consume, the problem is when this happens, I now have meals arrive 2 - 3 days after they are prepared and will spoil before I can consume them. This has happened a few times already.Without consistent on-time delivery, and I am not going to force feed myself to use up meals before they spoil because they are late to arrive, this is becoming an unreliable service.

The delivery service actually followed instructions this time. I've had good meals and ok meals but will continue to use te service. The menu is pretty repetitive so I can order the meals I enjoy the most. And experiment with the occasional new item. With the long hours I work I have something I can heat up quickly instead of wasting money on take-out, and have a good variety of healthy meals each evening.

The food is DELICIOUS. I haven't needed to contact customer service but I've heard they're great too. The discount code from my friend is what got me try it but the quality is what has kept me ordering.

Meals are delicious and well portioned. I wish I could afford to do this regularly. I decided to try it for 1 week. Did a 2nd week by accident (subscription services... Gotta love 'em). Unfortunately I can't keep paying for this but damn if I could I would.

Food is great. Portion sizes are just right. Amazing for couples on different work schedules - saves cooking multiple meals at different times. Quick, easy amazing meals.

I've used this type of service previously and Factor actually puts them to shame. I haven't been using it for long enough to talk about variety, but so far I am a satisfied customer.

Loving it so far! I think it's great and is basically cutting my spend in half because to replace this before I used to order Uber Eats or Door Dash and this is half the cost!

Wow. Just had my first meal. It was peanut sauce chicken lime cilantro quinoa bowl. Omg flavor explosion. Delicious perfect size very satisfying. Chicken was like homemade. Sweet potatoes perfect to balance the slight heat of the sauce. I’m loving it. Give a box a try or ask friend for a free coupon box.

Ive received about 3 emails for referring a friend to get discounts… before i even got the first meal in… the meals are super small versus some of the good companies out there like wecook. Also the menu was boring and tasteless… packaging was a 3/10… really nothing went wow with factor. The website is easy to navigate and well done. Oh and i only had it for 2 weeks, 20 meals, we ended up throwing 7 of them in the garbage. (Yes.. it was that bad)

We liked the quality and taste of the meals. Issues that make me want to cancel:1- Unable to set restrictions on meal ingredients (ie. allergies or religious restrictions) If unable to edit before delivery, we receive meals we cannot eat2-No tracking information provided of the delivery3-No ability to change the delivery day

The meals at Factor are incredibly delicious and so easy and fast to make. The issue however, is the delivery. Of my first three boxes, two arrived over 24 hours late and just a degree or two below safe consumption temperatures with the ice entirely melted. The customer service response both times was to send proof of the temperature being under their allowed temp (3 Celsius) and they would issue a PARTIAL refund. I got no refund either time because it was just below this temperature despite the delays and the box being in transit almost 48 hours.

There are many choices for meals that are nutritious,fresh tasting and so convenient for me after work. I enjoy having such a variety to choose from. I've had minimal problems with the deliveries arriving on time and in a safe chilled condition.

So far, I've tried only one box. One of the meals was incredible, the majority was good, one wasn't. The creamy sauces are delicious. The green beans are not cooked enough. Also a heavy hand on the black pepper: people who like it can add it but it cannot be removed. The lesser the better. Also most of the proteins meals are chicken : more variety and more fish will be welcome. I'm willing to try a bit more since the concept of high protein and healthy food is awesome. But without improvement, consediring the price, I'll have to stop.

DO NOT ORDER FROM FACTOR MEALS!! I only ordered three boxes in total, and the second box was delivered a day late, and the third box was never delivered at all !! Additionally, trying to get a refund from Factor is like pulling teeth. You have to argue for ages with them to be able to get a refund as they keep saying the same thing over and over, that the food stays cold for a long time, and try to get out of issuing their customers a refund. I even asked that if I gave them another chance and my box for next week wasn't delivered on my scheduled date again if they could guarantee me a refund as I wouldn't be home the next day and they refused. Clearly they do not have any trust in their own delivery partners FED EX. What is the point of having a scheduled delivery date if they don't deliver on that date? There is no accountability on their end. DO NOT ORDER.

Phenomenal meals at a great pricepoint!! You have to try them! I was so impressed by every meal! And the portions are so generous, I split them in half! Love that they have Protein Plus, Keto and Calorie Wise options!

Well done, as in delicious, well packaged, delivered on time and each is different enough that I look forward to the next.

I really like Factor because I work full time and have a hard time working, planning meals and cooking. While it isn't perfect (being able to filter meals by protein type would make it ideal) I still give it 5 stars because being able to have a variety of food for about what I'm paying a week to eat the same thing over and over is worth having to remember to check my meal choices.

Order my first 8 meals, wasn't sure how it would be. I can tell you my meals came prepared and packaged professionally. All 8 of my meals were delicious, taste fresh, currently eat my last one now why I review. Excited for next week

I decided to try Factor because I just don’t enjoy cooking for myself anymore. I’ve just received my first order and had my first meal. It was yummy and the portion size perfect.
