Is eyezy.com Legit?

Their customer service sucks. When they tried to help me to fix an issue i had in hand when some features wasn't working, the agent tried to intervened & 'help out', cut story short, it became unusable and the agent quickly disappeared after that, close the chat tab and i wasn't able to contact any of them, i clicked back on the chat box, the page told me to 'leave a message? What the...?. No matter what i said or what i do, even when i already follow their agents instructions, they still blame it on the devices, anti virus (when there isn't any), internet connection & etc. It doesn't matter how hard i push to get my money back, they refused. They have a refund policy but they don't honour it.Emailing back and forth with their billing apartment has been frustrating & infuriating. Don't get this, find something else and always be prepared not to get your money back. I wasn't prepared for that hence I tried to push for a refund, hoping they would honour their customer's rights, they never do. I lost usd $381 for something useless.

IT'S A SCAM!! The app doesn't work, and then they make up all kinds of excuses not to honor their refund policy. Even if you follow all their instructions to a T, they still won't issue a refund. It doesn't work. You may be tempted to pay additional but it never works. Even the location. I took the other device with me and the location is still the residential address-it doesn't update.

EyeZy is the same app as MSpy. Same solution, same functionality. Both charge my creditcard several times, with different amounts, without any use or order from me. There is no way to contact them without paying for another service. This is fraud and the solution is not what they say.

Eyezy has falsely advertised that their SMS Tracker enables remote monitoring of text messages. After I asked for help, they offered a workaround of a local sync, which is neither what they advertised, nor what I wanted. Furthermore, I attempted to call their 844 number, but received a voicemail greeting. Afterward, I attempted their "Live Chat" (see air quotes), which only sent an automated ticket to their Zendesk. The response on their Zendesk tickets usually lags by 1-2 days. This is not 24/7 support, as advertised on their site. Lastly, after pointing out what I described above, they refuse to refund my money, citing their refund policy. I have explained how I have met the conditions of their refund policy. They continue to respond with canned messages, citing their refund policy, and still have not refunded my money.Run from this company as fast as you can. Is this really the company you want to use to monitor your child's phone?

Tricksters! Left me for days without a response as to why the product refused to work on my device like they said it would, most of the times I emailed them I wouldn’t get a response till the next day and it wouldn’t even be any useful help or feedback I won’t be recommending this to anyone. I got hold of gwadprol and was able to use their product to view more details and texts from the phone I needed. They were pretty good and responsive on their Instagram. Their means of doing this was much easier and best so far.

I purchased a plan. specifically because it was marketed for snapchat monitoring, paid an additional significant fee for them to install/set up everything, and then was advised after that for snapchat monitoring it was an additional $480 AUD. This was in addition to their software not being installable because it was faulty, and their phone based apps not working. This product is not only useless but the process is long, annoying, and the whole marketing is a scam to get you to pay significant fees on a promise for something more (which I dont even know would work)avoid.

I recently had a very disappointing experience with the Eyezy website. I believe this site operates in a misleading manner and, unfortunately, I have to classify it as a scam. Despite reaching out for a refund, my requests were not honored, and instead, I was met with arbitrary guidelines that seemed completely unreasonable. I strongly urge European users to take action by reporting this site to the relevant authorities, as it also contains misleading advertisements that could deceive others. It's essential to protect ourselves and others from such practices. Plus, I am filing for a chargeback with my bank. There is no way I will accept that 45 euros have been subtracted from my account for no reason

InFeb 2024 I bought the subscription for 95$ and asked them why I could not view social media accounts tracking as promoted by them and to my surprise they said I need to pay 333$ for the social media option. Furthermore, they also had a sneaky way to get us to pay for additional services amounting to 56$. They have a 14 day refund policy and now they are not replying to my refund emails. They respond on trustpilot that they will assist us but I just want a full refund after this terrible experience. They are just terrible. No action on refund yet. SCAMMERS!
