“Glitchy Website”

Terrible experience checking out on the website, Kelly at Customer service was great at helping resolve the issue. Kept having issues landing to the Shipping Page first, then Payment Page next and eventually to make the Payment! Had to spend over 30+ minutes for something that should have taken less than 5 minutes.

“A nice way to shop for eyeglasses.”

I have had pretty good luck ordering eyeglasses through Eyeconic and have several pairs of glasses that I love. Improvements could be made to the experience for me. I do wish there were more frames for small faces and that the Virtual Try-On tool worked better. I prefer the try-on tool that was used with an actual photo several years ago. Occasionally the color of the frame is hard to decipher on the computer and not all colors or frames are available for try-on. Reason I chose this business: My VSP insurance coverage gives me a good discount at Eyeconic.

“Disappointed in the amount of time it took to order and then my order was cancelled”

I ordered my contacts on 12/18 after spending more than an hour trying to navigate issues with the website. I thought my order was complete but apparently for some reason my order was cancelled. Looking back at my email I did see a notice that the prescription was rejected but I have no idea why. If it's just because my name on my insurance is listed as "Mary Resman" and the prescription is listed as "Mary Jo Resman" this seems a pretty rediculous reason to cancel my order. Bottom line, I need my contacts and yours service is not helping me get my prescription filled. If you cancel it again I will take my business elsewhere and won't be back. Reason I chose this business: I chose Eyeconic because it it connected to my insurance and allows me to easily apply my insurance benefit but the poor service does not justify the $20-30 additional I would pay elsewhere without my insurance.

“Easy to find contacts”

The site is simple to use. I wish pricing was available when viewing for easy comparison. Currently, I have to click into the product to see the pricing. I have to back out and go into something else to compare. At first it was difficult to get my VSP insurance info on the site, but after the first time using it, I understood what I had to do. Reason I chose this business: VSP referral

“I like the glasses but customer service needs improvement.”

I needed to return a pair because the blue light reduction lenses had a strange tint to them. Customer service was not very helpful in that process. The glasses and sunglasses I ordered have been great.

“Prices are all made up”

None of the prices shown are even remotely close to the final number when I check out. Even when buying the additional pair, for some reason despite the same exact coverage and same price after insurance, the tax obligation was cheaper. That makes no sense. Additionally, I have to check out each pair separately so it recognizes the insurance benefits, otherwise it tries to charge me full price for the second pair. I wish my insurance benefits were integrated throughout the process so I can make an informed decision and have a more seamless process. However, mine and my husband's prescription are pretty high so having the high index lenses at no additional out of pocket costs is a huge benefit over buying in store. Reason I chose this business: Cheaper high index lenses

“Horrible ordering process apply discount codes without using a third party company.”

As a member that already has my information when I sign in, why should I have to use a third party to apply promo discounts. This process states in its prompt by me giving them my phone number they will be able to send all my info to 300 venders. Just what I need more spam, junk, and trash in my email for products that I don't need or want. You should have been able with the information you have already on file and been provided with through the linking of benefits to verify that I can use a 10% promo code discount. Reason I chose this business: Yearly Benefits

“Efficient shopping process with decent product selection.”

This is a very efficient way to purchase eyewear. While the selection of frames is adequate, it could be better. I've purchased eyewear from Eyeconic the past several years and with each purchase I'm finding it somewhat more difficult to find frames in unique new styles that appeal to me. Reason I chose this business: Convenience and compatibility with my vision insurance.

Great experience. They made it very easy to use and navigate their website. The technology they've chosen for PD tool is an excellent choice. Buying glasses from the comfort of your home saves a lot of time and energy. A great selection, but just wish they had a better variety of Gucci Glasses. “Mostly straight forward and easy, but I dont understand the signin process”

I sign in once with a user name and it finds my insurance information but when I go to checkout, it says I'm not signed in (still has my insurance information) and makes me sign in with an email account. That would be fine but there apparently is not one on file? Ends up that I had to create an additional account and I guess it still knows all my old info. It wasnt too difficult to circumnavigate, I'm just confused on what I was supposed to do, why my info is linked to multiple accounts, and why the accounts do different things. Reason I chose this business: Sometimes cheaper than buying through my doctor.

I bought a pair of Gucci glasses. You take my insurance and it was pretty easy to order glasses. I'm pretty sick of websites not disclosing up front which insurance they take and ones they don't. Then offering to help you file a claim and get reimbursed if it's out of network? Reason I chose this business: The same, My dog chewed my Gucci frames. I placed an order which was incorrect on my part, one of the doctors took his time to correct the issue for me but when he reached out I was not aware of the email sent and my insurance had ended for the year. The doctor help me by talking to the insurance that this was all due to an error and made a big change for me at ease. Reason I chose this business: Due to the last time I bought glasses from here.
