They charged me 20 bucks. I was supposed to get someone that could help me recover my Facebook account but he literally copied and pasted what was on the Internet which told me to log into my Facebook A joke. Just a way to throw 20 bucks away Oh they also gave me a bad email which didn’t work
No response after an hour and 20 minutes. I asked a sensible question in regard to removing a Facebook business page and supplied a phone number. Not a single response.
I paid $57 for a urgent matter and additional $20 for a remote access session to fix an issue with our domain servers... 24/7 support?Even after more than 40 minutes still no response... Getting multiple messages from Erica (automated obviously), but nothing else...Requested a refund, so lets see when that happens...
I do not know how or why I got to your site when I clearly typed in the address for going directly to Apple. Ferdinand solved my problem but I found your cost to be exhorbitant. While I would contact Ferdinand again if my problem reoccurs, I prefer to go directly to Apple when encountering problems in the future with my IPad.
Wanted to set up a business Facebook page. Guy sounded like he'd set up his own and now was calling himself an expert. Couldn't answer questions like "Can people post to my page?" First he said yes, then when he tested it and it didn't work, he spent 30 minutes fooling around to try and figure it out. Called me back later to say it can't be done, but couldn't say why (I have in my settings to allow people to post). Couldn't tell me how to post as a page to other groups (said it couldn't be done, but I have seen it done by other pages). Couldn't tell me the purpose of the user name, said he'd never created one for himself. Waste of money..
My problem was NOT sorted I am very angry about this and would like a refund. The account was closed to prevent any further fees being taken, perhaps you could send me a cheque? following further contact with me.

I had pop up ads constantly on screen in front of my 'work'. I have adremover program and they said the problem came from my Lenova computer. I sought help there and ended with Expert Help which I thought was Lenova. A gentleman had me stay with my pointer and it seemed the ads were coming from Google Chrome and it looked like we eliminated the site, smaller pop ups coming from my pacbell sign in through Yahoo. Today the larger ones are back plus the smaller ones. The man was patient with me, but I wonder if I was fleeced of my computer information, even though he didn't access my computer by himself. The Expert helping me did not have the answer to my question but in all fairness he was trying his best to help. I happened to find the answer myself after weeks of research and hours online searching. I am not disappointed at all. It would not be fair to give a BAD or a EXCELLENT review I can say I would use the site again!
Good support and easy to follow directions, only lasted for two days, I began receiving prompts, for a different color of ink to be replaced. I tried the same procedure and it didn't work. I paid $70. for new ink and it didn't work plus $35 for support. I didn't call back. I went out and got a new printer.
After review of what was concluded as the solution to my problem, I am very disappointed with the outcome. The problem I was experiencing was that I was unable to burn a DVD from a Mpeg2 file using Videostudio 2018 Ultimate had used this procedure on many occasions in this version and previous versions. Fernando lead me to believe I was using an incorrect procedure and that is why it didn't work. He told me I should be loading the file into the time line and the DVD in that manner, which works, but puts into question as why Corel would have a share function that allows the user to burn a DVD directly from a file without using the time line. I personally loaded the Mpeg2 file in question, into another Videostudio 2018 Ultimate as a file and successfully burnt a DVD. Needless to say, I am not satisfied with my experience as it in no way solved my problem. There was no unreasonable or rude conduct.

I was having issues with my computer. In desperation I found this site on a search engine. They offer 100% guarantee so I crossed my fingers and went with it. I got immediate service and within the hour my computer was back to working order. They offer a year membership but for me I'll just pay when I need their help! I would recommend this service if you asked me. I had no issues with billing as one person indicated.

This company (Experthelp) is very misleading about the level of expertise that their "experts" have. The "expert" that they gave me to help me with a "Facebook" issue did not know anymore technical knowledge than me - and that is not saying much, because I am as far from being an "expert" as one can get. Also, their customer service team DOES NOT GET BACK TO YOU. They are unavailable to address any issue that you may have. Tip for consumers:The tip I have for using this site is - DONT USE IT!

NOOOOOOO! I called AppleCare to get some help on a download that I accidentally did and they were closed, and I got hijacked by this site called ExpertHelp.com! (obviously, I am going to report them to AppleCare tomorrow morning) and it said "7 day free trial" but then on the next window it asked me for my credit card info. So, I thought, no big, I will give them it because I only intend to use them once. But! The "person" helping me was named "ROFLMAO Lee" and I got terrible, generic answers to my question... and then I called my Amex card, and, LO!... they charge my card for $1.00 and set me up on a monthly payment plan for $7.99 a week! Long story short... AMEX will dispute the charge as fraudulent and will not let them charge you any further. Call me brain-dead or whatever you want... but I am currently a student studying my butt off with really 0 time to do much else. So... don't fall for their scam. I am SO HAPPY that AMEX has already disputed the $1.00 charge and that they will not allow any further charges... because I am pretty sure that this unscruplous pseudo-company will attempt to charge me $7.99 next week. GAWD... I love/hate the internet so much. I feel I am pretty savvy, but I do get sucked in sometimes. Anyway... YAY for AMEX, Boo on expert help.com.

I contacted them on line the person on the online chat told me they couldn't help me and that they would have a expert to call me and a person who was supposed to be a computer expert called me and I had to fill out a link with my personal information including my banking information. I did. When the expert started to beging the phone conversation, because I was concerned after completing the form I asked him how much it was going to cost. I was told $10. I then asked if it was going to be a one time charge. He verified that it would be. He was never able to help me. The session was ended after being disconnect about 3; times and I was told that he was sorry but he wasn't going to be able to help me. Then I was charged $74 a month which was taken from my account twice. The customer service representative Told me when I called to cancel their service, that was going to cancel my membership a d the $10 but not the $148 that was removed from my account. They indicated that they guaranteed their service. But issue was never resolved.
