The Exceptional Villas staff is super attentive, responsive, and patient. The booking process was a breeze and they were helpful with finding outside sources like a cocktail making class and driver. Highly recommend booking with them!

The booking agents were friendly and very responsive to questions but the villa staff really made this a one of a kind experience. Our butler, Kalani Smith, handled everything with ease including customized drink orders and our chef Rhimon was truly a culinary artist. We were really pleased with the service. The ocean was right off our steps, so snorkeling was amazing and the house was beautiful!

Excellent pre-arrival concierge services! Mary was very communicative about updates to our itinerary and followed up with reminders regularly. I had no worries that everything would be set up and on schedule because of her diligence.Most of our issues with our villa came once we arrived; we communicated them to our property manager as they arised and they were mostly fixed. The wifi wasn't working and the property manager/staff had to bring in a new router/network for our stay. Wifi was strongest downstairs and practically non-existent once upstairs. Next, the hot water heater hadn't been turned on for the property, and most of us had to take lukewarm to cold showers that first night. We notified the property manager the next morning and in her response, she indicated the owner had *just* turned on the heater.When first meeting the property manager, she communicated that if we needed ANYTHING to call or message her on Whatsapp. We decided to schedule our taxis to dining reservations and excursions through her. Friday night, however, she was completely unresponsive, causing us to have to walk 30 minutes to the entrance of the gated community we were staying to hail taxis for our dinner reservation. We ended up being 30 minutes late to dinner as a result and the property manager didn't apologize or have an explanation for her unresponsiveness other than "I was unavailable" when asked about what happened.A final minor issue was the presence of millipedes on the ground floor, especially at night. We attempted to relocate them outside humanely but they were hard to avoid. We knew to expect a critter every now and then due to the environment, but these were annoying and gross.Overall, we enjoyed our experience with Exceptional Villas and inconveniences were minor and often quickly resolved.

The villa was more beautiful than the photos. The floor plan was perfect. Sitting on the porch or balcony was peaceful and had an incredible view. Having a washer and dryer is essential. Pricilla and Mina were friendly, helpful and made the stay easy. Marianne was delightful to plan with for the trip. The airport is the only difficult part of the vacation.....long long lines, inefficient staff and poor air-conditioning.Great company to book with.

The team at Exceptional Villas is always responsive and understands their client's needs. No question is too small or a bother to them. Every request is handled efficiently and professionally. EV knows how important our trip is too us and they really work hard to get it all right. Their recommended on island partners and excursion vendors are always top notch. I trust them with everything! For our recent trip to Turks and Caicos Marianne was absolutely fabulous to work with. Lastly, the EV App is a.really nice feature. Thanks EV! Looking forward to the next trip!

From the first inquiry about booking with them up to the week of our departure, communication was absolutely wonderful. This is a true 5 star experience when you book through Exceptional Villas. They take care of all reservations from restaurants to the rental car. We will absolutely utilize them in the future as they make taking a vacation very easy. My wife and I could not be happier!

Our trip to Turks and Caicos's was one of the best vacations we have ever had. This villa was so comfortable, beautiful and they thought of every detail to make our experience fabulous. The outdoor living was spectacular. The amenities were perfect. Loved the fact that they had extra sun tan lotion, first aid kit items, plenty of towels, beach equipment and more. In addition, the people we met with at the villa were great and responsive. Couldn't have asked for more.....it was so amazing

All around 5 star trip! Marianne was beyond helpful with the planning. Her communication was excellent and she was on top of every detail/very responsive. The house itself was immaculate. Widi and Wayan took care of us during our stay in Turks & Caicos and they were extraordinary. They didn't miss a beat! Shan cooked us an amazing dinner for our last night, I wouldn't change a thing!

All the members of the Exceptional Villas team are wonderful to work with. Questions are answered knowledgeably in a timely, respectful and friendly manner. Once we made our decision of ‘when, where and which’, we were guided through the process with our concierge, handling all of our queries with ease. This is our second year in a row working with this company, and we would not hesitate to use their services again!

Typically once you make a reservation, that’s it. However. Once we made our reservation at smugglers cove, Barbados the attention just began. Bless Rowena for making sure that we had reservations , the best table at each restaurant, the kindest chef ( Andre. Who is such an incredible chef that we cancelled our reservations!) and laundry pressed. Not our first time at an incredible resort but honestly they could write the manual. Thank you.

A two year relationship and finally going on holiday. Yes it’s a lockdown romance. We have part cancelled, amended, postponed twice and throughout every person we have spoken to have been wonderful. Outstanding service, answered every question we had and even those we didn’t know we should have asked. Can’t recommend highly enough. Thank you

We had the best week of our lives at the villa, Little Plum, part of Exceptional Villas. Everything was perfectly set up for us, clean, and exactly as advertised. The house was truly special, complete with a private backyard and a three-minute walk to a crystal-clear beach. Everyone from Exceptional Villas was friendly, helpful and couldn't have done more to make our stay perfect. We will be back.

Fabulous help from the initial enquiry, through the booking process and the support whenever we needed it. On arrival a warm greeting from Diana and Candy started the holiday in a perfect way. Very helpful and even though we were late arriving we didn’t feel they were in a rush to leave. Fabulous place so a great start. Let’s see what the next two weeks bring.

While the property was really nice, with a great view of the Matterhorn from the balcony, not every amenity promised was actually delivered. The promised combo washer/dryer on the premises did not function correctly. Management offered the use of a machine in another location, but being on vacation, hauling laundry back and forth would have been a huge inconvenience.Exceptional Villas has replied that the equipment was operating correctly; however, I will state that after MANY attempts, the laundry NEVER came out dry, it was always wet when removed.

Very responsive and helpful company. They can do as much or as little for you as you want. They provide concierge service throughout your stay which is incredibly helpful, particularly if your plans change or you decide to add on (or subtract) activities. Our Villa was spectacular. The staff was very friendly, thorough and accommodating.

We recently returned from Barbados after a 7-night stay at Foster House arranged expertly by Yvonne and Rowena of Exceptional Villas. We shared this magnificent villa with our two sons and their families. With a stunning view of the water, and such spacious and beautiful accommodations, we had everything at our disposal.The staff were wonderful - we were blessed to have Cheryl, our cook, and her lovely staff. They were kind and friendly to us all. The house was always clean and the food delicious. The pool was a big hit with our two grandsons.Thank you to Rowena for getting all of our arrival needs met.
