Total Scam! It kept telling my the package was in “customs” for over a month. Then one day, out of the blue, it says “Delivered” which it was not. I got a refund from PayPal but will never do business with Entra Express again. Total Malarky!
there is no contact number for Entraexpress. Tracking of my parcel says exception. not sure what that is. But one would need a contact number,
I have got the same problem ! It says delivered 2022-02-20 09:48(UTC-6) which is not ! I have never received my purchase and I still don't know where my package is ! I can't even find a contact number for information. I'm very angry and desperate too !!!!!

I also have the same exception notice on my merchandise but it also tells me that it was delivered to a warehouse in Forney, TX. I live in Forney but I don't know of any warehouse here that they could have delivered it to. Can't find a # to call either.
Total fraud. Received an email over a month ago saying something had shipped to me. It looked legit at first as the item made its way through U.S. customs to my city. But since then, the tracking link provided no longer works and the website has disappeared. It's been a very long time with no delivery. Scam.
FRAUD. I got tracking number and after two months I saw that my parcel is in my city but that there is delivery excaption. Delivery exception now lasts for two months. I tried to send them email to get the info about my delivery but without success. I have to stress that about month ago they changed their web site, to ve precise, they got the real web site because before that they got only site for tracking deliveries without info about them, email… the do not have a way to contact them.
My purchase has been according to the tracking number waiting for customs in Lakeside, CA. Lakeside is where I live and there is no customs in Lakeside, CA. Purchased on 3-20-202, shipped from Paris, France which was not even indicated it was coming from Paris. I am assuming I will never receive my package and will go back to my credit card company to cancel the charge.

Was looking for shoes, and this website came up. Then I received an email stating that the package was created, and being sent by airboy.express Tracking looked legit and even showed it going through customs, should have known when it stated being shipped from Paris France! (not from my country! which is where the company said it was from!?) Now it is supposedly sitting in the "warehouse" under exception(???) What does that even mean?! Totally scammed and gutted. These guys are getting really good. Online buyers please be aware! I am so gutted people taking advantage of the innocent.
