A company is its staff. If you have a great staff, then you will have a very successful company. It takes more than that though. You have to have a stellar work ethic. Thank you for doing what you do, and doing it so well.

What made my experience great was your agent Toshi. He’s extremely personable, professional and knowledgeable. It comes across very strongly how much he values his job and he works hard to provide the very best options for the customer. My sister and myself want to have Toshi as our agent for as long as possible. We’ve already been talking to a younger sister about him helping her with a Medicare plan when the time comes. Toshi is nothing short of exceptional!

Heather was very patient and sympathetic as well as empathetic to me and my situation. She gave very good suggestions. And made sure to ask if I understood her reasoning for the suggestion. She got a little emotional at the end but so did I. But she got all the disclaimers in. After the first hour. I was struggling to care just send the paperwork. That would be my only complaint. But I understand 😊
