Is encompass.com Legit?

Sherwin Donato did a very good job of placing my order for a LG part.He thoroughly explained the procedure and was very patient with me.I am very impressed with your staff and the kindness and expertise that they exhibit.

I recently purchased some parts for our washing machine which were shipped by Encompass. There was a SNAFU with the shipment, but long story short, customer service person Dodi Gardner did such a great job working everything out for me! She went several extra miles to fix the problems I was having with the shipment, and she was beyond patient in the process. Dodi saved the entire experience for me. Another customer service person, Doug, also went out of his way to help with this order. I am very impressed with the two people at Encompass. It is so unusual to have people work that hard to help these days. In fact, two other employees at Encompass were useless, but Dodi and Doug are gems. Thank you so much!

We ordered parts for our 6 yr old LG oven yesterday and were assisted by a man named Geo Dela Cruz, who not only helped my husband diagnose the problem, but endured our “over 70” lack of technological skills in ordering the parts online. He was so patient and called us back two times to make sure we completed the order. Geo is a credit to the Encompass workforce. Thank you.

Called today October 31st, 2024 to see if they had a part for our Samsung refrigerator. Yeah!!! They did!! Simon was the gentleman we were dealing with, he helped us through this experience. It was fast and he was courteous. He had an issue on his end taking payment, but Called us back right away. If we ever have any issues in the future we will be calling Encompass again. Excellent customer service! William Woolard went above and beyond to make sure I got the part I needed on time. He also was patient and kind assisting with the returns I had to make due to mistakes on previous orders. He definitely went the extra mile to provide me with a great shopping experience.

I needed a converter kit for my new LG dryer (from natural gas to propane fuel). LG's website actually had a typographical error (it specified the part as washing machine; not dryer). Encompass employee, Toni Abad, was patient and thorough. She carefully vetted out the LG error and made sure I would receive the part I needed. I appreciated being able to talk to a friendly, helpful LIVE person and NOT chat!

I am blown away by the incredible service at Encompass, both from LaShawn Weston who so patiently helped me navigate ordering parts for my DeLonghi TrueBrew coffee maker, and how FAST they were in getting them to me. I ordered late yesterday afternoon, and I already received the carefully packaged parts. The cost of the parts were extremely reasonable and they showed up perfectly. I am so IMPRESSED! I would not hesitate to order from Encompass over Amazon! I use Amazon everyday and this was even faster. AWESOME COMPANY!

I placed my order for a part for my Bertazzoni range on Oct. 1. After 3 weeks I had heard nothing so called on Oct. 21 to ask about the status. I was told it was canceled as they don't ship to PO Boxes. But my order had both my street address, listed first, and the PO Box, listed second, as I didn't know how they shipped. A simple email or phone call would have cleared this up instead of cancelling my order. I never received an email, as I was told I would, about my order once again being processed. So today I called again and spoke with Gwen W. She was amazing and my part arrives next week. Gwen deserves 5-stars; Encompass deserves 1 star for cancelling my order in the first place, never notifying me about that cancellation, nor sending me an email once the order was being processed again.

Encompass saved the day. Samsung Tech came to the conclusion that I needed a new remote. They gave me the number and Raphael took great care of me. The remote will be here soon.

What made my experience great was the customer service side of my transaction, both via chat and with Yuri via email. The chat person (Zita?) helped me zero-in on the correct device I needed, and Yuri helped me tremendously via email and was very responsive to my concerns and questions.
