Received my Cash Clip Backplate for my wallet that I purchased over two years ago and I absolutely love this version of the backplate. It makes it so much easier to carry my cash.
I have found the Finder Card a fantastic product and exactly what I was looking. To top things off the support has been top draw (brilliant), a big shout out to Agustin.
Excellent Wallet, Tool Card, and Finder Card! All of the products were awesome and served me really well so I would highly recommend purchasing from Ekster. Certainly a massive upgrade from my traditional style leather wallet.The only thing was that my Finder Card stopped reporting its location to my phone after only 2 months of use. It was clearly defective since after I unpaired it and did a factory reset, I could no longer re-pair it to my iPhone.However, support was very quick in helping me troubleshoot and then submit a warranty claim once it was obvious the Finder Card was definitely defective. So, no complaints at all given that I was given a replacement for free under the warranty :)
Have had a horrible experience dealing with this company. Made a blind impulsive purchase which I totally regret. I contacted the company within a few days of having the items as the products were simply not for me. I’m well within my 14 day return period and well within the ‘try for 100 days’ nonsense they say. My return request has been refused even though the items are still brand new and unused. I requested that this was escalated further this was on Thursday afternoon it’s now late Tuesday evening and still no response. Avoid at all costs.

The Ekster products are efficient, slim and ergonomic while also being far more elegant than companies like Ridge. Products aside, I want to focus on how impressed I was with my customer service agent, Sol. Sol not only was exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable, but Sol also was professional and kind. I ordered a Cardholder pro with money clip and card finder. I was confused as it did not ship very quickly, I checked my email and the Ekster customer service team had updated me without even asking, not a robot, not a template email, a typed out custom update of my order due to the card finders being out of stock for a short time, they got my shipment, loaded it up, down the road it goes and it should be here shortly. They were AWESOME! Responded in less than an hour each time
The product is innovative, durable, and easy to use. We have three between myself and my wife.One, unfortunately had a bit of a slippage problem, but they offered to replace the product hassle free, and even let me keep the original one to reduce CO2 from shipping!!!What more can a company do?!
I ordered a wallet card. It was connected to my iphone for maybe 5 hours at a time. It would then become unpaired. The customer service (nothing but an email service) I would not call it service. They sent me reset directions which of course did not work. I have since written 3 emails for follow-up as is the next step. I have heard nothing and it has been several days. I would not recommend the wallet card finder to anyone.

Well I have to say that the Cardholder Pro is a beauty on its own. Takes no space on your pocket and you can freely move without having a 10 kg Wallet on your way.The only thing is, that on the Cardholder Pro is the cash clip backplate included, which it wasn't in my package when the order arrived. Tried to contact the support many times but the answer is "we are going to check it out". I was bought a wallet Sept 2023 as a gift. I love it! Unfortunately the card mechanism recently failed. I contacted Ekster and have been impressed with the service. Their response was immediate. It would be more as the wallet is not bad, I spent £219 on the parliament wallet and tracker in 2022, the black clip inside broke after a year and I messaged on instagram and they replaced it. The same part broke this year and now my 2 year warranty has expired so I can no longer get a replacement. Seems like it's pretty shoddy as they only last about a year. The tracker also has stopped working. For the price I paid I'd have expected it to last a couple of years at least really or be replaced if the same part is going to break multiple times. If you read the other reviews it seems like this is a common problem, they do replace it the first time it breaks but once its been 2 years it's a fair amount of money wasted. Update: there was a mis understanding with my last shipment date and they resolved this quickly, changed to 5*
Firstly the products from Ekster are super high quality and really good value for money! The card wallet is brilliant, the quick eject cards and room for cash, the wallet is everything I’ve needed! The tracker card is also great, really helpful to get an alert on your phone if you leave your wallet behind, secondly, customer service is second to none! My tracker stopped working, and customer service were super in helping me with warranty, for which I was able to order a replacement. Ekster are doing everything right as company, highly recommend their products!
After owning Ekster parliament for just over a year push button became faulty not raising cards. So emailed Ekster explaining issue, they replied very quickly with advice to remedy fault of which i did but unfortunatively did not solve the fault. So they advised me to make warrant claim, but had no paperwork or correspondence from the purchase. They requested that i send the serial number found inside wallet and name, address on original purchase. and photo of faulty wallet. Ekster found details of the original purchase in their records and said wallet advised me that i had 2 year warranty on the wallet and that they will send out a replacement.
