I was previously on ozempic but due to Medicare not covering weight loss meds After gaining back the 25# that i had lost over 6-9 months i needed an alternative. obviously the price is more than when I had insurance but less than full price I worried about all the warnings re: incorrect/ contaminated products,etc but never encountered an issues and have lost 12# in the last few months There was an issue after receiving a combo product that i did not want It took quite a while but customer service took care of it cost free. A new issue has arisen regarding cost of the 10mg/ml tirzepatide but i’m hoping that customer care can resolve it..

I was able to get the medicine prescribed easily, but half of the medicine in the vials had evaporated during shipping due to the extreme heat wave and lack of proper packing.I reached out to the team immediately, but I was reassured that the medicine would still be viable. As suspected, I ran out of the medicine 1 week earlier than what was prescribed. Paid so much money for poor customer service
