ebay.it Review

The Scam Detector website Validator gives ebay.it the absolute highest trust score on the platform: 100. It signals that the business is best defined by the following tags: Safe. Secure. . We are confident about our score as we also partner with other high-tech, fraud-prevention companies that found the same issues. So, why this very high score? We came up with the 100 score based on 53 aggregated factors relevant to ebay.it's industry. The algorithm detected no high-risk activity related to phishing, spamming, and other factors, as noted in the Safe. Secure. tags above. Long story short, we label this website as secure and trustworthy. We explain this in more detail below.

Explaining Our Analytical Approach

We've displayed some important information within the Company Details section above, each deserving more explanation:

  • Proximity to Suspicious Websites
  • Threat Profile
  • Phishing Profile
  • Malware Score
  • Spam Score
  • Domain Blacklist Status
  • HTTPS connection
  • Domain Creation Date

While some are self-explanatory concerning ebay.it, let's dive deeper into the remaining ones.

Proximity to Potentially Harmful Websites

This metric gauges the connection, scored on a scale of 1 to 100, between ebay.it and websites marked as suspicious. Elevated scores point to a stronger link with these questionable online destinations. It's worth noting that website owners might not always be aware of their site's proximity to these dubious platforms or servers. However, a "Proximity to Suspicious Websites" score surpassing 80 strongly indicates a high-risk website, while a score below 30 signifies a less-threatening site.

Risk Factors: Threat, Phishing, Malware, and Spam

These indicators reveal the vulnerabilities and elements embedded within the HTML code of ebay.it. They become especially pertinent if the website has received reports from internet users who've encountered unsolicited emails, ads, or messages related to the site. In the context of ebay.it, our investigation continues working to pinpoint the specific category, but we welcome your insights in the comments below. A high Malware score generally implies the presence of suspicious code that might be unknowingly disseminated. Conversely, a high Spam score hints at a possibly spam-ridden email address associated with the business. Scores under 30 in both categories are reassuring, but any score surpassing this threshold should raise concerns. ebay.it is a secure website, given all the risk factors and data numbers analyzed in this in-depth review. Share your experience in the comments.

Domain Blacklisting Status

This term indicates whether ebay.it has landed on any online directories' blacklists and earned a suspicious tag.

Assessing HTTPS Connectivity

This section provides insight into whether ebay.it boasts an 's' at the end of the 'HTTP' protocol listed in your browser's address bar. If the tab displays in green, consider it a positive sign.

Safe Check

We want our trust scores and reviews to be as accurate as possible so that you can protect yourself from online fraud. Our algorithm aggregates factors that efficiently analyze a company's website, in this case, ebay.it.

“EBay customer service doesn't help”

EBay's rules or policy are unacceptable because they charge our card automatically without our permission. My advice is don't use this website to buy because it's not trustworthy, and they charged me $2000. Service Value Shipping Returns Quality

“They are NOT pro customer and their customer service is lousy”

This review addresses Ebay's customer service shortcomings based on my own experience. I have been a long-time Ebay customer (approx. 15 years) almost entirely as a buyer. In that time I have made 500 purchases totalling over $ 70,000. Occasionally something can and does go wrong and usually, a successful resolution can be reached directly between the buyer and seller. On rare occasions I have asked for Ebay to intermediate and generally, I have been pleased with their performance and results, until now. I spoke to a representative about a purchase transaction and the response was that for this matter, I would have to deal directly with the buyer which I had already attempted and in the end, the seller was intractable and I was unable to resolve the issue. My only recourse was to write a review of my experience, which I did. I was VERY unpleasantly surprised to find out a week later that Ebay had removed my review. They did this without notifying me neither before nor after. I was livid and so I spoke to an Ebay representative who sent me an email letter from the person who had deleted my review. They did not give a reason for the deletion but only said that they had reviewed the matter "objectively" and decided to remove it. I am certain that this was done at the behest of the seller but this was unethical in my view. I had a legitimate claim against the seller and rather than intervene or to try and make things right (which would have cost them all of $ 8.00) they would rather lose me as a customer. Ebay violated its own policy where I am concerned: "If your feedback qualifies for removal, you will be notified via email and the feedback will be removed from your account within 24 hours. If it cannot be removed, we will provide clarification as to how it doesn't violate our policy." I was NOT notified and I WAS within the parameters for publishing my review. If Ebay wasn't going to intervene on my behalf then at least they should have let my review stand. It seems foolish to lose a customer over an $ 8 dispute but I suppose it is their right to be foolish. The bottom line is that when doing business on the Ebay platform, do not assume nor expect that Ebay will be there for you if something goes wrong. Fortunately, there are other online providers where I can buy merchandise for home delivery. My next purchase of a $ 250 household appliance item will instead be purchased from Amazon as will all future large-ticket items. To the managers and decision makers at Ebay: your actions DO have consequences. I can hardly wait to see how many readers access this review. “Servizio clienti orrendo e visibilità internazionale limitata”

Top 5 Effective Ways To Spot a Scam Website

There are many types of fake sites in the online world. We have some good news. Watch the video below to see the 5 effective ways you can spot a

fraudulent website in 2024:

How To Remove Your Information From the Internet

Whether you like it or not, unfortunately, the Internet has all your personal information stored. How did that happen? Every time you visit a simple site and accept cookies, consent to their forms, or download an app, unscrupulous data brokers collect not just your phone number, name, AND address. They also sell this to third parties, which creates a $1 billion industry a year. Your collected personal data is used by buyers to send you never-ending spam emails, targeted ads, and, of course, telemarketing calls. Crooks use all your data without remorse.

We can help. Many people have asked us about how to remove your personal information from the Internet. If you want your data deleted entirely from the online world, contact our official partners at Incogni immediately. This legitimate data privacy tool works on your behalf to officially require a ton of online brokers to remove your data.

Our staff verifies this service works and is trustworthy. It costs only $6.49/month but is worth the cost. U.S., UK, EU, Swiss, and Canadian residents only. Click below. button remove data online
