Is easyflexibility.com Legit?

I purchased this program because another program I had been using for a month was going slower than they had advertised and thought this one might produce faster results and explain the exercises better. After watching the first video with explanation and completing the exercises, my hamstrings felt like I had pulled them. This sensation began shortly after finishing the video, not during it, otherwise I would have stopped whatever exercise was causing the issue in the moment. Later that day, bending at my knees I experienced a pain in my knee I've never experienced before. I took the next day off from working out and any stretching. I then did this program again and had the same experience with the feeling of having pulled my hamstrings after the video was complete and my knee was still very tender while doing the squats and needed extra support, something I've never needed before. Later that day, I tested my flexibility just in touching my toes and I had lost substantial flexibility - before I could put my hands flat on the floor but after completing this video twice, I was barely able to get my fingertips on the floor.On top of that, the video seems quite rushed, at least for a beginner getting to learn the movements and positions and wanting to learn it properly before barreling through it. I felt like I was scrambling with some of the exercises to get in the proper position in time. They've also edited out some of the transition periods between exercises and stretches in the later rounds so that while you're still on the floor having just finished the previous exercise, the people demonstrating the exercises are already standing up and performing the next one. Needless to say, I'm going back to the first stretching program I was using. I was making progress, the videos flowed more in alignment with someone actually performing the exercises, and, most importantly, I wasn't hurting myself.

I bought the posture program . It was very confusing . The tutor talks about ‘ elevating and depressing the shoulder while not showing what exactly those terms mean . Then a little further on there is a model of a skinless man demonstrating what he describes as U and Z patterns of movement . Not for me

Maybe some programs are good, but the one about turnout has useless exercises for someone that can do a middle split but don't have good enough turnout. I feel nothing during some of the exercises and as for the others I felt a weird feeling in knees, as if I was challenging my side ligaments in addition to hips. The good thing is that I didn't waste much money on that. The bad thing is that couple of months later I have less stability in my knees and I really hope it is just the coincidence

To me the beginner plan for the middle split was not worth the money $29. It was too basic. A lot of warming up and very few deep streching movements. I thought I was going to find something better that from youtube. It does not say anything about how often to practice in order to get the splits. Before I knew it, the ad says: purchase the intermediate level now. I was like: what? Is that all?If I would have known a little bit more about it I wouldn't have never bought it. Nothing impressive. I am glad I did not buy any package.

I've been working with a few of the flexibility classes and they have been great. But I do not love the balance class. I bought it, because my balance (like my flexibility) has been horribly bad and I have not found effective ways to improve it. The issue is that I cannot do a single pose or movement in this class. Not one. To give me a balance routine that already requires more balance than I am capable of, really does not help me. I guess I was hoping for something (like his flexibility classes) that would help me break through and get past my limitations. This was not that class.

The programs seem legit and intelligent. The only problem is viewing them. You are unable to download videos that you have purchased, and they also offer no DVD’s for purchase. If your internet is normal, the streaming freezes often and you have to stop and be interrupted and restart the video that doesn’t always start where it froze. Frustrating, it’s 2021! If someone is buying a product like a video, they should be able to download it for offline viewing. I feel ripped off!

Only buy if you want to deal with RUDE, UNCARING, UNPROFESSIONAL and DEROGATORY instructors.I have purchased 2 courses from them, their hip flexors beginners and the hamstring beginners, the content is awesome and I see progress but as someone with slow internet, Streaming is NOT a pleasant experience and there are NO OPTIONS TO DOWNLOAD (Why?)The Staff are RUDE AND DEROGATORY!I was on their FB Group until the instructor - Danial - Decided to post a customer complaint and go ahead and make fun of how stupid that person is, which I responded and said is NOT PROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOR and was subsequently removed from the group, I went to the chat bot and explained what happened and was told that Trolls were not allowed on the group, which I responded with:Than why was I removed but your instructors are allowed to behave like that?I was told it would be investigated and have heard nothing since, REFUSE TO BUY ANOTHER PRODUCT UNTIL THIS "professional" HAS RECEIVED THE TRAINING NEEDED TO ENSURE HE IS NOT DISRESPECTFUL AND RUDE (as this is NOT the only complaint about his attitude and "go fornicate yourself" behavior)

I had previously ordered hip stretch videos from this company in the past and went back to their website for information on split stretches. Their chat window popped up and I asked for information about stretch frequency. The chat rep offered some guidance and suggested the best (read most expensive) program they had which was supposed to be all encompassing. Then offered a 10% discount. When I started to ask questions about format - downloads or dvds, he tells me all they have is streaming. Which doesn't work for me because I travel a lot and a lot of hotels don't have internet fast enough to stream and some of the places work sends has bad cellular signal. So when I ask why won't I be able to download like my previous purchase he put on another person who chat name reads "Daniel (Manager)". He copies and pastes this flagrant statement he obviously had written for such an occasion because I'm certain he doesn't type that fast which goes on with 7 or 8 statements starting with "Imagine if..." - paraphrasing now - how it doesn't make since to employ a full time employee to send out reset links to customers, how their computer systems crashes when multiple people try to download at the same time, how people in slow internet areas get upset when they cant download their videos and want their money back, etc. Followed with some more commentary on that's why, "Ok?" I responded with No. The latter I told him was still an issue due to people in slow internet environments can't stream either and the rest sound like poor management issues that shouldn't be forced on the customer and that he had an attitude problem. I went on to explain why it was a problem and that you can still download on websites that you stream from like Netflix and Amazon which I was interrupted with his bitter diatribe about how they don't care if the customers like it or not, that's how they do it now, streaming is the only option and that he wasn't going to argue with me and block me. So he blocked me.Frankly, I could care less, no money lost on my end, my issue is his awful poor customer service. Why would customers buy something that they claim you have lifetime access to but the moment their site shuts down, goes out of business or hiccups you can't stream any more, you don't have access to anymore and you really don't own? $160 to rent some videos I can only use at my home when I'm gone 8 months of the year is absurd and counter productive. The target audience of those videos travel to competitions and conventions as well, would they not want to practice those stretches while on trips either?Nonetheless, they just lost my business as well as all if any business from my dance studio.

Paul clearly lays out the path to success in his programs. The quality is extremely high as well! Easy to follow along and remember for teaching others. I am interested also in studying the entire ZST method gaining certification, it would be amazing for my students and my own practice!

I like it because it shows you the proper technique of stretching. The anatomy of muscles etc. The community is friendly and any questions you have for the instructor he will respond and I think that’s awesome.

This program really works. It is sometimes hard for my daughter (12) to follow, but once she gets it, there are results. The FB group is very helpful if you have any questions.

The combo programs should have a schedule document for all the programs under the combo program. It helps to achieve the goal scientificully

The differentiator is the identification of each muscle used in the target movement and how to stretch those muscles individually. It's good anatomy education.

I used the Splits combo and the turnout videos. The stretches are unique and because each is targeted on a different muscle you feel quite quickly where your own limitations are located. It has helped me progress more quickly during the COVID 19 lockdown and will definitely be a benefit alongside normal studio classes when places are open.

Do you want true mobility and strength for life?I initially bought the wheel/bridge and splits programs to achieve my poledance trick goals, and within a couple of months had made more progress than the whole year previous attending traditional passive style stretch classes. My active flexibility is now progressing in leaps and bounds (e.g. 'Jade' pole move - is now the same as my floor splits angle!). As a mum of 3 my hips and core were causing biomechanics issues and holding me back, but since training the easy flexibility way my general strength and stamina has improved and I can run pain free again. I highly recommended easy flexibility.

I purchased a couple of the split programmes. They definitely work! When you follow a programme designed like this, you never feel too sore afterwards, as in you can still go up and down stairs without hurting, not like other or previous stretching I have done. You can feel the different areas working so deeply but safely and you know where the target will eventually be. I would highly recommend easy flexibility 👍
