Fun and unique themes. The first order arrived damaged due to the delivery company crushing the box. D Prints customer service rectified the issue within minutes of submitting a claim and sent a new print out immediately. I am very happy with my new cat and book print and have it hanging in my home library. I highly recommend DPrints!

The print looks great and I will order a couple more to put in the same room. I like that they are complimenting to one another in topic and color scheme. My only complaint was it took a little longer than I expected for it to arrive. I suppose it’s understandable for shipping during the COVID-19 crisis. Product was also shipped in a lightweight cardboard box instead of a hard tube so the print is slightly creased down the middle. Not too noticeable framed though.

Ordered a custom poster for my husband for an early Valentine’s day gift and he absolutely loved it. It looked so much better in person (and the images online were stunning to begin with). I will definitely be ordering from them again!!!

I ordered a Valentine's gift and the design page stated that "Acceptable, the text size will appear smaller" when we had more than 14 characters. The final product did not contain smaller text as promised in on their website. Contacted support and was told via email that they are not able to make any text smaller even though the website clearly stated that they will. I'm out $40 because their website provided incorrect information and they refused to compensate for the loss. If you do purchase from them, rely only on the proof, don't trust anything else.

Ordered one poster, however was billed for 7 tried to contact them immediately to sort out the error (within 5min) automated reply saying they will get back to me, which they did but said posters gone to print to late to cancel My advice is stay well clear of this company DONT BUY anything from them they rip you off.

I had an issue with my first print. After I contacted Dpintes it was immediately addressed and a replacement was sent out. The replacement came in short order and is perfect. Great service. Quality product. Great customer service!

I’ve never received my order from January 25,2021 all correspondence with them sent me back an immediate response of your item was shipped, which obviously I never received. I’m going to report this company to BBB. Do NOT trust this fraudulent company.

The quality of the product is good. The sizing needs some work, as I have purchased several posters in 11 x 17 size, which required re-sizing to fit a frame (standard 11 x 17). I even purchased different styles of frames, no difference was noted, as the posters are over-sized by about 1/4 inch requiring you to cut them down to fit a frame. In some cases, you will lose some of the content of the poster, as they print far too close to the edge of the paper. once you cut off 1/4, 1/8 of each side, you will lose some content. This resulted in a few of my posters after framing, not looking the best as you cannot read them in the entirety in some cases. So with that, I suggest the company find another source for printing, or inform the printer to stay within the size limitations for what is being advertised. Or, the company should disclose that these are not suitable for framing in some cases. buyer beware!!

I'd give zero stars if possible. TERRIBLE resolution of text, to the point the poster I ordered is so blurry it is unreadable and completely pointless! But even WORSE than the product is the unconscionable customer (dis)service, which seems to be designed to make customers walk away from refunds (as noted by other reviewers). NOT RECOMMENDED. It has been a VERY long time since I've run into such a completely questionable and unpleasant operation.

When I first order from Dprintes. My package was delivered to my location. After contacting the customer service. I got my package resend to me. I really appreciate that. Anyway it finally here. I love the poster.
