Is dopeboo.com Legit?

THIS PLACE IS A SCAM. BEWARE. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE! I placed an order on September 10……it is now September 27 and I have not received anything. I have tried emailing (at least 6 times) and have tried the on line chat assistant. Not one response to any of my emails and the on line “chat” is a joke!! If you try the phone number from their website, all you get is a busy signal. Imagine that!!

I ordered something on September 3 and got an e-mail from them saying I would get another e-mail within 3-5 business days when my order was shipped. It is now September 13 and still no shipping e-mail. Tried starting a ticket but it said no agents were available. Tried calling them but the phone number is always busy. I wonder if they have it off the hook? Tried contacting them by e-mail twice but so far no reply. Will never order from them again.

Stealing from affiliates. We have sold over $20k of merchandise for them and they have never paid us for our commissions.They are stealing our hard work and money. They agreed in a contract to pay us, but now have refused. After a year of communications they don't care. As they are now based in India, we will never be able to sue them.Please do not help these thieves continue.

Not a usual review-leaver - but awesome customer support experience and wnted to search for way to share. I ordered a ginormous (18") grav bong - free shipping to Chicago IL, arrived in 2 days... BROKEN. Seemed packed pretty well, but the downstem was broken and the bowl was shattered. Needless to say I was extremely disappointed. Friday night, called their # and got VM. Sent live chat and 20 minutes later response from Support Rep Gina: super nice and apologetic.. and on friday NIGHT. Saturday morning received tracking (expedited) for a complete replacement, and it arrived MONDAY - perfect condition. Hits like a train :)

I have had mixed experiences with this website, but overall I would say it's a decent option for those looking for Bongs, Vapes, and usual accessories. The product descriptions are accurate and the prices are reasonable. The only issue I've had is with the shipping, which can be a bit slow at times.

I was pleasantly surprised by their customer support. I bought 12” classic beaker bong from them. Initially I was really pissed off because the downstem of the bong was broken. Then I contacted their support and they resolve my issue within 6 hours and received a new downstem in 2 days. I would definitely recommend Dopeboo.

I usually buy my gear from local head shops,but sometimes they don’t have specific pieces I am looking for, in such cases I always turn to Dopeboo, they always have what I am looking for.

Dopeboo is either a scam or their employees are so incompetent it is effectively a scam. 1. ordered product then told its out of stock (fix your inventory, don't let people order items you don't have)2. offered replacement for out of stock item then charged for difference3. items shipped out separately due to confusion over 2.4. Received wrong item. Cheaper small item I didn't order.5. Customer service confused as to company policy, unable to offer solution6. Customer service phone lines are just down on Monday, called all available numbers all day to resolve these issues.7. Still haven't been able to resolve problems. Asked for refund, and I am refunded a smaller amount. Now I need to go through my credit union and will be without a card for weeks. **** THIS PIECE OF **** COMPANY

She clarified that she was basically blackmailed by someone on that terrible review and promised this is not the case. So I decided to go by her word. I purchased an item, signed up for 10% off first order and the code didn’t come until I purchased without the code. A day later I got an email saying my order was cancelled due to the “PACT act”. This company is a scam and they’re probably using my credit card as we speak.

Scammers and they pretend they are trying to help but you. Just go straight to the bank and get your money back because they think they can scam whoever. Looks like a legit website but they cant do international shipping obviously even though the options are there super fakes do not buy of these scammers

“Received broken piece, no response, refund, or replacement”

I ordered a piece from DopeBoo on August 30,2021 for $262.98. After emailing a few times asking for shipping updates, it arrived completely broken on September 14,2021. I emailed them on September 15,2021 with photos of the broken piece. Anne (DopeBoo Support) responded on the same date: "This is a first with a Marley piece in 2 years of working here" (citing low stock) and "We'll get you taken care of one way or another!" Whether it's a first or not, it still happened. I followed up on September 20,2021 to which a team member stated they are still working on shipping orders. I followed up again on September 23, September 30, and October 18,2021–no response. I received a broken piece in exchange for my hard earned money. I'm a first responder and really looked forward to relaxing with this piece. Now I have a broken piece and $262.98 less. This business lack integrity. I highly encourage everyone to stay away!

“Worst customer service ever!”

Dopeboo is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I ordered 2 vape pens. In order to see if they work, I had to open the package, because that makes sense. First they did not ship the product out till several days after they said they did, then my package was lost by usps which now the this website believes I the customer must do all the tracking to find were my lost package is and guess what its nowhere to be found. Plus now it looks like I will have to use usps to pay me back my lost money of $162 which this website only insured the package for $100. I've reached out several times for a response from this website and they won't even contact me back with any sort of response. This place does not value you as a customer and they will quickly show that. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE! I will be taken appropriate actions against them and I would suggest spending your hard earn cash somewhere else! “Partially broken product and 0/10 customer service”

When DopeBoo sells out of a product, they do not remove it from their website. Instead they sell them and make you wait four weeks to get the product even after letting you purchase 2-4 day shipping. Then, the banger that came with the Battleship was cracked when I received it. I immediately emailed DopeBoo, sent pictures 3 separate times, and they claim they cannot see my pictures because they will get a virus. After over a week without ANY HELP from DopeBoo, and reformatting the pictures three separate times, I asked if I can send them over social media. They told me I cannot because the social media person cannot help me. Prior to sending the pictures to DopeBoo the second and third times, I sent them to another email to ensure they are viewable without issue, which they were.
