Is dollskill.com Legit?

My daughter absolutely loves all things Dolls Kill! We order from them at least every other month! I've only ever had one issue when ordering and it wasn't even their fault. The shipping company lost my package and tried to pass the blame. The lovely people from customer service corrected the issue and got my package sent out that very same day! We love Dolls Kill!

I made a return for store credit, lost my giftcard in my email inbox, and within like 30 min. Thenjiwe emailed me back a personal message with a replacement gift card! I was expecting to wait like 3-5 business days. But no! I was able to get my new giftcard, check out, and happily await my new goods from Dolls Kill. :)

I tried on these shoes before, and they have both a stylish and crazy vibe. The skull patterns inside are so cute, and the heart-shaped buckle is a sweet touch. The real surprise is the heart-shaped heel! These could even be worn as wedding shoes! As a content creator, I’m going to make some amazing surreal and wild videos with these shoes! This brand makes amazing thing, and it’s exactly my style!

THENJIWE, of Dolls Kill CS Squad, was perfect. THENJIWE went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure I get my DK refund. In fact, THENJIWE offered to send the email gift cards again, and again, if I still didn’t see them in my Promotions, a junk type, folder. THENJIWE solved tte problem quickly and swiftly. Give this Dolls Kill employee a raise, THENJIWE made my day!

Customer service is excellent. The clothes they have are just absolutely amazing and unique. You wont find styles like this anywhere where i live. I ordered somethings i have to exchange and they were quick to respond with instructions.

I had an issue with a pair of shoes that fell apart after one wear, so I contacted via chat. I was so happy and surprised when they provided a gift card replacement!! Thenjiwe was so sweet & quick to respond. The whole thing was really easy, and they made me feel like they cared about fixing the problem :)

Was unable to locate a specific product which I wanted to purchase. Wrote to DK customer service and not only was the response prompt but she (Thenjiwe) also took the time to find the product even though it was out of stock! Great CS! And I love shopping at Dolls Kill so much!

I ordered twice at the same time. Half of what I purchased was disappointing, and I left a review for that. The next clothing to arrive was fantastic, both in style and quality.I live in the UK, so It’s my issue that returning items costs money. But because of this, I possibly won’t order from here again.

I'm a recent convert to Dolls Kill. Boy have I been missing out. The product selection is phenomenal and the customer service is off the charts!! This store is definitely on my goto list.

1st time and last time buyer from this company I bought 2 items. They stuff 2 big items into a box that only fit one. Both of my items are damaged. Look like truck ran over my bags. They only refund in store credit. The tell me to claim the route shipping damage. You have to submit your passport or ID for a less than $100 . I’m not risking putting my important paper work on internet for that. I bought a lot of expensive items and no problem for return before. Stay away from this company otherwise donate your money to them. I have the pictures. How do I upload here

I returned some items in two different boxes. It was a mix up of which was received. Customer service was amazing helping fix the issue and got the right size items!

On the day I placed my order I realized I added a duplicate shirt to my cart. I reached out to customer service about removing one of the duplicate shirts and got it resolved very quickly and received a partial refund. However, after about three weeks of no updates about shipping I reached out for a second time and found out my order was canceled ? received a refund. Odd that my order was canceled without my knowledge and without an immediate refund.

I love this shop, one of the only places I can get clothes that I feel were made for me and on the very few times I have had an issue with a product their online chat and customer service team have been brilliant and will do anything to help you out! Had an issue where I forgot to add items to the Stash membership purchase so missed my welcome discount and they sorted me right out afterwards. 😍 Will always be my favourite shop, thank you for everything you do.

I absolutely adore Dolls Kill!! They have great customer service, a fair return policy (make sure you read it first before purchasing), and their products are amazing. There's a handful of stuff I've gotten that really wasn't up to par quality wise in comparison to the majority, but the items I've bought that I do love are fantastic!! 1000% wardrobe staple!! I highly recommend signing up for email notifications and holding out for when sales drop; they'll let you know!! (;

I had 2 returns and 1 exchange that went out together, but in separate packages, but the exchange never actually shipped out. I inquired and realized that the same label had been put on 2 different packages by UPS (same tracking number, different weights). Once I explained the situation and volunteered a copy of my UPS receipt with the same tracking number for 2 different packages, Dolls Kill went ahead and shipped out the exchange for me. They didn't say it's on me, and didn't say "let's wait and see if we get it or can find it," they just did the right thing for the customer as it was not my error. I'm very happy with my experience
