Is dohop.com Legit?

Communication is as very good throughout the process with quick response despite us being in different time zones. Was safely able to get home.

We had to cancel our booked flight on Easyjet. Felix and the Dohop company were able to swiftly secure a refund for our full itinerary. We appreciate the efforts on our behalf.

Nata was super helpful and responsive! She was the first person I reached on the phone, and we emailed back and forth for over a month. She made sure that everything was secured for our connecting flight, and she made me very confident in Dohops service.

After-sales services conducted by Gergana were the issue was well understood, and resolved immediately and expediently. I am impressed by the support received. Thank you very much.

I am not pleased with Easyjet new schedule but Nata was very good to help me to sort out my journey back.

Booking two flights, combined by dohop connection service, wasn't possible due to terms changes from June 2024. Luckily dohop support helped me to get through all necessary manual steps.I hope I do not need to activate the dohop assurance and that both flights are not cancelled due to crowdstrike issues J

I had an issue of Partial booking successful while booking my ticket for Bhubaneswar to Kuwait. But the money debited from my account. I send email to Dohop stating all my concern, Mr. Gremar supported me and made the money to return back to my account. But the Dohop customer service is not responsive at all, no response from them if you put anything on chat.

One of our connecting flight was cancelled by the airline company. Luckily we had Dahop included in our travel package. Our assistant Magdalena was amazing! She was so patient with all our wishes and came with multiple flight combinations to reach our final destinstion. When we finally decided which flights to take we received the confirmation and the new tickets sent immediately. So happy we had this service included in our flight booking! Saved us a lot of time, stress and money! Thank you Magdalena for your exceptional service!

When my original flights were cancelled, on giving dohop my preferred new flights that would suit our itenary, everything was processed smoothly and efficiently, thank you.

i do not understand, why easyjet needs dohop. my flight was changed by easyjet so i could not reach the second flightl i first called easyjet, they couldnt/did not want to do anything. then i contacted dohop, they contacted easyjet and easyjet did the necessary changes free of charge. too complicated.

We had an Easyjet trip from Lisbon to Bari with a stopover at Nice and the Nice-Bari flight got canceled. We decided to not waste money on hotels for 5 people (one 5y old child included) and rented a car to drive the 1100km overnight in one stretch.Dohop says it's not liable for compensation because "As this is the 2nd flight on your journey and your connection was not missed it is the airline's responsibility to provide cover for you and ensure you reach your final destination." and "The provision of the Services is at the absolute discretion of Dohop, and Dohop will not provide the Services in any case of Extraordinary Circumstances such as cancellation on the day of travel."So basically, if you're in trouble and need help, don't use Dohop, it's pointless.

I had a flight delay with a period that exceeds the connection time. I have also purchased connectsure service. When I tried to contact them I waited for 50 min + on the line until an operator replied who doesn't speak proper English, promised to get back to me with alternatives and didn't call back. I emailed, tried calling back to no avail. Never again with them.

Well we did get tickets to Palma the same day. It did take few days but everything went well.

So far had 2 flight cancellations and been provided with support from the service on both instances. They helped with the refund and found alternate flights which did not affect our itinerary when it was possible.
