Is dkhardware.com Legit?

I am a facilities maintenance technician. Some cabinets in one of our breakrooms needed to be replace but we didn't want to get new keys. DK Hardware had the lock sets that I needed. My supervisor was glad to hear that we didn't need to get new locks AND new keys. Very convenient of DK to have this hardware on hand.

We were able to order a part that was only available in bulk from other suppliers. We are a small company and are not in the place yet where we can afford bulk options, so this store was a huge relief. Quick shipping, good prices, easy from start to finish.

Absolutely terrible company. I placed an order in 11/12/24 for some door hinges that their website stated in stock and fast shipping. One weeks later I inquired and they stated they will ship soon. Another week later they said they were on back order and asked if I was willing to wait. I asked how long it would take and they said they would check and let me know, they never did. Checked again on 12/8 via email with no response. Called on 12/12 and they said they would check and call me back. On 12/19 I called and they said it would be back in stock in February, I cancelled the order via email and they acknowledged and said credit would be issued 4-5 days. Contacted in 12/27 and asked about my credit, they had no answer and said they would check and get back and they never did. I finally had to dispute the charge with my bank. To this day the same product still shows in stock on their website.

I have ordered twice from DK - both times the delivery was slow and the quality of materials was not what I expected or on par with similar items that I ended up ordering from other suppliers.

Only reason why I am giving 4 stars is because it took forever to get. Other than that, it is what it said it is. Good product.

Excellent payment options and delivery services! The fireplace insert is perfect. But don’t expect it to fit like a glove. You’re going to have to work at it as in everything in life. DK Hardware is worth looking into.

Said in stock but took over 1 week to ship out ! Shipping was slow too, paid for fast shipping cost but used Fed Exp. ground took another week!Not happy about your service at all ! Will not buy from you again!

Took quite a while to get my order. The listing on your website also seemed to indicate that the light came with a collar for surface mounting, but this was not actually included in the packaging.

Good hardware and product. The communication around purchase to shipping was lacking. I had no idea what the timeline for processing or shipping would be. i called and they said should process in about a week and then ship, but i didn't get any idea.All I need is a simple, confirmation that the order was processed, tracking number when it shipped and then i can track the shipment on its way and have an idea on timing. it took longer than expected to arrive, but did arrive and the parts were great.

Cannot trust Stock Status-non responsive customer service.Ordered an item that was listed in stock. Hadn't shipped in over a week, so i inquired. Apparently it was out of stock, I was never notified, and it is still listed as in stock. Still don't know if they have cancelled my order as requested since they stopped replying.

Fast easy ordering, product as described, received on time, great price. How wonderful to find great older hardware which is simple in it’s application and extremely durable. Plus they match my current drawer hardware in my 1961 kitchen cabinets. Plus, plus, plus!!!

These folks shipped my order right away, and were easy to deal with. My only complaint is that their price for the FishMox (amoxicillin) was about twice what I pay at another website. But I am happy to have them as an alternate supplier.
