Is discovercars.com Legit?

I've Googled Hire Companies all around the world over the years but it's become apparent that it's very difficult to beat DiscoverCars prices. On the odd occasion that I have then I've usually had problems. So now I just go straight to DiscoverCars and save my time and money.

I recently rented a car from Budget at Rabat airport, and I was thoroughly impressed with the service from start to finish. When I picked up the car, Rida was absolutely amazing—professional, efficient, and friendly, making the entire process quick and hassle-free. Avec car rental was super easy to deal with. They were there waiting at Kayseri airport to pick us up & it was just a short 5-10 min drive from the airport. The checking in process was very streamlined, just a credit card for deposit. The car had less than 7000kms on the odometer so everything worked well. Returning the car was just as easy, no issues at all. I definitely would recommend Avec & would use them again.

Overall it was a good experience with booking, finding the car for great value and comms. Suggestion, maybe docs up-dation can be added so that pickup could be quicker. I had to wait a while for my agent to verify if I could rent on an Indian DL.

Great transaction from start to finish. Agents spoke good English and the car was just what we wanted. The shuttle driver was very grumpy and unhelpful with putting suitcases/ baggage in the shuttle bus.

We had the chance to visit the amazing landscape of Sardegna in a small but really nice car. As for the employees, they were very polite and helpful, from the pick-up to the drop-off. Why we grant the company with 4 stars of five is due to the long period of guarantee fund preserved. We would appreciate if the money could return to the bank account 24 hours after car drop-off.

I have used this company several times and never had any problems. This time I had a very late cancellation because my wife had a sudden illness. We cancelled really late and the company had no obligation to refund the reservation fee. However, they did it anyway, and responded very fast. Excellent and fast service, and I will use them again.

Good insurance and competitive price. Great value for money, I cannot say much more about the insurance as i didn't need to use it. This is the second time i use discover cars for my trips and seems so far seems to be good.

Best prices for car rental companies in Italy. They have many different ones. We took a full insurance. Due to a small scratch on the tire we had to pay to the car rental company. Since we had insurance we got fast service and got the money back very quickly. Thanks to Austin.

Rented a car in Pisa for my wife, I and my 11 months old daughter. At the airport my flight has been delayed and tried to call the number on the booking for late comers and nobody answer the phone. Left an answer phone message. At the car rental our car has been cancelled because we were late. The guy at the reception was blaming discovercars and they were blaming the car dealer. Obviously the problem didn't get resolved and we ended up paying much more for another car. We had to use the holidays budget and cut restaurants and other things we were supposed to do. I'm sure those people don't care.

I had a terrible experience with DiscoverCars. First of all, their website is not user-friendly and it was difficult to navigate. When I finally found a car that suited my needs and booked it, I received a confirmation email with incorrect pickup and drop-off locations. I tried to call their customer service number but was kept on hold for over 30 minutes without any response. When I finally reached a representative, they were unhelpful and unprofessional.

We arrived at the airport in Palermo Italy to pick up our vehicle tat we we paid for FULL COVERAGE INSURANCE when we reserved the vehicle! And the rental car place said we must pay again, the car rental place literally told us the insurance we paid for is NOT REAL! And this was only the first issue, then they asked for a credit card to put on file, my name is Joseph but I go by Joe and my credit card says Joe on it, the rental car place would not accept the physical card because of the short name, so I have digital credit cards just in case, they would not accept that either so we were forced to put it in my fiancé name. My rental for the car we selected plus full coverage was $350. Because my name wasn't exactly correct they forced us to create an entirely new reservation and it was for $800 and made me aware I would receive a refund on the canceled reservation. When we got home from our trip we emailed Discover Cars and they told me there was no refund and I'm am just gonna have to deal with it. This company is full of crooks and I employ hundreds of employees, they are making a very big mistake by stealing my money. Trust me I will spend every single day for the next 5 years tearing this company to the ground. There is no possibility these 5 star reviews are real, this company steals your money and then spits in your face!
