directliquidation.com Review

The Scam Detector website Validator gives directliquidation.com a medium-risk trust score on the platform: 69.1. It signals that the business is best defined by the following tags: Known. Vetted. Low Risk.. We are confident about our score as we also partner with other high-tech, fraud-prevention companies that found the same issues. So, why this score? We came up with the 69.1 score based on 53 aggregated factors relevant to directliquidation.com's industry. The algorithm detected a slightly lower risk for activity related to phishing, spamming, and other factors, noted in the Known. Vetted. Low Risk. tags above. Long story short, we recommend staying vigilant and using common sense when engaging with this website. But let's explain in more detail.

Explaining Our Analytical Approach

We've displayed some important information within the Company Details section above, each deserving more explanation:

  • Proximity to Suspicious Websites
  • Threat Profile
  • Phishing Profile
  • Malware Score
  • Spam Score
  • Domain Blacklist Status
  • HTTPS connection
  • Domain Creation Date

While some are self-explanatory concerning directliquidation.com, let's dive deeper into the remaining ones.

Proximity to Potentially Harmful Websites

This metric gauges the connection, scored on a scale of 1 to 100, between directliquidation.com and websites marked as suspicious. Elevated scores point to a stronger link with these questionable online destinations. It's worth noting that website owners might not always be aware of their site's proximity to these dubious platforms or servers. However, a "Proximity to Suspicious Websites" score surpassing 80 strongly indicates a high-risk website, while a score below 30 signifies a less-threatening site.

Risk Factors: Threat, Phishing, Malware, and Spam

These indicators reveal the vulnerabilities and elements embedded within the HTML code of directliquidation.com. They become especially pertinent if the website has received reports from internet users who've encountered unsolicited emails, ads, or messages related to the site. In the context of directliquidation.com, our investigation continues working to pinpoint the specific category, but we welcome your insights in the comments below. A high Malware score generally implies the presence of suspicious code that might be unknowingly disseminated. Conversely, a high Spam score hints at a possibly spam-ridden email address associated with the business. Scores under 30 in both categories are reassuring, but any score surpassing this threshold should raise concerns. directliquidation.com is likely a safe website, given all the risk factors and data numbers analyzed in this in-depth review. Share your experience in the comments.

Domain Blacklisting Status

This term indicates whether directliquidation.com has landed on any online directories' blacklists and earned a suspicious tag.

Assessing HTTPS Connectivity

This section provides insight into whether directliquidation.com boasts an 's' at the end of the 'HTTP' protocol listed in your browser's address bar. If the tab displays in green, consider it a positive sign.

Safe Check

We want our trust scores and reviews to be as accurate as possible so that you can protect yourself from online fraud. Our algorithm aggregates factors that efficiently analyze a company's website, in this case, directliquidation.com.

Thank you JD for your assistance today. My overall experience with direct Liquidation has been no other than top know. I've purchased 7 lots from them so far and look for to doing more business long term. Oh and maybe you guys can open up a net 10 of finance account of some sort for customers that has shown a good report with you guys. Thanks again for your help JD.
Danny is a customer service rep at Direct Liquidation and he's been stellar. I've always had great experience with DL over the years, but when there are issues arise, Danny has always been helpful and supportive. Many of my issues are taken care of and I always feel great when there's someone I know I can rely on to make things right! DL is a great source, but as other sources, you need to test first to see if it's the right fit before fully committed. I'm fully committed and has been with them since day 1.
Rowel referred me to do this review on lot id # 32873406. It was a very smooth transaction from start to finish. I will definitely continue doing business with direct liquidation to get good deals on merchandise as long as all of the people I speak to are like Rowel! My company's name is Tow Up Towing!
I ordered my first pallet ever from Direct Liquidation, it really seemed like a great deal. It was a Walmart returns pallet. Once I received the pallet over half of the merchandise on the pallet was damaged, as in cracked and broken. The box containing the high ticket item was empty. I can’t blame it 100% on Direct Liquidation because it could have been the shipper that damaged the product and Walmart accepting the returns. As far as customer service goes they are great.
Great site to buy refurbished laptops and gaming consoles. Customer service is always helpful and nice to speak with. Only thing is I would recommend is arranging your own shipping as it can get pretty expensive.
Worst experience ever. we're an international buyer, and we scheduled a pickup with our courrier according to their terms. Every things ok till DHL picked up our goods than at this point DHL asked them for information that was MANDATORY for the shipping and that DHL said mandatory from directliquidations, At this point direct liquidation totally refused to provide this information to Dhl. Sounds like dhl one of the biggest shipper of the world don't know how to ship? :)) unbelivable. We and dhl tried in any way to ask them for this information but totally uneffective, their support refuse to cooeperate in any way and keep posting same copied and pasted answere. We lost money of the goods and we lost money for the failed attempt of shipping of dhl. Probably they wanted to force us to use one of their suggested courrier or the closing price of the auction was to low for them. Anyway really bad experience and loose of time and money. If you are a buyer outside usa please totally avoid this company. STAY AWAY.
Direct Liquidation is terrible. They cancel your orders without any reason and you already lose weeks when you find out they are horrible from start to finish. Do not trust them. Stay away.
I have been getting products since May 2019. I have bought 137 pallets, mostly electronics and appliances. This site has given me the chance to come from buying my first pallet for $99 to buy lots of $15,000 nowadays. It is always risky when you buy a pallet but from my experience, I would say that it is smart to buy pallets that come with warranty, so your investment is secured. The website is easy to navigate and customer service has improved a lot. Some departments need to improve in terms of processing the wire transfer for example. What I also like about this company is that they allow you to pick up your pallets, which save you a considerable amount of money. I also have had some inconveniences but customer service has been there to support and find a way to solve any issue. I would recommend anyone who wants to start a business, to buy one or two pallets and try to see how it works. Jose Ascencio
You can find some good stuff at a great price through Direct Liquidators. Their support is good too, they always get back with me within a day and have been very helpful!
Hello, I have no words to describe how disappointed I feel about the pallets received. They said that it was 75% working goods, which is wrong because it is 90% damaged goods from the pallets(12) I received. Almost all the items had receipts attached that read "Return Reason: damaged", whereas they (DL) said there was no way of knowing that. For example, one pallet containing grill and washing machine are both damaged and in non-working conditions as per the receipt attached to them, so that is one pallet which is a complete waste, which makes 0% working item from one pallet. I will not be able to get back the money I spent in purchasing/shipping this lot not even closer. Please don't sham people like this. It is a lot of money, hard work, and time that I put into buying, transporting, and sorting this lot. But I will not be able to even make enough money to get my money back, on top of that I might have to rent a dumpster to get rid of all the damaged goods. This is a total loss and disaster for me! This is truly frustrating. Thanks
Great service. I’ve purchased a few lots, they have gotten them ready in short time and customer service is always helpful with any small issues.
Whenever I have a problem I contact Mr Rowel, he has great customer service skills. And he always responds to me in a timely manner. I appreciate him.
my third time to buy lots on this website, all goods received were as described, i recommend it, it is a reliable site
I've purchased from DL for about a year now and will continue to do business with them. Shipping seems to be getting faster and there's great stuff in the lots, name brand items. Thanks!
Thanx to Rowel who helps me with every need with direct Liquidation I pleased !
I had great experience while communicating with the direct liquidations support team and them assisting me on anything I needed as well as receiving my order on time. - Ibad Siddiqui
Great customer service. Dave was very nice and helpful.

“Described Incorrectly Online!”

SCAM! Do not buy! Purchased a pallet online which was labeled "damaged/missing parts/tested not working" when I get to the warehouse, the items I purchased had been fully recycled! Warehouse staff advised me to leave the pallet there, since it was labeled incorrectly, and they will contact customer service for a refund. They did not give me a full refund and charged a 10% cancellation fee! Very disappointed with customer service received, and do not recommend doing business with them! I have purchased pallets from them before with no issue, but will not be purchasing from them again. Service Value Shipping Returns Quality

“Overpriced junk”

Direct liquidation used to sell items at 5-10% of retail cost. Now they sell at approximately 5-20% above retail. The worst part is that most items you purchase are defective or just plain trash. I've purchased items that were full of cockroaches and other types of bugs as well as having food, hair and other unidentifiable substances in and on the items. I've purchased items then went to pick up and they gave me similar items but definitely not what I've purchased. Then refused to replace with the proper items or refund. I no longer use direct due to all of the issues I've encountered. They did offer me a 20% off coupon to change my negative review to positive. They said it will never expire. I changed my review then when I tried to use the coupon they said it was expired and not valid. Never again will I fall for their deceptive practices or purchase from them. I am writing this review just to make others aware of what to expect when buying from Direct liquidation. Tip for consumers:The items you receive will not be what's advertised. Most items are broken and un sellable or usable. Products used:Toys electronics power tools lawn mowers landscaping items garden items coffee pots microwaves ice makers bedding sheets air mattresses refrigerator washer dryer jacuzzi tubs car parts and accessories and much more Service Value Shipping Returns Quality

“Trash received”

Our last purchase was 5 pallets, very disappointed because we paid for delivery to send us a pallet with two large boxes that covered 50% of the pallet was garbage, basic bags, supposedly we were going to receive 63 pieces, we only received 40 in total, each You see, we are more disappointed to buy in directliquidation Products used:Home electronics Service Value Shipping Returns Quality

“Scam”

100% scam! Don't fall for the "as is" lot! We only bought a small lot, and we sure are glad we did the test! Supposedly, these lots will have about a 75% plug and play rate. Meaning, 75% will be good to sell. Our lot cost us $363.00, and if we can make our money back it will be a miracle! Basically, we have spent our money to have the honor of selling Wal-Mart return junk, and hoping that we can get our money back. Our complaint to Direct Liquidation was given pretty much the brush-off! They said "wait for it" the lot was sold "as is" and "sorry". Of course, if you look at the pictures of the items that you are purchasing, the pictures are of brand new, undamaged and unused items! A total misrepresentation of what they are selling. Our "lot" was almost 40% straight out unsellable trash! No testing needed, it was visibly broken! All I can say is "DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY "! Tip for consumers:Do not buy from the people!!! Products used:Pallet only had about 60% sellable products Service Value Returns Quality

“Cherry Pickers”

For the second (and last time) I purchased a product from the website only to get a cancellation email a few days later. I found a really good deal on a laptop, paid the asking price, and waited for my tracking number. Instead of that I received an email stating there was no inventory of the item and my account was being temporarily suspended due to unpaid orders. The only orders with any issues are the ones they cancelled. So I went back to the website to see if I could find the laptop, and sure enough, there it was for sale again except now for a higher price. Service Value Shipping Returns

“Legal robery”

Items won't match what is on manifest. And customer service will point you to small imprint "The manifest will not be 100% accurate but is used as a representation of the overall contents of the pallet and should be used as a close guide" meaning you will not get billing adjustment or refund. And btw, most of the "customer return" items are damaged/broken, Basically you are buying garbage as others mentioned. Quality

“Does not ship what they say.”

They give you a list of items you are bidding on but the last 2 orders are not the same. The 1st order I marked as an error. The 2nd was not even close. Two different brands and did not ship everything. Service Value Shipping Returns Quality

“Victim of Bait and Switch”

STAY AWAY! This company scams! Do not deal with these people I was supposed to receive 26 pallets of tools and only received 10 pallets of tools all which were broken. I got Damaged paint sprayers and the other 12 pallets were broken vanities. $18K on a bunch of trash and they're only willing to reimburse me $500. “This place is sooooo cool”

This place is insane if y'all need fancy $#*! furniture, clothes, or just random collectibles, this place is the spot to be! For a warehouse it's super clean and the staff are super helpful, check this place out! Products used:I bought a couch Service Value Quality

“$#*!ING SUCKS STAY AWAY”

This company is horrible, my first time buying from here and shipping is so misleading, it said i had to pick my own shipping, which was the only option so i figured they would give me a choice of shipping carriers in a email... WRONG, they actually want you to create a shipping label send it to them, and then they will send it to what ever warehouse you order from on they website, complete waste of time and bull$#*!. Then im trying to get refunded and the 3 people i talk to said the order hasnt been prepared yet we will cancel the order, you wont get charged the 30% restock and you will get refunded soon. That was last week, i check my credit card statement and guess what, they charged me for the order that was so called being cancelled, $#*! this whole company stay away Tip for consumers:stay the $#*! away Products used:none $#*!ign sucks Service Value Shipping Returns Quality

“All broken”

Bought a pallet of computer monitors, all broken not even 1 good one, Bought another pallet of portable DVD players for car, all discontinued factory damaged, not even 1 works. They sell pallets say" tested not working " But they lied and put untested costumer returns on pallets they know exactly all broken. Scam Service Value Shipping Returns Quality

“BEWARE!STAY AWAY!”

I ordered a pallete of speakers. The manifest did not match the number of items. I was missing about 8 - 9 speakers. Sent a message to the customer service and asked for the information about the missing stuffs. I was told he will get back to me for updates. I followed up coulpe of times. After a month he replied stating about their return policy (highlighted in yellow) saying that all their return stuffs are AS-IS.And for sure we cannot return the speakers anymore because they have a 1 month return policy... Honestly if there is a 0 star rating, I would choose that.. Tip for consumers:HIghly NOT Recommended!! Products used:speakers Service Value Returns Quality

“Deceitful advertising of items”

I purchased a lot of vacuums that were in used or like new conditions. 48% of the merchandise I received is not working at all. Half are missing their chargers which should have been listed as for parts, etc. I received one item like new of a spot cleaner that was literally the store display, marked as not for retail and display purposes only and had a fake plug. Who would buy such an item? The manifest did not say "display only spot cleaner". You cant even donate this item. There are numerous other issues. I would be interested in hearing from others regarding the various issues they had

“Not even worth 1 point(you will not get product as described)”

I ordered multiple pallets and I can tell you guys that every time they ship your pallet. Your item will be missing or wrong item will come. I bought a VIZIO speaker $500 and they switched to $50 kidd 7 golf set. Another pallet they were missing two items price around $800 I think they are intentionally keeping good product and sell it directly to customer. Then switch that product with $#*!ty one or missing. I contacted them but they are saying "SOLD AS IS" What kind of $#*! is that? DONT TRY TO BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE NEVER NEVER DONT TRY TO RESELL BECAUSE YOU ARE NOT GONNA MAKE BREAKEVEN POINT BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT GONNA SHIP AS DESCRIBED. Please don't use this platform. I am gonna post this review everyday till their business is down Service Value Shipping Returns Quality

“Always so very satisfied!”

I have purchased at least 60 pallets over the past 4 months, and will continue until I retire. The product, including the vast variety, great prices, ease of purchasing, convenience of picking up my own shipments and above average customer service keep me coming back to purchase more, every morning. My business has excelled since I began utilizing all that Direct Liquidation has to offer. Thank you!

“90% garbage”

I purchased 12 pallets from Direct Liquidation and 90% of the products were junk. Mostly broken and almost everything had missing parts. I will never buy through this company again and I suggest that everyone do the same.

“Rip off”

I bought a 3 pallet deal. Did not buy one at a time was a 3 pallet deal. They sent me a email saying they cancelled my order. Turns out that they only cancelled the best pallet saying it was lost. Told them to just cancel the entire order if I was not getting the best pallet with it. They then tell me they have already shipped it and if I refuse the order it will be a 30 percent restock fee for something I did not order. They should have contacted me before they shipped if they were not shipping my entire order! Tip for consumers:Do not buy they will rip you off!! Products used:Trying to return everything calling my CC company to try get money back Service Value Shipping Returns Quality

“Stay away”

I only received unusable and damaged items, The order was listed as d$16,000.00 MSRP and in reality only value at less that $2,000.00 if it were in excellent condition and it was not even close. I reported this was told basically "too bad". This was my first and last order and I am not shy about sharing my experience with other businesses. Very disappointed I was looking for a long and fruitful business relationship.

“DONT DO IT!”

They lie about whats on the pallet to up the price, they cancel pallets because they sold them twice, they are awful in every aspect. From sales, support, to the warehouse. Oh and watch out for the cockroaches that hide in the pallets. Because they do, and they can get BIG

“Falsely advertised merchandise”

Be aware of falsely advertised merchandise. They will say it is this, when it is not. I bought phones there that said they were unlocked; after sending these overseas, I found out they weren't unlocked. When I reach out to them, they told unfortunately they can't do anything about because it has passed 90 days. After being told to send them the IMEI numbers to get them unlocked remotely, I was told thereafter they can't because it is over 90 days. Make sure you know what you are getting and try a different liquidation if you want to be guaranteed you are getting rightly advertised merchandise. I will not be ordering from them again.

“They are the worst ever”

You will get broken item missing items no matching list. Why did but a list its not going to be matching the item we will receive bad. Then the top money item its will be missing from any ballet soo be careful

“Worst customer service in the world, GREEDY, MISSLEADING and overall very bad business”

I have been buying from this company for over 5 years This company presorts all of the "Untested customer returns" Takes the most valuable ones and sells them to the consumer market directly! The same market their customers sell to on ebay, amazon and their own website as VIPOUTLET. They also started selling individual products to consumers on directliquidation.com. They are controlling the customer returns market then liquidating the bullsh*t they can't sell. So if you are a reseller looking to resell the products you purchase form them to the consumer market ie. EBay, Amazon, Etsy, Newegg, Walmart.com then you are competing with the same exact company you are buying from and they are selling for prices way cheaper than you can sell and even make money on. You can't have your cake and eat it too! You either choose to wholesale or resell and you will never achieve the required volume for the Walmart trucks by individually reselling them all. GREEDY will make you fail in the end and that is exactly what is going to happen to you and it's exactly what you deserve. Tip for consumers:Don't waste your money Products used:Consumer Electronics Service Value Shipping Returns Quality

“Not very reliable”

Ive purchased several pallets from direct liquidation. Didnt have a problem with about 30% of them but have lost big time on a couple. Example: i purchased a "new/shelf pull" pallet valued at $15k, got it home and broke it down and turns out to only be worth almost $5k. $10k shy of what was advertised and their solution was "heres a $500 credit, pay more attention to the manifest next time". So now i do check the manifests very closely. My last 2 pallets were missing the most valuable items which made it hard to make my money back and their response was "the manifests arent 100% accurate, theyre just to give you an idea of whats there". Then they tried bribing me with a 10% off coupon if id lie and leave a good review. They will screw you any chance they get. Definitely not giving them any more money

“Overall”

I have had no problem so far and I Look to forward to my next purchase. I would only like for delivery to be quicker as of now it takes about 2 weeks for delivery.

If you own directliquidation.com, we’d love to hear from you. If you'd like to challenge the trust score we’ve assigned, we’re happy to take a closer look. However, please be prepared to provide solid proof of your business's legitimacy. Introduce yourself with your name (not just "Admin").

When domain owners contact us to dispute their trust score, we kindly ask for the following:

* Business documentation that verifies your legitimacy (e.g., certificate of incorporation, business registration, or official records with the site or business name).

* Your personal LinkedIn profile and the business's social media accounts (e.g., Facebook).

* If available, proof of satisfied customers (e.g., screenshots, not just testimonials on your website), evidence of inventory, or records of handling order cancellations properly.

We’re more than willing to update your review based on the evidence you provide—the more proof, the higher your trust score. Please note, however, that we cannot verify non-operational websites or those redirected to other URLs. Additionally, we do not verify websites involved in high-risk financial services, gambling, adult content, or illegal activities.
