Is digidash.store Legit?

I bought the digidash over 2 years. Used it on a 2020 VW tiguan and work perfectly. Then changed my car to a 2023 Nissan Qashqui and again worked perfectly. Then when getting a 2024 Nissan Qashqui it no longer worked. Contacted support who advised me it needed an update. Sent the file through to update. Once updated it worked again. Excellent customer support.

The best purchase I have ever made for my car. I saw this product/company from Instagram and I was hooked immediately so I purchased, it connected straight away to my car without any issues. The customer service and aftercare is 5* via instagram chat and they are very prompt to respond if any issues and are excellent with any fault finding. I would happily buy again from Digidash.

Absolutely brilliant product! I was skeptical having seen many of these devices advertised all over Social Media. After doing some research, I took the plunge and bought one. It arrived 48 hours after order and it couldn't be more simple to set up! I have all the apps I want from my phone on-screen now and all the streaming channels I use (Disney +, Netflix, Prime video) to keep the kids happy. No lag and an awesome addition to my car's ICE.

Works perfect on S class W/V 223. It is much much better than Ottocast P3. Turn on immediately. Netflix, Max, Showmax, YouTube perfect. Disney+ ( turn on but I can't search for any titles. Tab is hidden... )

Received my unit today - less than 48 hours after ordering. An uncomplicated instruction booklet. Very easy to set-up. Works well. Great quality video. Has Google Play Store and all apps available for download. Even supports VPN use. Used my mobile handset as a wireless hotspot but I will probably invest in a standalone SIM card for the unit. Have to say that I am pleasantly surprised.*Update. 8 Aug 2024: I have now installed an unlimited data SIM into my Digi Dash. Works a treat. Additionally provides an additional mobile number and hotspot for the vehicle, whilst no longer reliant on my mobile having to be in wi-fi range

Absolutely brilliant ! Worth every penny - can sit in my car now a dinner time in work and chill watching Netflix or YouTube. Once Bluetooth enabled with your mobile phone or WiFi hotspot off phone can enjoy everything it offers . Was sceptical at first but happy took the risk. Also managed to load firestick app onto it so can watch everything off my normalFire stick.

The digi dash is an excellent piece of kit. My Ford Mustang has wired Apple CarPlay and the digidash enables it to have wireless CarPlay / Android Autoo. This is just the first of the many cool things this device can do. It is powered by Android adn as a result has access to the App store. You can stream Youtube, Prime Video, Netflix, Disney+ (though this didnt work, but after support from the guys at DD, it now works) etc.Whatever app you can find in the Android store, will be probably be accessible via this fantastic wee box of tricks.

Compatible with both Apple and Android Auto.Great compact gadget which gives your car a boost when it comes to internal entertainment but also Google map and many other cool features.Besides a great magic box - DigiDash provides super professional customer service. What a great gadget. Does everything I bought it for and more.A couple of teething issues but only minor and updating the software and a bit of patience it was up and running in no time.Excellent support from the guys. Always answered email queries for support within a day.If like me you were dubious and sceptical about outplaying a hefty amount. It is well worth it.I have a 5g sim with unlimited data which also now now gives me additional WiFi hot-spot in the car, this in turn supports the gadgets without using any other data.The quality of the video is amazing. Crystal clear as if it was on a phablet device.What's not to like about it....if and when I discover anything I will update my post!!

mine stopped working just after a year they did replace it but the new one has stopped working less than a year old and they refused to replace it I would like to here from anyone else with the same issue as we are starting a small claims against digidash and we already have 3 others with the same issue so we are looking for as many people as possible as this proves the product is not fit for sale please email andyfoster80@hotmail,com

Great device. Product arrived quickly, packaging high quality, looks and feels great. Unboxed and plugged straight into my cars USB port, literally took seconds to get it working and unlock further features for my cars dash. Now I can steam music videos, watch sport and even entire films! It’s a must have if you’ve got irritable kids, you can stick Netflix on and keep them occupied for longer journeys. Comes with a user manual which is comprehensive, although customer support was very helpful and prompt, pretty much answered all my initial concerns. Would highly recommend this brand.

This device itself is great, works great in MOST areas, though it foesnt quite in others. There are certain apps that wont let you use them(disney plus, google maps, sky plus when selecting a film) . The only reason i give them a 3 star rating is because they wont respond to emails(digidash support) when asking if it needs to be updated or if there is a fix for google maps showing true north etc. i was going to recommend this for my colleagues ( we are taxi drivers) but now ill just say i dont know where it came from. A real pity

Don’t really usually write reviews but think this deserves one .The product itself is really good does what it says on the tin really happy with .I had issue myself with the screen size not matching my car as it was brand new ,got in touch with there help team which were really good an helpful they worked on an update which sorted out my problem,dealt with a guy called John who was really helpful an kept me updated ,definitely recommend this product an service

I bought a digi dash a couple of weeks ago. They are brilliant and work really well . I would 100% buy another if required

Purchased my DigiDash 3.0 back in November 23, I contacted today as Disney+ had stopped working and was no longer compatible. Spoke to Jordan who advised me on what I needed to do. Within 5 minutes of receiving the email I was back watching Disney+. Cannot fault them at all and please disregard all the fake reviews lately the company is not a scam. Their Customer service is brilliant and get back to you as soon as they can in my case less than an hr.

I'm extremely impressed with the device and installation process.No installation needed whatsoever. Just plugged it into my CarPlay's USB port, paired to my phone's hotspot and good to go. Netflix, Youtube, Disney+, Amazon Prime, GooglePlay all accessible and easy to use.WOULD RECOMMEND to anyone and think this would be perfect for parents with kids.

Since getting my new car, as a private hire driver. It was important that I stayed sane whilst waiting for jobs. The infotainment digidash offers does just that. After Initial issues setting up(that can vary with different in car set ups)I am in total love with digidash.Highly recommend it!!!

Got digidash 3.0 today tried it out set it up wire was short managed to place it elsewhere in car. I thought great seems good then the GPS was lagging apps crashing split screen not working tried to get in touch to tell them they acknowledged me at first asked why I wanted to return never told me how and then heard nothing else. Tried factory reset but needed a code that isn't in the manual seems like an expensive buggy piece of plastic that I would like to return and get a refund.

Had a few issues setting up my Digi dash as my car was brand new so had different software. Emailed customer service and Jordan responded really fast and was very helpful, talking me through what to do step by step. Once I’d done what he advised the set up was quick and easy and I’m loving the amount of apps available! Thanks again Jordan :)
