Is differio.com Legit?

I love this company, so cutting edge in style and diversity. Costly but worth it, the quality is on point.

The shipping was quick and the shorts are amazing the quality is great!!

The service from Differio was excellent, however UPS have failed to deliver my order.I am waiting for a response from them, otherwise I will need to contact yourselves for help.

Generally, I like the products I get from Differio and they tend to be higher quality, however occasionally things get messed up, mostly due to shipping. Most recently, I ordered a hat and, due to the way it was shipped, it arrived misshapen. Given the cost of the hat, I would have expected better care. Update: To clarify, based on Differio’s response, the issue was not due to the courier mishandling, it was due to inadequate packaging - e.g. it was a brimmed (cowboy) hat with no protection or reinforcement and was packaged in the same box as shoes, without any padding or packing material. I make this clarification to ensure Differio knows it was not a courier issue.

So happy I found Differio - it was love at first sight! :) I am awed by their vast collection of Men's streetwear offered in different shades, colours, price ranges; size fits etc., but in such eclectic, bold, yet tasteful styles. My overall shopping experience, including dealing with customer service for an exchange/refund, has been nothing short of VERY satisfactory.

Everything that I purchase from DIfferio fits perfectly, looks great, gets lot of compliments when I where them out especially the pants! I have purchased many items over the years. I think the pricing is great, the product quality is excellent and the shipping is fast and affordable. You'll turn heads!

It has been extremely enjoyable looking, shopping the variety of stand-alone signature tops, shorts, belts, shoes and accessories from your website. I really, really, really would appreciate that pants/Jeans/slacks would come in a 34L or longer. If you are above 6ft the selection is extremely lacking. It would be easier to have paints taken up but you can not add more materials.

The kilt fits! Seems to be good quality and I’m looking forward to wearing it at Burning Man. The heart shaped goggles look really cool, though they’re a little bigger than I expected. They should still do the trick tho.I contacted customer service for a fit issue before ordering, and they were helpful.I recommend!

Quick delivery, affordable pricing, great quality in fabrics! The Castro muscle shirt medium size runs a bit bigger than expected, yet I love the graphics! The Chino blue pants are a perfect fit!

This is an awesome product! I was worried as I work in retail and have worked with a lot of fabrics that have their downsides when it comes to fit and longevity. After getting it and getting a good up close look at the product I'm convinced that Differio's product will last a long time though and I'm excited to have found this brand.

There was no issue with my exchange since my XL costume was a bit snug around my chest. The company exchanged it for an XXL and received it in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend this site and will order itema again in the future.

Delivery was quick. However the boots arrived smelling like cigarettes. They are also easily a size smaller than advertised. I had to check the insides to make sure they were actually a 14. I’m hoping they’ll break in, because at least they look stellar.

This company falsely advertises the clothing. I am a medium/large by almost every retailer clothing size. I reviewed the size chart prior to purchasing a Onesie for Christmas. I assumed by the name of the website the company might not be American , or at least made by an international designer so went with the Large just to make sure it fit. I could not even get my leg into the onesie. I processed a return (shipping at my expense) and just to be extra sure, requested a XXL to be sent. The XXL was so small, I still could not get my leg to fit. I took the item to a seamstress who reviewed their size chart. She confirmed the sizes were off and it was a woman design. This is false advertising and deceptive. They were willing to process a refund once I called their scam out, but only if I paid for shipping to return the item.

Differio has great high quality and trendy items. I like the wide range they have; there is always something for everyone. And anytime I can support a company that is supporting our LGBTQ+ community and get great clothes I’m in.

Definitely my go to Jean company! Love the way every pair fits and looks on me. Wish I could find more coupons cause I’m such bargain shopper. Not like a Walmart shopper but love to get a price break on something designer

Great product, completely met my expectations. There was an issue with the address, but a customer service rep called me to confirm the addres and correct the issue. When I saw where it was being shipped I was concerned it was not updated appropriately. I emailed and they confirmed the address was correct. Quick and efficient service.

I placed an order for Halloween costumes, only to realize that I forgot to add a mask to my order. I contacted to see if I could add it on before my order was shipped. They responded in a very timely manner and added it to my order free of charge.

Nice website, with good variety of clothes and items especially for gay men. Very efficient with their shipping anf handling and great customer support. Slightly overpriced.

“Great Service”

In love with this shop! Recently bought a jumper and trainers before going on holiday. Both looked as expected from the picture online so no disappointments here. My only complaint is paying customs since I live in London but that's out of their hands. Too bad they don't have a shop in the UK yet or else Id buy more!

“BUYER BEWARE”

This company has 3 issues: 1. Their sizing is just wrong 2. Their return process is terrible (a death wish for a mail order clothing company) 3. They lie about returns or sell used clothing or possibly both It's also impossible to call them as they have no phone number and everything has to be done via email. TERRIBLE customer service. I've worn the same shoe my entire adult life. The shoes sent by Differio were too big, yet my normal side. I tried returning them for a smaller size (shipping them back at my expense) and they claim the shoes were dirty from being worn outside. I wore them for all of 2 minutes in my living room in front of my spouse before putting them back in the box and sending back - in the exact same condition they were in when received. This company either sent used shoes to me or is lying about the state of the shoes because they don't want to process returns. I also ordered some sunglasses that didn't fit. BUYER BEWARE!

“My favorite trendy store”

I always enjoy ordering clothes from online stores but my favorite is differio.com, specially that they have free shipping. They have some of the most creative and trendy mens clothing that can go with both business and urban streetwear. I ordered their famous owl backpack, a few shirts and trousers and they came in good condition once arrived to our door. This has to be one of my favorite men clothing online shops.

“Did not fit but problem solved”

I saw a romper on their website that I HAD to have. I ordered a plaid romper in M, but when I tried it on I realized that a size L would've fit me better. The return process was pretty straightforward. I live in Canada so I had to pay for the customs and return shipping but it says all that on their site. It's an annoying cost but really can't get mad because its all there on their website. The large fit me perfect! Overall would shop again.

“Great Experience & Excellent Customer Service!”

I purchased a few pieces online for the first time from Differio and had to return one of the pieces for size. Obviously, I did have to ship it to them but the process was smooth and much faster than I expected. I received the Large and it fits perfect. I found some really great pieces and people comment on every item of clothing I've gotten from them. I definitely plan on shopping with Differio again.

“Ridiculous return and exchange policies!”

These people will charge you shipping and handling fees if you decide to return or exchange your item. Also, you will have to ship an item at your own expense. “Great quality and fast service”

I always order from Differio, they have very high quality products and most importantly their service is so fast, I live on the East coast and i think they ship our of New York. Usually my items arrives in just 3 days from my order. What I like about their products is that i can't find them anywhere else. I ordered shoes, jeans and a jacket. The shoe surprisingly was genuine leather, for the price i paid I didn't expect to get a genuine leather product, i was extremely happy. The jeans I had to exchange it to a larger size, my bad i didnt ready the measurement properly. Their customer service is awesome, specially Sasha on the chat. I'm a loyal customer!

“Regular customer”

The pros of this store is their selection. Great stuff and decently priced. I check their site almost everyday to see if anything new is added because I can't help myself lol. I also like that you get what you see. Products look and feel as shown. I only had one problem with the shipping because I put the wrong address. I emailed them and someone from customer service replied quickly and fixed the address change. I had to pay a little more for shipping but that was my bad. They even called me and left a voicemail about the issue. I was surprised that they actually called me because most customer service now is all email now.

I got package from Differio and I am so happy! I got a jeans, tshirt and jewellery. It is amazing! I am from France so took long to get package but this not Differio fault. USPS lost the package. It was problem to track it but this is all USPS mistake! This is not first time I had same problem with USPS at another shop. I can not believe it. Differio help me best they can. May be UPS is better for next time….

This company worked with UPS to scam $100 from me and then blamed me for abandoning my package with zero proof that UPS tried to contact me for a whole month. DO NOT SHOP HERE. “STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!”

Hello world, I was pleasantly surprised when I stumbled across this online store. Amazing pieces! I placed an order on 06/06/2019. Two separate orders to be exact on the same day. On 06/11/2019, I received one of the orders but not the other. So, I tracked the other order. Nothing to track. Tracking information was just blank. I contacted Differio via email. Which I don't like. If I'm patronizing a business, I feel as though I need to be able to speak with someone in the event something is wrong/goes wrong. Two days went by, still no response from Differio. On the third day I sent a message to their Facebook account. Shortly after, someone responded to me and passed my issue along. Someone else got back with me stating that UPS misplaced my package and that they were going to open an investigation with them. In the meantime, my money is being held up and I still don't have what I needed. Last night I just decided to reorder my original order while UPS sorts out the package on their end. Only to discover now that the clothing I ordered originally are now out of stock in the sizes I need. Which left me to only be able to order one item out of the three original items I ordered. I paid for expedited UPS. I just received a shipment notification stating that the order would be delivered by USPS. I paid for UPS shipping. At this point this experience seems intentional. Because of the lack of concern and unprofessionalism that DIFFERIO has demonstrated to me with something that wasn't my fault, I would advise you and whoever else you know to order from somewhere else. This company is trash. This company doesn't care about the customer. Stay away from this online store and find another store.
