Designs do come back quickly. The volume of designs coming back is great, but the quality is poor so it takes forever to finalize a request. The designs coming back seem all from an intern, someone without a lot of experience or talent, not a professional. If you're looking to just start up and get somethings up and going and don't have the time, they're great. But when you need better higher quality designs that matter, we haven't had any success.

Design Pickle is fantastic. From the speed to the quality of creative work that is delivered. It's really nice to submit requests and not have to worry about scopes or costs. As long as you provide quality assets and instructions for your vision, they will meet and most likely exceed what you want. We've submitted dozens of projects, and truly can say we are impressed with what we end up with.

Make sure you watch the reviews in YouTube. There is one about 13 minutes long that gives a solid experience to consider before moving forward. Pay attention to what it is that you are asking and what the sales rep is offering. I had a much harsher review earlier however a rep from the org contacted me and offered a full refund. Admittedly, that was very reasonable and I truly appreciated the acknowledging that.

The promise is BIG "Get high quality designs from a dedicated designer". The challenge is the designs you get back are far and away from the quality of the sample designs on Design Pickle's website. I had to work incredibly hard to get designs anywhere near the quality I expect from a premium design platform. By the end of my first month I had to give up trying and cancel my subscription.

What an incredible experience we have had with Design Pickle. Although we are no longer clients, we are happy to recommend Design Pickle to anyone seeking their services. Design Pickle created 37 high-resolution image files for the print version of a book I am publishing. The designer, Nicolei Tan, did a superb job of taking my original PowerPoint and Word images and turning them into high-res images for print. Nicolei's communications to me were perfect and she turned the work around in a very short period of time.

I consider Design Pickle essential for our team. We have been customers for the last few years. Design Pickle has allowed us to offer quicker turnaround times for various graphics requests that we simply cannot support in-house -- our volume is too high for the resources we have. We've had great experiences with our designers and our account rep Yaminah is fantastic.

Our digital marketing agency was skeptical of Design Pickle. Could an unknown team of designers you’ve never met or tried before and who offer super affordable rates really meet our standards? And could they do it reliably and with responsiveness every single day? The answer is a big Yes and Yes! And our clients are happy so it all works out and we will continue this collaboration as long as we can.

Unfortunately, it's a scam company. Design Pickle sold a lifetime deal for their media library, Freshstock. But now, they have removed all people's access, even though it was sold as a lifetime deal. The excuse is that their system no longer supports "Freshstock" only accounts. So now, you have to subscribe to a Design Pickle subscription to be able to access your lifetime deal for their media library, they call Freshstock. To be clear, it has always been the same company.

My partner and I needed an alternative to FIVERR and we found it in DESIGN PICKLE ... Mercedes did an excellent job as our contact by providing regular updates while also keeping our project on schedule ... but what I liked most is that her team did not force their vision on us ... early in the project, they expressed concerns about our specs and asked us to remain open to their suggestions, which we did ... after reviewing their mockups and preliminary samples, we then offered a few counter-suggestions which they promptly implemented ... and with that, the project was completed without any bloodshed ... her team provided a more open and consultative approach then I ever experienced on Fiverr ... a real breath of fresh air ... if the need arises, we'll definitely engage them again.

The team was incredibly fast and receptive to feedback. In the past i've worked at Fortune 500 with combo of in-house and external agencies and this service blew my mind. Overnight i've received new logos for sub-brands and new marketing landing page designs. So so fast and no hard feeling with direct feedback. Design Pickle is a perfect pairing with copy writing help from ChatGPT. Very efficient and incredibly cost effective.

Presentations were basic templates and lacked any real design work. The admin panel on this application ( the one you interact with the entire time ) looks and functions like internet circa 2007. Simply inputting text or design feedback feels archaic. Turn around time was guaranteed for 24 hours but your project would be split into parts, I’d get the first few slides then wait another day.it was not a 24 hour turn around time, I’d submit presentations and this service always delayed me. Overall design pickle didn’t save me any time and all the work was mediocre.

As a new small business owner I was looking for affordable options to get a logo and business card designed. Design Pickle was the perfect solution and created something I loved with easy ways to provide feedback to get the job done in a timely manner. I will definitely be back for future projects.
