Is decomica.com Legit?

I was shopping with Decomica for the first time I had some reservations at the beginning . As a coincidence, I had a problem with another e-shop that kept my money for pretty long time after canceling my order. I was not happy with Decomica initially, since there was no say on their pages about the item that I selected not being in stock. It was not easy and fast to reach get the answer online from them either. After being patient for a month, my new chair reached me finally. They were waiting for supply, however no delivery delay was mentioned originally. Their pages say just - "Order yours before 2.30pm for same day dispatch". It never happened however. Probably they do not keep a large stock. The issue was communicated during the waitng time and I received explanation. Having had a bad experience with another shop, I was not over optimistic. However, finally, the DPD tracking number becamy active and my new Eames Style Executive ES104 Lobby Office Chair Black Replica arrived well packed in a good shape. It is exactly what I expected and it looks very nice,quality piece of furniture. Easy to assemble by just fitting the wheels and the base. If they update product information on their pages (actual availability, expected delivery time, etc.), they will increase their rating.

The LC2 Corbusier replica is advertised having removable leather cushions, and nylon webbing supporting the cushions. Clearly false advertising - on my chair the cushions are permanently fixed to the the frame (!), which neither has the nylon webbing. I wrote the company about this, and after two AI generated message received a measly 50 euro discount. No word on the misleading advertising, which I requested them to change. Don't fall for this cheaply made replica chair.

no confirmation of order , but charging the money as fast as possible; then a not very polite answer to your question about a confirmation the delivery company - DPD - has a not functioning website .... you have to go through the chat with your tracking number and then strange messages ; my chair is since 14 days so called " travelling throught the network of DPD " ..... must be a scam try to chat over the link with Decomica : no answertry to make a phone call : its automatically rerouted to an extension number and thats the dead end

I have ordered two MVDR Barcelona Stools that were supposed to arrive within days. It has now been two months and the support email that doesn't even leave a name constantly leads me on that it will arrive in the next week. The phone number doesn't work neither does the live chat. I have requested a refund twice now and have been met with radio silence. Absolutely ridiculous company - stay away!!
