“Worst customer service ever!”

I ordered a pair of shoes for my child and almost immediately decided I needed a larger size, I contacted customer service before the shoes had shipped and was told that it is impossible for them to change the order at all and that they would have to ship the shoe sand I would have to return them to get a different size! Did I mention that the order hadn't shipped yet! I have been wearing DC shoes for 30ish years and wanted to get my children into the brand as well but after this appalling customer service and treatment, I will never buy a DC product again! “Stole my money”

I bought shoes online and they were to small. Ordered my size. Returned them. Zero customer service and only email through them. After many emails, I finally got a return label. I reached back out inquiring about my refund and now they're saying the bank has it and it was processed through already. I do not have my refund in the bank. The total was $67.95. $60 for the shoes. “I wishni could give them 0 star rating”

By far the worst experience I have ever had buying a product online. I've worked in retail/customer service for 16 years and DC shoes gives 0 $#*!s about their customer. They basically wake up each day looking at themselves in the mirror talking about how they can scam their customers today. I ordered a pair of bobs burgers x DC collar shoes expecting to receive the product in good condition. They shipped the collector edition box in a plastic bag so the box got destroyed in shipping and when I contacted them to correct the situation, I was told to pay out of pocket to return the pair I got and buy another pair. What a $#*!ing disgusting joke of a company. How do you send a product to a customer and not care about how the receive it? Let alone not try to fix the problem at all. Basically got told to go $#*! myself. I will never buy anything from DC again and I hope noone else does as well. Terrible company

“Customer service lies and offer scams as service”

Don't buy from them. They're no longer DC. They lost all credibility over the years like most skate shoe companies. Stay away from this online store and their services or you'll find yourself in a loop of poor practices unlike any retailer with an image like theirs. Maybe I've just given them too much credit over the years. The service is just really poor now. The shoes are in poor shape now too'new'. I can't consider these to carry the weight of their previous models at the slightest.

I ordered from DC shoes on April 11. I didn't receive any type of information regarding my order even though the company stated they were moving warehouses and my order would be processed within a few weeks. I emailed them on May 5. I received my order by the May 11. They were very kind and applied a 20% discount upon delivery of my order. Overall, I had a good experience with their customer service. “So disgusting what they have done to this company.”

How bad at business do you have to be to take a long successful company and run it into the ground in 3 years? These are skate shoes. They are supposed to be durable, flat, and wide. Wide is the standard. So why I'm the world did they discontinue wide and then change the entire shape of the shoe? I have a pair do DCs from 2007 that are still amazing. Went to go get a new pair and they fit like garbage. They are thin and cheap. Not to mention all the designs for women's shoes went to basic tones and pinks. DC was legendary for new fabrics, awesome colors, and well made shoes worth the money. My husbands last pair lasted less than 6 months. Thanks for ruining something I've loved for years. Trash. I've ridden skateboards on and off since I was 9 years old. I've worn DC shoes for the same amount of time. My DC Anvil's have lasted me almost a decade. Recently I bought a pair of their new Central line and they are quite possibly the most comfortable shoes I've ever owned. I will buy and wear DC shoes until my dying day

“Expect to have to dispute to get your return processed”

The quality of the shoes is really bad now, and the customer service is even worse. If you have to return something that doesn't fit expect to have to dispute the charge to get your refund processed. They'll respond to disputes but not repeated emails to process refunds. Paypal will not help you, you can't even file a case against them with paypal because conveniently the tracking numbers are 2 digits too long for the paypal form to accept. Ordered shoes, waited 7 days just for them to ship the wrong shoes, then want us to wait a month for right ones! Ordered product almost a month ago and they still havent shipped it yet. Tried to cancel the order by email before it was processed and they still charged my card and processed the order even though i had cancelled. Do not order online from this company if you want your items in a timely manner. I understand there is delays because of covid but this company uses it as a crotch to offer horrible shipping times. And when you confront them about it they deny everything.

I understand they say they were moving their warehouse, was cool with waiting "1-2 weeks". But there's no excuse for letting me order a product they didn't have in stock. “Terrible customer service and return policy”

Customer service is of no help. I ordered boots that were very small, despite ordering the size that I always wear. Return policy is a joke, no return postage provided. Had to spend a 1/4 of what the boots cost me to send them back or drop them off at a retail store. Of course there is no retail store in the Chicagoland area, either provide brick and mortar stores to try on/purchase/return products or provide a better return policy. They should really re-think there eCommerce return strategy as it currently won't be sustainable in comparison to retailers like Amazon. I won't be ordering any more DC product from now on.

Buyers beware! We paid an extra amount to have shoes delivered next day shipping they didn't ship out until two days later and we did not receive them until two days after that. An extra $5 dollars a day for shoes that could have been delivered sooner without next day shipping. Customer service does not care about the experience you encounter. Ordered two pairs of shoes. One pair was correct and one was the wrong shoe and size. They will not send me the correct order of what I purchased. I have to return the wrong pair before my account gets credited back. “DC offers are a scam”

So they put up on their DC shoes web, lots of pairs of trainers in offer and they state you can return them if you need. It turns the two pairs my partner and i bought, are so small. Our size that works in all the shoes in the world, do not fit in DC shoes. They're way smaller than the stipulated. So i proceeded to return them, and they need to be shipped abroad wich cost as much as the trainers. Good job guys, thanks for the scam. They don't even reply to emails. DISAPPOINTMENT

I order my shoes to be over night/ next day shipping and paid and extra $20 dollars for this too. It is now 3 days later and I still do not have my shoes. Ordered shoes online and UPS lost them. Contacted UPS they stated that I had to contact DC shoes to file a claim. Called them and was on hold for over 4 hours with online customer service with no answer. Tried emailing and got an automated response stating a customer service representative would contact me shortly. Waited a week with no contact from them, tried calling several more times always being put on hold automatically with never speaking to a person and no one responds to the emails.
