“Worst customer service ever!”

I ordered a pair of shoes for my child and almost immediately decided I needed a larger size, I contacted customer service before the shoes had shipped and was told that it is impossible for them to change the order at all and that they would have to ship the shoe sand I would have to return them to get a different size! Did I mention that the order hadn't shipped yet! I have been wearing DC shoes for 30ish years and wanted to get my children into the brand as well but after this appalling customer service and treatment, I will never buy a DC product again! “Stole my money”

I bought shoes online and they were to small. Ordered my size. Returned them. Zero customer service and only email through them. After many emails, I finally got a return label. I reached back out inquiring about my refund and now they're saying the bank has it and it was processed through already. I do not have my refund in the bank. The total was $67.95. $60 for the shoes. I was suppose to get a refund of $53 and some change. Which means I'm still out $16 this whole transaction. DO NOT BUY THEIR SHOES ONLINE! Service Value Shipping Returns Quality

By far the worst experience I have ever had buying a product online. I've worked in retail/customer service for 16 years and DC shoes gives 0 $#*!s about their customer. They basically wake up each day looking at themselves in the mirror talking about how they can scam their customers today. I ordered a pair of bobs burgers x DC collar shoes expecting to receive the product in good condition. They shipped the collector edition box in a plastic bag so the box got destroyed in shipping and when I contacted them to correct the situation, I was told to pay out of pocket to return the pair I got and buy another pair. What a $#*!ing disgusting joke of a company. How do you send a product to a customer and not care about how the receive it? Let alone not try to fix the problem at all. Basically got told to go $#*! myself. I will never buy anything from DC again and I hope noone else does as well. Terrible company

“Customer service lies and offer scams as service”

Don't buy from them. They're no longer DC. They lost all credibility over the years like most skate shoe companies. Stay away from this online store and their services or you'll find yourself in a loop of poor practices unlike any retailer with an image like theirs. Maybe I've just given them too much credit over the years. The service is just really poor now. The shoes are in poor shape now too'new'. I can't consider these to carry the weight of their previous models at the slightest.

“Shipping Issue”

I ordered from DC shoes on April 11. I didn't receive any type of information regarding my order even though the company stated they were moving warehouses and my order would be processed within a few weeks. I emailed them on May 5. I received my order by the May 11. They were very kind and applied a 20% discount upon delivery of my order. Overall, I had a good experience with their customer service. “So disgusting what they have done to this company.”

How bad at business do you have to be to take a long successful company and run it into the ground in 3 years? These are skate shoes. They are supposed to be durable, flat, and wide. Wide is the standard. So why I'm the world did they discontinue wide and then change the entire shape of the shoe? I have a pair do DCs from 2007 that are still amazing. Went to go get a new pair and they fit like garbage. They are thin and cheap. Not to mention all the designs for women's shoes went to basic tones and pinks. DC was legendary for new fabrics, awesome colors, and well made shoes worth the money. My husbands last pair lasted less than 6 months. Thanks for ruining something I've loved for years. Trash. I've ridden skateboards on and off since I was 9 years old. I've worn DC shoes for the same amount of time. My DC Anvil's have lasted me almost a decade. Recently I bought a pair of their new Central line and they are quite possibly the most comfortable shoes I've ever owned. I will buy and wear DC shoes until my dying day

“Expect to have to dispute to get your return processed”

The quality of the shoes is really bad now, and the customer service is even worse. If you have to return something that doesn't fit expect to have to dispute the charge to get your refund processed. They'll respond to disputes but not repeated emails to process refunds. Paypal will not help you, you can't even file a case against them with paypal because conveniently the tracking numbers are 2 digits too long for the paypal form to accept. “Wrong shoes and they won't refund difference”

Ordered shoes, waited 7 days just for them to ship the wrong shoes, then want us to wait a month for right ones! Absolutely ridiculous when we ordered the right ones and they won't refund the difference for the ones they sent! Seriously worst customer service ever! Never again! “Still waiting”

Ordered product almost a month ago and they still havent shipped it yet. Tried to cancel the order by email before it was processed and they still charged my card and processed the order even though i had cancelled. When i finally got a response i was told they couldnt cancel my order because it had already been processed. This was now 2 weeks ago i was charged but they still have my order sitting in their warehouse and havent bothered to send it. Funny thing is, i ordered a pair of dc shoes from amazon a week after i had ordered off the dc website and my amazon shoes have been here almost 2 weeks now! Give me my damn order DC Shoes! “Don't order online”

Do not order online from this company if you want your items in a timely manner. I understand there is delays because of covid but this company uses it as a crotch to offer horrible shipping times. And when you confront them about it they deny everything.

Took just over 2 weeks for them to tell me my order wasn't in stock. I wish I read the reviews before ordering. I understand they say they were moving their warehouse, was cool with waiting "1-2 weeks". But there's no excuse for letting me order a product they didn't have in stock. I literally borrowed them 35 dollars, and now i'm waiting to get refunded. I'm going to be furious if it takes more than 5 days. I can only imagine how many people are in the same position i'm in. “Terrible customer service and return policy”

Customer service is of no help. I ordered boots that were very small, despite ordering the size that I always wear. Return policy is a joke, no return postage provided. Had to spend a 1/4 of what the boots cost me to send them back or drop them off at a retail store. Of course there is no retail store in the Chicagoland area, either provide brick and mortar stores to try on/purchase/return products or provide a better return policy. They should really re-think there eCommerce return strategy as it currently won't be sustainable in comparison to retailers like Amazon. I won't be ordering any more DC product from now on.

“Don't pay for next day shipping!”

Buyers beware! We paid an extra amount to have shoes delivered next day shipping they didn't ship out until two days later and we did not receive them until two days after that. An extra $5 dollars a day for shoes that could have been delivered sooner without next day shipping. Customer service is being no help either and we have been buying their shoes for decades with no problems until now! Service Shipping

“One out of two pairs arrived correct... huge hassle to return”

Customer service does not care about the experience you encounter. Ordered two pairs of shoes. One pair was correct and one was the wrong shoe and size. They will not send me the correct order of what I purchased. I have to return the wrong pair before my account gets credited back. As a fix to the situation they offered me 30 percent off my next order. Hahahahah Are you kidding me? With that awful customer service I will never deal with DC shoes.com again. I have a feeling my return of money to my card will be just as painful as to having to harass them to address my incorrect order. Do not take the chance! Lesson Learned.

So I placed an order on cyber monday on the dc shoe website.then yall canceled it for no reason the next day with a 30% off coupon for shoes you just raised the prices on.i call in and get told yall will price match me just need to call in after I place my order.so I do that and with in seconds the money is pulled.then I get notified that a fraudulent purchase was made thru YOUR company.i call back and yall basically tell me I'm burnt even with the reference # for the price match.so now I lost $85 with no price match, no shoe confirmation, nothing! This is not OK!

They won't help you. They are rude and don't answer any questions they are asked took me 2 months to get a pair of kids shoes by the time they came in didnt fit her. Dc shoes suck buy Osiris they last longer and are more comfortable. Screw u dc!

“DC offers are a scam”

So they put up on their DC shoes web, lots of pairs of trainers in offer and they state you can return them if you need. It turns the two pairs my partner and i bought, are so small. Our size that works in all the shoes in the world, do not fit in DC shoes. They're way smaller than the stipulated. So i proceeded to return them, and they need to be shipped abroad wich cost as much as the trainers. Good job guys, thanks for the scam. They don't even reply to emails. DISAPPOINTMENT

“Horrible customer service and shipping”

I order my shoes to be over night/ next day shipping and paid and extra $20 dollars for this too. It is now 3 days later and I still do not have my shoes. Their excuse is any order made on a weekend or holiday takes two extra business days to process... over night/ next day means over night/ next day, period. Do not give the option of over night/ next day shipping if it isn't really over night/ next day. I asked for my shipping cost to be re-funded but I highly doubt they will allow this...

“Don't order from DC shoes”

I ordered a pair of shoes for my bfs birthday. They were the right size but the shoes were too small. I called customer service and they helped w the return label and ordering the same shoes 1/2 size bigger. When I received the new order they were the WRONG SHOES! “None existent customer service”

Ordered shoes online and UPS lost them. Contacted UPS they stated that I had to contact DC shoes to file a claim. Called them and was on hold for over 4 hours with online customer service with no answer. Tried emailing and got an automated response stating a customer service representative would contact me shortly. Waited a week with no contact from them, tried calling several more times always being put on hold automatically with never speaking to a person and no one responds to the emails. Also never anyone on live chat. Apparently I will never get the product I paid for nor will I never get a refund

“Dc's are so confortable!”

I don't understand why people have such bad luck with DC's. I only wear DC's because they fit my feet better than any shoe out there. When it rains my feet don't get soaked. It rained yesterday and my friend was wearing vans and his feet were soaked.ut my feet were extremely dry. My socks were dry and everything. I love them

“No budge on size exchanges after 30 days. Lame”

I got 2 pairs of pants for Christmas. I got them from a friend 2 weeks after Christmas because I was out of town. Then I got the influenza A and was out another 8 days. After full recovery, returning and exchanging pants were a low priority. I called and they wouldn't let me exchange to one size bigger. Super lame. Will never purchase them and I will let everyone who ever asks to stay away from this company.

“Excellent service now”

I live up in Canada and ordered these shoes which I'm pretty sure come out of California. Maybe pre-covid there was an issue, but DCSHOECO is definitely on point now. I ordered my shoes on a labour day sale and just received them today. My tracking number wasn't correct, but everything else worked out. Great prices, and excellent customer service. I will definitely purchase from DC Shoes again.
