Started bombarding my professional account with their annoying "offers". Never gave them permission, never registered on their website. Reddit, they sell tuition for about 8K and it's not really worth it as there are plenty free or paid courses with much lower prices. Don't bother with this company.

As someone who is very skeptical of these online programs, including the various screening calls… Chris’ program was 100% worth it. The gap method helped me learn what’s out there in industry instead of struggling for weeks hoping the job I get an interview for is applicable… If you take the program seriously, take notes on the videos, and try hard during the mock interviews it is worth every penny.In tech, there is no road map to navigate a successful career. This replaces the black box that is job requirements and the abyss of Reddit advice.

I think Chris and his team have put together great service. This is a serious program. I've been a member of the Data Engineer Academy program for a while. I recently graduated from college with a degree in engineering, and I wanted to pivot into a data analyst/engineering role. The website is extremely easy to navigate, and the team has done an amazing job in preparing you in both soft and technical skills. Your SQL and Data Modeling skills will go from 0 to 100 if you put in the effort and seek guidance from the team!

I've been in the program for a little over a month, and it has been a positive journey so far. The course is designed in a way that doesn’t just rush through the material but ensures you're fully prepared to handle any challenges that might arise in the future. I started with them around September 2024, I see I have improved a lot in technical skills and more importantly the one on one session with the coaches helped me a lot. They are super supportive, help you choose the right learning path, and you have help all along the way. This was the best choice for me trying to break into a new field.

I rarely leave reviews, but my experience with these people has been frustrating and disappointing. The process started with a 30-minute meeting just to share my background so they could schedule another call three days later. I rearranged my busy schedule to attend the call on time, only to wait 20 minutes and receive an invalid link. None of them answered my calls or followed up. I wouldn’t recommend wasting your time with them.

The quality of the lectures and materials is subpar, and they fail to provide the skills necessary for a career in data engineering. The promise of helping students secure jobs is a complete lie — there’s no meaningful support or guidance to back it up.Save your time and money; this program is not worth it.
