Is creationl.com Legit?

I've been ordering from Creation L for several years now. Pay careful attention to the size charts as the clothes come from Europe and their sizes are different from North America. The size charts are generally accurate. I always receive what I've ordered and am pleased with the quality overall. With all the negative reviews, thought I should share that my own experience with them has been good.

I just ordered 2 tops for my daughter-in-law. I let her pick them out from the catalog. We received the tops but were unhappy because the colors were very dull, not bright as shown in the catalog. I shop a lot from catalogs. Please remove my name from your mailing list. I have many catalogs that I can shop from and be happy with my purchases.Sally H

I was just about to order clothes from Creation L but because I had never purchased from them before, I decided to read their reviews first.The 5* rating is to thank all the customers who took the time to review this business and tell the horrible problems they encountered with this company. You have saved me time, money and aggravation. I am throwing out their catalogue and will never do business with a company that has such poor business ethics and customer service. I hope Creation L reads this review and understands they are losing prospective customers. Forewarned is forearmed!

On June 6th I contacted Creation L a women's clothing store to return my funds as I had returned their order. They wrote back they had received my returned order & issued my return check. My bank has not received the check. I have written Creation L every week since June, it is now September 14th & they have continued to say they sent my return. I have asked them to check their bank to see if their check cleared several times. Their response is & has been since July to date 9/14 check with your bank.

Order placed 7/26/2024. They double shipped and double charge my credit card. Called and they wanted me to return one item. I shipped and it went to some return office in Phoenix, 10 days. Called again and was informed that it would be returned to Florida before a refund. 10 more days. Called and finally got a manager to answer. He was none apologetic and finally said he would process refund. 8/29/2024 refund was finally posted to my CC. Refund was $29.16 my original purchase charge was $37.75. DO NOT EVER BUY FROM THEM!!!!

i ordered 2 skirts they were to big. wanted to exchange them for a size smaller, sent them back. Got one back NOT the other one. Got 600337-Blue-STONE-WASHED. NOT the other one 600337 Taupe wanted it in a size 12p. Send skirt or refund of $40.500

I was so excited by the cute styles and fugure flattering fit portrayed in the catalog. What a disappointment! I ordered 3 tops and 2 dresses. All were boxy and shapeless with huge armholes. I did measure according to catalog size chart to make sure I ordered the right size. I've got pajamas that fit better than these poorly constructed clothes.

Wanda, Fay and others: WOW! Certainly agree 100% with your reviews. Ordered 5 items in 1 order. Received numerous email messages "Merchandise has been shipped"..Today, I received an email "merchandise shipped", followed 26 minutes later with a "Sorry, your merchandise is no longer available, a refund has been issued"..Unfortunately, IF I receive the 2 items - 'someday' THIS will be my last shopping experience with Creation L. Sad, the catalog and online merchandise looked nice.

This is an update to the review I posted a few weeks ago regarding the poor customer service I received from Creationl. I actually received a phone call from a member of their senior leadership regarding my complaint against their service. I must have been on the phone for over 30 minutes. The woman let me speak without interruption, apologized profusely regarding the poor service I received, and went on to explain some glitches in their processes that even she didn’t think gave a good customer experience. She went out of her way to make it right. I will order again from this company because I like their clothing line. And for those complaints about sizing, Creationl is a European company. The clothing is made in Germany, which is why the sizes tend to run a little large.

Have bought several things since March 2024. Have sent back several things but they just drag their feet with refunding my money back. I fault with them for almost an hr the other night just to clear of 2 orders and I still have 4 more to go that I sent back and have heard nothing. Have 2 more to send back tomorrow :-) Can't believe there are businesses out there like this . I am out a couple hundred of dollars right now and don't know what's going to become of this. I will NEVER order another thing from them!!!!!

After reading reviews, decided more were positive so I ordered one pair of jeans, two tops. After a period of time, was informed that items will be coming from warehouse in Germany. Was not informed of this ahead of time or maybe I would have hesitated to order. After about 6 weeks, I received my items. Jeans were way too large, tops too small, cheesy looking material Nice present for Goodwill.

Clothes are nice enough, BUT I keep getting pesky emails! I have “unsubscribed” numerous times, made my request to customer service to stop 🛑, but to no avail ‼️ Maybe if they see this, the emails will stop. SURE!

I’m becoming increasingly dissatisfied with the service provided. My summer order, in the height of the pandemic, arrived relatively quickly. I ordered three items a month ago and have not received my full order. One shirt came and I returned it immediately. The quality wasn’t there. I have already been credited. The other two items are ??? The answer I keep getting is that it shipped and I should receive it in 10-14 days. There is no tracking number or any other information given.

I have ordered clothing at least 3 times from Creation L and the majority of items I ordered were far larger than their sizing chart indicated. This is very frustrating and expensive to pay for return shipping for something that wasn't my fault. I would not recommend ordering from this company to anyone considering doing so as you are likely to encounter the same problems I did.

So far, so good. I read several reviews before ordering and decided to order anyway because they had some really cute dresses. I ordered three dresses and one blouse, all size 4 petite. I have a hard time finding cute clothes that fit and don't look like I'm playing dress-up in my mother's clothing! I am pleased to say everything fit perfectly! No alterations needed. I have since placed another order for more tops and they are already on their way to me.

I just had a similar poor experience with Just Fashion Now. They don't tell you that they are located in Hong Kong. You find out when you want to return their cheap imitations of the pictures you see. Prohibitively expensive to return to China--costs more than items. CreationL probably gets their clothing from China, thus the long waits. I simply disputed the charge with my credit card company rather than hassle with returning to China and never get any money back anyway. That ensured me a full refund. Offered to return clothes to China with a prepaid shipping label. Company declined and said I could keep the clothes. Good Will here I come!

I receive Creation L catalog which I like. I wonder why there are no reviews of the merchandize, the 1st thing I read is the reviews. Also there is a coupon offering 15%off and free shipping that doesnt work..I hesitate to order or not to order, read the other people's reviews about delivery.......

This was my first order from this CreationL. I was excited to receive my order of 6 tops all of them made from knit fabrics. This is precious, after wearing them one time, all but one had small holes in the knit! Clearly, the quality of the fabric was the bottom of the barrel. Never again. I threw away over $200 on their crappie clothing. My advice, avoid buying from a disreputable company. Chinese owned?

I have ordered from Creation L for years. I have only returned one item, a blouse, that was too sheer. I called, shipped, and was refunded immediately. Creation L is not charge of the postal service. I've sold on eBay for 20 years. I've had the unfortunate experience where customers thought I was in charge of the PO. Have always received the quality and items I paid for. No complaints and I have spent thousands at Creation L.

This company has great clothing and good quality as well. They lost me as a long term customer because they use FedEx for delivery. I would suggest that CreationL go into the Better Business Bureau website and look at the thousands, yes, thousands of reviews for FedEx. They are appalling. AND, you see the same issues repeatedly. Sad. My difficulty getting my package because of FedEx was unacceptable.

Waited 4 months for back order to be filled. I called every month and was told a different date. Finally had to cancel order. Ridiculous policy. Horrible customer service. I'll Never purchase anything from them again Service Shipping Returns

I ordered a pair of Capri's on May 24th, it was on backorder, so I waited. Patiently. Today it is July 6 so I called them to ask and they said they never received my order! I PLACED THE ORDER OVER THE PHONE! I never heard from them and all they can say is sorry. Don't expect to receive your orders from this company! “Impressed”

Placed my first order a week ago and have already received my order, except for a pair of pants that are on back order. For many years I made my own clothes until it became cheaper to buy them, so I'm pretty savvy on construction. Bought 2 tops and a dress, seam to be well made the fit is what was expected. Overall I'm happy with my purchase.

“Terrible business”

I recently ordered two tops which were way to large ($42.92). I sent them back using the provided label knowing $6.95 would be deducted from my refund. Today I received a refund of $23.24. When I contacted C/S to find out why there was such a difference in the price I was made aware of the way they handle refunds (which I didn't find in writing prior to shipping my items back). Apparently if you had received 'free shipping' on your initial order the company charges you the shipping fee when the items are returned (Plus deducting for the use of their shipping label). It appears as though the promotion of 'free shipping' pertains only if you keep everything in your order (otherwise the company charges you the initial shipping fees). I will also be reporting this to the BBB. Tip for consumers:Once I found out how Creation L handles returns I will no longer do business with them. They advertised free shipping on my first order, but when I had to return the items I not only had to pay to ship the items back (which I expected) I was also charged the original shipping fee. “Love this company!”

I have been shopping here for at least 5 years. Have found almost everything I've received to be of great quality and exceed expectations. If you choose, items are easy to return. Received wrong item once, contacted customer service and no return fees were charged. Feel pricing is very reasonable and fair. Tip for consumers:Great customer service. “Unbelievably poor service--AVOID THIS VENDOR!”

After receiving NUMEROUS solicitations to purchase merchandise, I ordered a dress from Creation L. Months later, I received it; and it was too big. So, I promptly sent it back in its original packaging with the proper paperwork and requested the same dress in a size smaller. On 5/12/22, I received an email acknowledging receipt of the dress promising the smaller size in 4 - 10 business days. A month later I emailed customer service asking for an update. Then, I was told that the dress would be shipped on 10/29/22. Obviously, they advertise merchandise that they simply do not have to ship to unwary customers. Avoid this vendor! “Nice clothes, customer service lacking”

I purchased quite a few items from Creation L in the past and enjoyed most of them. Unfortunately I ended up unsubscribing due to an unresolved customer service issue. I moved and promptly changed my shipping address for the backordered items. One of those items arrived to my new home. The second item was shipped to the old address two months later. Since Creation L does not use Priority Mail, I had to pay extra to USPS for my mail-forward service of that specific shipment. I emailed the company to get reimbursed for that extra cost, but they just gave me some 1-800 number. This was a pretty straight-forward issue that could have been resolved via email rather than giving me the runaround. Invest in your CSR department - only happy employees will keep customers happy. “I didn't get past the ordering process”

They promised me that if I signed up for text messages, that I would get 10% off and save a dollar on shipping. They then gave me a bogus code that was expired. Very bad first impression of this company!

“Clothes seem two sizes too big.”

Sizes run way tooooo big. Ordered an XL and it was bigger than a 1X. Hassle returns. Items look nice and quality seems okay although not top notch. Would not purchase from them again.

“Slow!”

The bathrobe was very nice when I finally got it. It took way over a month to arrive. Customer service isn't worth wasting your time.
