Customer service would not respond until a week later. Offered replacement only after i sent the porsche cover back. Looking at 3-5 days on return. 9-10 days on reship. NOPE. They are painting across street from my parking area and I already have overspray. I was looking to minimize damage. By the time covercraft actually follows through the painting will be finished. Ultra-cheap fabric, probably less than a dollar's worth, and 50 cents worth of Mexican labor. The fit was terrible also. For which they charge $90 plus tax, after posting a huge number of fake reviews on their website and paying to promote their $#*!ty products. Then they stole 20% from me to return it, and I had to pay the $20 shipping charge. They are criminals and should be in jail. “Customer service is less than desirable”

Covercraft seat covers are just that seat covers and it's exactly what they look like. Some what difficult to install without pulling the seats out. Sorta of reminds me of putting a burlap sack over the seat. To expensive for what you get. Tried working with CC about the issues with the fitment on the center console but all they want to do is sell you something instead of making it right. “Not honest”

I read so many bad reviews and was really nervous about ordering from this site. We have a 2007 truck that is a new body style for that year and I was really concerned about the seat covers fitting. I decided to call to make sure the fit would be correct, I was told that yes it would fit. I also wanted to make sure because of the weird fit that I wouldn't have to pay for return shipping and restocking fee. I was told I wouldn't have to pay for either. Well… that was a lie! I had to call and beg for a shipping label and now come to find out because I didn't know who I talked to they are charging me a restocking fee! They are so dishonest. Don't buy from this site!

“Best and Worst car cover ever.”

I have purchased covers for my vehicles for years and never had any issues, until recently. I received a truck cover that would leave millions of tiny particles of fabric on the truck. You have to wash your vehicle when you take it off. I have sent pictures showing the disaster left after removal. They totally ignored my request for a refund or a replacement. I kept emailing for status on my order and was told it would be shipped "very soon," or "next week." I finally got tired of waiting and asked them to cancel the order. There was no issues getting my money back, but what a pain! I waited and waited only to order through another website and had my 2 dash mats within a week. Would not recommend covercraft at all! Cant get these guys to stop sending out emails to my inbox. Clicking "unsubscribe" doesn't have the desired outcome. Cant send their emails to spam folder either. (At least i havent found a way yet) Be prepared to wait 15 mins plus to get thru to customer service. Apparently, they are very understaffed. I purchased a $350 dollar set of seat covers put the on my seats and a week later found the same ones for $100 cheaper so I called and they said sure send them back and we will credit your card. After sending them back in like brand new condition they emailed me and said they could not refund my money because they looked as if they had been washed or been on my seats for a long period of time which they had not. There was absolutely nothing wrong with them, then to make things worse said they were going to dispose of them. My $350 out the window. Are you kidding me? Terrible customer service. “They use cheap thread that wares out before fabric”

Covercraft used to be good when Bob started it. They son Marty took over. Then they got the boys from Century Park Capital in there and started to buy up other cover companies. The fabric got thinner and cheaper and the thread wears out before anything else. Funny how marine covers can withstand the UV rays but Covercraft thread just rots away before the rest of it. I have 2 older covers that I've resewn with Sailrite lifetime thread. Used it on an older Weathershield cover when they used a thicker fabric. It still holds up. Now around 20 years later. I had ordered a replacement Weathershield after they had gone to 2 different thicknesses. I got the heavier one which was now thinner and it didn't last maybe 4 years and even the fabric was falling apart as well as the cheap thread. Yet another company that went to hell when the big boys took over. I don't or sell their crap anymore

“Good quality car cover and company makes good on warranty”

I'm positive on both Covercraft the manufacturer and Carcoverworld the online car cover distributor due to my experiences with both their customer service and product quality. Our large SUV is used for towing our travel trailer but most of the time it's parked on a pad beside the garage on the southwest side of our house. For 5 and 1/2 years it's worn a custom fit Covercraft Weathershield HD cover exposed to the Tennessee summer heat and UV and winter cold. Over that time, while the elastic has relaxed some, the color and the fabric itself have not faded or weakened. The stitching weathered less gracefully, though, and a seam opened up during a recent windy winter storm. For a warranty to be worth anything, the company offering it must first of all still exist when a claim occurs and then be willing to honor it and be responsive with their customer service. I was happy to find that after 5 and 1/2 years, the warranty was for 6 years and still in effect both and that the seller and manufacturer were still in business. They responded within a business day to my initial email requesting warranty service. Subsequent communications were responded to in a few hours and very quickly a replacement custom cover was on order. A week after I had provided Covercraft with photos showing the ripped seam and product label, later the new cover arrived at no new cost to me. Tip for consumers:Did not use return policy. Never received seat covers in 2 months. I waited a week for a return phone call from Emily which was to be the next day. Canceled my $450.00 order cause they could not provide a shipping date. Poor customer service, not available after 6 or weekend. Don't even deserve one star.

“Poor Customer Service”

I'm one that will go out of my way to buy American products even if I have to pay more for comparable products. I could have purchased a cover from multiple other suppliers at half the cost but I unfortunately went with Covercraft. My problem is after I ordered the cover I noticed that it was on sale for $30.00 less than what I paid within a week later. I never thought it would be a problem getting credited the difference. Any other supplier in the past was always glad to credit the difference and happy to please all of their customers. If it was beyond a 30 day period that would be understandable but in this case I didn't even receive the item. Very disappointed. Never again will I repurchase from them nor would I recommend them. Hopefully the cover holds up and I don't need further support. My guess is they don't back their quality either. In short I was very surprised by their poor customer service. “F350 Dash Cover”

The Dash mat did not fit and covered the forward collision sensors causing an obvious safety hazard. Their customer service rep: Lindsay McBride will send you a bucket of emails stating if their "PATTERN" checks out there will be a 15% restocking fee. Cover Craft products are made from poor quality materials and manufactured outside the United States. Their business model is to deliver a product that is too much trouble to return and to make you absorb the shipping cost. This is a company that could care less about what they sell or the customer. I bought a dash cover for my GV80. They sent the cover after two weeks which was totally unfit. It covered speakers, created hums on the dashboard, blocked the vents. Bought covers and they did not fit our new car and where cheaply made. Did not use them at all! Returned them and company said they found some dog hair on them (which was a few hairs from my house). Therefore, they said they will return covers to me and could not refund me the $440.00 I paid for them. So far, no covers have been returned to me. Very hard to get a hold of someone and speak to them and when you do, they are not polite at all. Before you purchase from this company, look at all their bad reviews! “Poor fit, 15% restock fee...go elsewhere”

I purchased a cover craft dash mat and the fit was not perfect but it was ok. I'd give it a 7 out of 10 for fit. However, there is a huge flap in the cover where the air bag is placed in the car. Looks terrible. When I called covercraft they told me that flap had to be there for the air bag. I feel the 2 ounces of fabric, whether stitched together or cut in a flap would not be enough to impede an air bag deploying at such force. It's like if I laid a tshirt on the dash, IMO that would be pushed out of the way in a fraction of a second but they stated they "had" to put the flap in. There may be something out there but I have looked and not been about to find anything legally requiring it to be installed with a flap. It just looks awful. So I called to return and then they told me it was a 15% "restocking fee" ie, I have to walk back over to the shelf and put it back. Total rip off. I'd go ANYWHERE else but this company.

“Seat Covers by CoverCraft”

The seat covers are now made in MEXICO and are truly JUNK. They don't fit and there service department is the pits. Tryed to install them on 2023 GMC Acadia. They will not fit the front or rear at all. Called the company and they do not know what to do. They ask for pictures. Ever tried to get under a seat and take a picture? Product is Made in Mexico. Who ever makes these for them must drink a lot of tequila when they are at work. No way to connect the back cover the way the directions call for. Seats bottoms are connected thru the electric seat and catches the hold down when the seat is moved. Pretty sad they can sell these in the USA and claim they make them. I ordered a car cover as well as a dash mat. The cover came and fit like a glove. I love it. My only concern is that someone will steal it! The dash mat wasn't a good fit so I sent it back. They worked w/ me on shipping and the restocking fee. I'd order from Covercraft again. I'm not sure why they get low ratings because when I encountered a problem, they worked with me and actually, the cover I got was quality. I wish the dash mat would have fit because it was really well made. Thanks Covercraft!
