Is coppingzone.com Legit?

I ordered a mystery box and I received some items that seemed to be worn or without brand tags or price tags. I tried to contact the customer service but I didn't received any answer. It's been months since my attempt to reach them.

I got two shirts and I love them. Shipping was very fast.

I have made an order 5 month ago( about 300 euros) and l never received it, l have send 6-7 email to check and this store reply to 3-4 to tell me to wait. I believe there is an issue to my package and ask for refund because it is wasting too much of my energy anyway after I ask for the refund they no longer reply to any of my email. Please do something if you see this message.

I order 3 pieces, 2 of them came in a pretty decent time (to Germany) but the pants doesnt fit at all (im super slim 74kg at 190),yes it was to thight and too short. The third piece which I really was looking for never came and even after asking for the money back ive never received an answer what so ever. The 2nd piece was just a belt so theres really nothing you can mess up there, wouldnt buy something from them/again.

My son made a purchase last month and still hasn’t received all of his items. He will not purchase from them again.

I accidentally received the wrong item, but the team was really quick to handle the situation and I could get the one I orignially order without any issue. The bag is SO SO pretty and unique. It looks even better in real life, I'm in love. Really happy.

I placed my order in 11/24/23. I paid for express shipping (5-8 days). After several emails, 9 days, and a DM, my purchase has not shipped. My sentiments are similar to others who waited long times to receive their purchases with no responses from customer service. I'm disappointed and will not do business with them ever again. Do not buy from this merchant. The worst customer service experience.

TOTAL SCAM. Don’t buy anything from here. The size indicated on the website is clearly wrong (prob Asian size) and they don’t pay for return shipping. The material is cheap and looks like the stitch is done by a blind cat. Especially the original brand product honestly look like coming from the worst quality of product you can find in the market and relabel it nicely. If you see this comment, You better send me a new one without me paying the return shipment otherwise I’ll make you banned from Instagram market in any way.

I am really satisfied with the quality. On 30th of August I ordered shoes from CZ and they arrived on 14th September so it wasn't longer than other chinese eshops. I know some people are hating it but i am actually satisfied. I'll definitely order some other pieces😊😊

Horrible. I've still not received my order it's 3 days shy of a month since the purchase. Customer service has been completely unhelpful. Communication is at a bare minimum with no useful information given. Just, what I feel are, empty apologies. I believe this be a fraudulent company and a total scam. Look up the reviews before giving them your money for nothing. I wish I had.

Quick to answer, but slow to understand half my order didn't ship. Took sending parcel weight photos for them to realize.

Crappy customer service support!I sent them the email fews sec after I made the order because I noticed that my shipping address is wrong. However, there is no feedback from them until they have shipped my order and simply reply me that my order had unfortunately been shipped already.Now I have no clue how to get my order back and money wasted with this crappy customer service.

Super original clothes pleasant to wear, especially their pants which are of very good qualities. Small downsides on the size of the sweaters which is sometimes not well indicated and on the delivery time which can sometimes be very long (1 to 3 months)

Shipping took time but that was expected. I contacted customer support for help with the tracking part, and I was very appreciative they got back to me even if it took a couple of days. Although I think the jeans I got were cute and as pictured when I received them, one of the eyelet details on the pants fell out leaving a raw hole in the jeans after the first day of wearing them :( It may have been my fault since I did a lot of walking but I'm just a little disappointed in how quickly it tore. I'd think that you may find better luck with other, simpler items.

So I’ve ordered jeans on Cyber Monday (30th November). Today is 18 January and I haven’t received any messages about my order being shipped. Wrote a couple of times to their support via email and Instagram. It’s impossible to reach them via email, and they read dm’s in Instagram only when you commenting their posts. Support promised to cancel my order on Monday, cause there are problems with delivering to Ukraine due to COVID (also they could mention this on checkout) and give me updates, but today is Thursday and they stop answering me, just reading dm’s and that’s all. Stole 60 bucks from me, and now I think of getting in touch with my bank to return money as an only option left
