copify.com Review

The Scam Detector website Validator gives copify.com a low-to-medium trust score on the platform: 49.4. It signals that the business could be defined by the following tags: Doubtful. Medium-Risk. Alert.. We are confident about our score as we also partner with other high-tech, fraud-prevention companies that found the same issues. So, why this low score? We came up with the 49.4 score based on 53 aggregated factors relevant to copify.com's industry. The algorithm detected potential high-risk activity related to phishing, spamming, and other factors noted in the Doubtful. Medium-Risk. Alert. tags above. Long story short, we caution you about using this website. But let's explain in more detail.

Explaining Our Analytical Approach

We've displayed some important information within the Company Details section above, each deserving more explanation:

  • Proximity to Suspicious Websites
  • Threat Profile
  • Phishing Profile
  • Malware Score
  • Spam Score
  • Domain Blacklist Status
  • HTTPS connection
  • Domain Creation Date

While some are self-explanatory concerning copify.com, let's dive deeper into the remaining ones.

Proximity to Potentially Harmful Websites

This metric gauges the connection, scored on a scale of 1 to 100, between copify.com and websites marked as suspicious. Elevated scores point to a stronger link with these questionable online destinations. It's worth noting that website owners might not always be aware of their site's proximity to these dubious platforms or servers. However, a "Proximity to Suspicious Websites" score surpassing 80 strongly indicates a high-risk website, while a score below 30 signifies a less-threatening site.

Risk Factors: Threat, Phishing, Malware, and Spam

These indicators reveal the vulnerabilities and elements embedded within the HTML code of copify.com. They become especially pertinent if the website has received reports from internet users who've encountered unsolicited emails, ads, or messages related to the site. In the context of copify.com, our investigation continues working to pinpoint the specific category, but we welcome your insights in the comments below. A high Malware score generally implies the presence of suspicious code that might be unknowingly disseminated. Conversely, a high Spam score hints at a possibly spam-ridden email address associated with the business. Scores under 30 in both categories are reassuring, but any score surpassing this threshold should raise concerns. copify.com is a suspect website, given all the risk factors and data numbers analyzed in this in-depth review. Share your experience in the comments.

Domain Blacklisting Status

This term indicates whether copify.com has landed on any online directories' blacklists and earned a suspicious tag.

Assessing HTTPS Connectivity

This section provides insight into whether copify.com boasts an 's' at the end of the 'HTTP' protocol listed in your browser's address bar. If the tab displays in green, consider it a positive sign.

Safe Check

We want our trust scores and reviews to be as accurate as possible so that you can protect yourself from online fraud. Our algorithm aggregates factors that efficiently analyze a company's website, in this case, copify.com.

Used to be good but based on the current service, it's crap. I emailed them weeks back asking for content creation quote, no reply. Used their ai tool, even that hardly works. Click generate article and nothing happens. Lots of JavaScript errors in console.Edit turns out I've ran out of credits. No message, just fails to produce content.
Very poor. I ordered their most expensive and professional option for legal text writing. According to Grammarly, It had 15 critical errors and 43 premium suggestions. 9 articles are missing. I'm not even saying anything about the content itself. Chatting with the support, I heard only "sorry" and "I'm afraid". Nothing more
Like others, I was a Copify writer and discovered my account was deactivated during their recent update. How rude and unprofessional that they never even had the courtesy to advise former writers that they would be deactivating their accounts. I won’t be reapplying when positions become available as this is not a company I would wish to work for again. I think it’s Important for clients too when looking to for a copywriting service to learn how the company deals with their writers. I for one wouldn’t want to hand over money to a company as unprofessional as this one. Very poor show.
We needed content for a real estate portal and decided to try copify. The platform seemed nice enough and the sales team seemed quite responsive. Thats about where the level of service ends. We gave them a detailed brief about the article along with bullet points and helpful links. What we got in return was an article that was completely unrelated and utterly useless. It looked like something that was copy pasted from somewhere by someone who didn't even have the intelligence to look for the right thing to copy. We wrote to the sales team multiple times asking them to rectify the content but did not hear from them after that. They're essentially a scam website and a complete waste of money. I was surprised to see no negative reviews online about them but I hope anyone evaluating their service comes across this!
I use Copify as a means to earn more money in my spare time for just under 1 year now and I'm happy with the service. Sometimes the briefs are either too vague or are asking for too much of the word count, but it's easy enough to message the client or moderator for clarity. The majority of available orders are under £10 and rarely any above that amount but as I work a full-time digital marketing job, this is perfect for me to do after work or on the weekend. I can accept any work that comes in and the only downfall is the deadline time given from when you accept the piece is sometimes too short for my liking.I've read some of the bad reviews from previous copywriters on here and I can't say that I've had that experience myself. Highly recommend using Copify if you're looking for extra cash.
I never write reviews on companies but this has shocked me. I ordered website copy from Copify and sent a message to their support team asking whether I could add some extra notes to my order and if it would be easier I could have direct contact with the writer - this is so that I would be able to explain what I am needing. The reply I received:"This isn't really how we work, if you want direct contact with a writer then you'd probably be better off finding one and working with them directly.I have refunded your payment and attach the receipt."If the support worker had explained this to me and not jumped the gun by refunding my order straight away then I would have worked with them and they would have had my business!Weird...
Paid for a 750-word article to test out the service and needed to feedback about perhaps changing the writer as the style wasn't quite what we wanted. The sales guy who I had a great chat with the week before just refunded the money and said:"I don't think it warrants further discussion. As I said on the call - if it's right for you, it's right for you. If it's not, it's not. Based on your feedback, it's not.Nothing ventured, nothing gained :-)"We are now looking at alternative services to this. I'm glad we discovered their awful attitude before we went any further with them.
I joined Copify at the tail end of 2021. I started making a decent wage from it quite quickly and worked solidly through 2022. I was easily taking on a minimum of 10 projects a week (depending on the size) and felt valued and lucky to be able to work on such a large range of topics. As of late January 2023 jobs stopped becoming available to their freelancers. I have emailed several times over the months to check that I haven’t been missing opportunities and that there was nothing wrong with my account. I suspected the rise of AI had led to this shift.I logged on yesterday to have a glance, as there had been no opportunities posted since last January to find that Copify has deactivated my account with them. Every time I contacted them they assured me there would be opportunities in the future. Now they advertise their services as being written by freelancers, but it is obvious they have gone for the cheaper option of keeping their editors and using AI to grind out content. Copify have disrespected and misled their freelancers by not being honest about this from the get go.
Used the service for a few projects over a couple of years, had a blog which was of low quality and they refused to replace it as it was on auto publish. Had not explained to me when I set up auto publish I could not have any say of over the blogs. Very poor approach to customer service.
I am writing to request clarification on the status of my writing account with Copify. I recently applied to become a writer and have been waiting for my account to be approved, however, it remains pending.Today, I attempted to reach out to a member of the support team for an update on the status of my account, however, I was blocked from doing so. I am unsure as to why this happened and would like to request a clear explanation.I understand the importance of maintaining high standards for Copify's writers, however, I believe that open communication is essential to resolving any potential issues. I am eager to know what steps I can take to have my account approved and become a productive member of the Copify team.
I was a writer for copify for just over a year. I completed around 55 projects and had 5* and 4* feedback. One day I logged in to find my writer status was revoked. Copify’s response? Poor feedback. The thing is, if copify had sent the work back for redrafting I might have known any issues, but nothing. My account has money owed to me which I can’t access. By far the worst content mill. If you’re a writer go elsewhere where you’ll be given respect. Judging by the other reviews it’s exactly the same for clients- customer service isn’t strong here. Avoid.Response to Copify 12/5/21I appreciate the response. The last pieces of work were changed and were approved. It’s a shame I wasn’t informed more changes were needed instead of just terminating someones account. Shows how much writers are valued. It also begs the question- what’s an editors role if they find asking for edits or making changes too difficult. Leaving 5 stars (even auto approving) would normally mean you’re happy with the work. Clearly a communication issue. It’s a shame as I would have recommended Copify going back a year and a bit ago.
I have been working as a freelance content writer since 2016 and I was accepted as a Copify writer at the end of November 2022. As part of the process I had to complete a trial blog post for free. In February 2023 I attempted to login and access the writers dashboard but was unable to as the login link no longer worked. I contacted Copify via their online chat box on their website to no avail. So I then reached out to them by email. I was told that they had updated their website and were not continuing with new writers. However, their email wasn't very clear about details. I was shocked that they had deactivated mine (and others) login/account without any prior warning. All writers who were being deactivated should have been informed of this. In addition to this, I had an outstanding balance which I couldn't now cash out myself - as I couldn't login. So doing this seems even more unscrupulous. I have now been paid after requesting but I shouldn't have had to - they should have settled all payments before deactivating anyone! If you're a company considering using Copify I would urge you to please reconsider. There are many excellent copywriters and copywriting agencies out there. Payment and consideration for writers is on the floor. And Copify doesn't even pay the minimum wage!
I worked as a writer on Copify last year and really enjoyed the range of jobs on offer. With the recent change of platform, I accepted the email invitation to create a Talentdesk account and waited patiently for my account to be approved. However, it's been months since then and my account is still not approved, so I cannot work on or even see available projects. Back in March, I sent an email to Talentdesk Support to ask if they could estimate when my account might be approved and this was their response:"Please note that the approval of the onboarding forms is completely dependant on the manager, we can't put any tentative timeline on it"This is really disappointing because I have used other sites to write and enjoyed the variety of jobs and general friendliness of Copify. As a result of this change and being completely shafted by the people in charge, I am no longer able to participate on the new Talentdesk platform.I would appreciate some help in having this rectified as the last time I reached out, I received very little information at all. It has been months and still nothing has happened with my account. It's a shame.
It's interesting to read reviews from Copify's customers. Their attitude towards their writers is equally as bad.The core problem seems to be that the briefs are either impossible to understand, have overly complicated requirements that are poorly communicated or expect the writer to second guess the subject the client wants an article on. Most of the briefs say something as laughably ambiguous such as: 'We would like a blog on the subject of - Business.' Like other unscrupulous content mills, they are also circumventing the minimum wage by stating that you can write a 1,000 word article in an hour, therefore the £10 you'll get paid isn't under the minimum wage. OK Copify, I think I'd like a house built in two days. I'll give you £500.The problem is whoever is editing the absurd briefs, who I'm not entirely convinced is a real person. Plus their shady business model. It's absolutely killing quality content and is the reason you have to wade through so much guff every time you perform a Google search. Let's all stop enabling it.To clients looking to employ writers: you will never get quality content from these companies. It really won't cost you much more to employ a writer directly, once you factor in the amount of time you have spent battling with this ridiculous outfit. If by some stroke of luck you do get what you asked for, I promise you it will have nothing to do with Copify themselves. To writers: You're better than this.
Totally time waster, they approached me with pre-approved and collected all my documents and drained my energy.
Quite suprised with reviews tbh i have used Copify since the day they pretty much started with over 100 orders i have think i had maybe one slight issue but was addressed immediately ive spent about 2k with these and never had an issue untill recently when there service has just dropped and now i have stopped using them they didnt seem to care that they lost me as a customer i explained why has the service dropped and if they cannot do my content then ill have to leave they basiclly said bye then great customer loyalty
Amazing products man
Pay terrible, remit unclear and overly-demanding.Avoid.

Top 5 Effective Ways To Spot a Scam Website [VIDEO]

There are many types of fake sites in the online world. We have some good news. Watch the video below to see the 5 effective ways you can spot a fraudulent website in 2024:

How To Remove Your Information From the Internet

Whether you like it or not, unfortunately, the Internet has all your personal information stored. How did that happen? Every time you visit a simple site and accept cookies, consent to their forms, or download an app, unscrupulous data brokers collect not just your phone number, name, AND address. They also sell this to third parties, which creates a $1 billion industry a year. Your collected personal data is used by buyers to send you never-ending spam emails, targeted ads, and, of course, telemarketing calls. Crooks use all your data without remorse.

We can help. Many people have asked us about how to remove your personal information from the Internet. If you want your data deleted entirely from the online world, contact our official partners at Incogni immediately. This legitimate data privacy tool works on your behalf to officially require a ton of online brokers to remove your data.
