Jenny is professional in every aspect. She is well balanced and where the customer has overlooked certain aspects she will bring it to my attention to correct in the hope that Nivea customer services have everything they need to fully process my legitimate complaint. Jenny is most helpful, polite and courteous in her correspondence with me. What more could I ask for? To my mind Jenny excels in her position and deserves my positive feedback.
Hello,I registered a complaint about 1xBet before 22 days, it's take alomst 4 days to be visible because i didn't understand about the process. Now, my issue isn't in solving process, they just replying me to make me inactive and show as resolved in app. doesn't give time frame for any company to solve their issues. I don't think is a reliable place to update your personal data and issues to be resolved. Thank you. Regards
Update: Since writing this review our profile was fixed and information updated. So make sure you reach out to them to clear everything up. Our company has a "profile" on this terrible website. It collects random information from different sources without following up on them or checking the information. In our case the " complaint " was taken from our BBB page. We resolved the complaint long time ago, but they wouldn't update it on their website. Websites like this should be banned since they are hurtful to businesses/consumers. If you run a complaints website, make sure to check your information. Not just still it from other websites.
I had a great experience with It was incredibly easy for me to share my concerns about a recent purchase. I appreciated the platform's user-friendly interface and the support it provides to those feeling unheard. I was also impressed by how it encourages businesses to respond and resolve issues, which actually helped me get my problem sorted out. I believe that this platform is a vital tool for both consumers and companies. It not only helped me address my concerns but also provided an opportunity for the business to improve its service. I highly recommend using
caused me problems wont respond or discuss must be some kind of scam they say they are in Latvia
Just wanted to write a furious review about the service at the company which name i won't mention here and didn't really expect to get any response...Well i got some comments to my complaint from the people with the same problem (some of them weren't so adequate btw) and not to mention i got an answer from the company. Issue has been resolved and i just don't care about anything else...
I don't understand folks that are making negative remarks about the website. They're doing their job: they're offering a platform for people to share their negative experiences with different companies in order to save the trouble for others. They aren't making those complaints themselves; users from across the world do. Majority are genuine, but some are not. Following logic of those that are making negative remarks, it's like you have to blame the police for storming your house, not the person that make a fake call to begin with.
This website is big scam, they show resolving others problem, actual is they are here for cutting this user by their representative,in bangladesh humayun rashid agent of them a big fraud, i complaints them against him but no actio rather they protect him various way.I just request people just avoid this scam website. complaintsboard.comAnd save you from harrasing
This site lets anyone, verified or not, leave a review about anything or anyone without checking if it's based on reality. It's a BS site run by scumbags that should be removed from the internet. Oh, did I mention that if you bribe them they will take down a review?Take anything you read on their site with a ginormous grain of salt because it's most likely untrue.
Only after placing my complaint on this site i got a non automatic answer from the company i complained about and afterwards complaint was finally resolved. Thx to and support team who was able to cooperate with them and finally consider the matter.
I noticed that ALL my complaints on disappeared soon after posting with only the complaint titles remained. never explained why or what the issues wereIt seems to me that not only marked all my complaints as "resolved" while in fact none of them was, but also has some form of censorship & they remove consumer complaints at will with no explanation. Shame on pretending that they act as a public online "complaint board"
I wanted to share an experience I had with a healer in the UK. I personally used Jerry Sargeant’s services. I was suffering from a tumour on my kidney. I was told it was life or death. After contacting Star Magic Healing and booking a session with Jerry, my life transformed. The healing was powerful. I could feel the energy in my body. I had 2 sessions with Jerry. The second one I cried and cried. I joined the Star Magic Infinity app afterwards and listened to the meditations . During this time I was waiting to go back and see the doctor. I did a month after the healing. The tumour was gone. The doctors asked me what I had been doing and was very supportive of the healing work. Jerry isn’t just a good healer but he has this character that simply inspires you. I felt so motivated to take action and start putting myself first, something I had never done. I am confident now and more important healthy and enjoying life. I can’t recommend Jerry Sargeant and Star Magic Healing enough. I tell all of my friends and many have joined the Infinity App. We actually meet once a week and listen to one of Jerrys meditations together. It’s brought my friends and I even closer together. I hope more people discover this healing that is available. Love Becca
I post one review on Sitejabber and will post here also. Despite I have issues with Trustpilot itself but I still feel I need to report these scammers here as well!Complaintsboard is a scam site filled with some unrealistic reviews! They shamelessly publish fake reviews left and right, without a care in the world for truth or verification. They do not need real users to post their reviews, this whole site is just one big scam. DON'T try to fool people around, we are not that stupid to believe in those text you post around
This site is a scam. You cannot, under any circumstances delete a review you have made and customer support is useless. I asked them to remove my personal information, however I was not sure what was visible to others and if they could tell me what that was. They refused, and just kept telling me to specifically tell them what information needed to be removed.
This website allows contributors to harass individuals even though it breaks their terms of use and members conduct!I've reported this and still nothing has been done about it. I am now seeking a law firm to act on my behalf. It's even more suspect that they have domain protection for ICANN Whois records. They protect their address!!
A bed of fake posters and harassmentI have been harassed stalked bullied name it what you will and so has many of my friends all because we outed a plagiarist over 6 years ago.She took to Facebook to attack us then moved to G+ and now Complaintsboard. She creates many fake accounts to attack us simply because she was outed as a thief.Do not use Complaintsboard ever, they ignore legitimate complaints in favor of fake ones that bring in is essentially a website of FakeNews
I have been handling complaints for the company I work for on Complaintsboard. Consistently, I keep getting complaints that'll clearly state things like "today is 25June16 and I still have not received this", POSTED ON November 19th, 2018. I'm getting tons of similar ones to this. When I emailed customer service asking why they're posting two years too late, of course I don't get a response.... so don't give anyone a chance to help the customers there and post them well after they were actually filed so there's nothing anyone can do. I hope they get shut down since they can't even allow businesses to take care of the issues since they don't post reviews in a timely manner.
Most of the reviews on are indeed legit. However, a lot of scammers increasingly use the site to extract money from businesess. They post fake and defamatory reviews about your company and once the bad review appears in google they contact you to offer their services (often pretending to be a SEO company) to remove the fake review. Unfortunately, due to US regulations, you can't have the fake review removed by the site owner and they don't seem to care about it anyway. This is an illegal practice affecting many businesses including mine recently.
Complaints board is accepting anybody without any proof , to write some fake reviews . They are scam itself . Anybody can rent someone and scam make fraud reviews on another , companies etc . to make potential customers as not reliable . They do not accept or search from anybody any proof that that person was anywhere ,in case of business., even when some company complain about review. They just say : contact the one who made review. And review made as scammer. They do not have any responsibility to companies and do not care about business they do . Do not trust to their reviews from people they do not proof, even after company that was attacked , contact them and try to remove that fake review. They are scam itself as they accept scammers who write about companies and companies businesses are in danger because of Complaints board
Fantastic service. You can write out the real unvarnished truth and no company can hide it like some websites. wink, wink.

“Complete false accusations”

This site is a scam and should be shut down. I am a new business owner and they stole my 5 star review from trust pilot and falsely claim poor customer service and quality when there is not one complaint besides the 5 star review which they logged as a complaint. I will be looking into legal action against them. After talking with Complaints board they removed my company from their site and the review which is great, yet was still very concerned about the summary of my company that they put up of multiple complaints on service and quality when there are no negative reviews and even if there was a legitimate bad review, one review would not constitute the slandering of such extent. I have voiced my concerns and hope they are more careful with what they say about a company in the future.

“Fake Board”

Just compare the reviews for "" in SJ, BBB and Complaintsboard. Complaintsboard says regus is 100% legit. They use the bot replies to mark complaints as "Resolved", giving them a certified seal, while in reality they were never resolved. They also auto-resolve the complaints after some time, so if the fraud site is persistent in giving fake resolutions, it will eventually mark them as resolved. Here's an excerpt from BBB, and another from complaintsboard for the same site; BBB: "Customer Complaint: Due to the volume of complaints filed against this business, BBB only publishes the details for 25% of the total complaints filed." ComplaintsBoard: "ComplaintsBoard has analyzed Regus and determined that it has perfect credibility and is completely trustworthy, with a legitimacy rating of 100%." Service Value Quality

“Shameful site with malicious malpractices”

They show a FAKE negative overview of our company which is harming the reputation. Moreover, all requests for the removal of malicious postings are completely ignored. Tip for consumers:We would like to advise every person not to believe anything this site posts about any company, instead, search for legit reviews and testimonials from genuine reputable websites such as Sitejabber, Google or Trustpilot. Products used:None Service Quality

“A joke of a site/organization”

After five attempts to provide detailed review information of a complaint (without bashing the subject company) I keep getting the same reply from ComplaintBoard that my review is incomplete, without clarity of missing information. I followed their guidelines. I'm done with this group. Save your energy. Not worth spending a minute it with this site/group.

“Scam site that posts fake negative reviews”

Our website is listed on with fake reviews. Some arepulled from this bugus site and some are completely fake or unverfied.

“Malicious website that requires no verification or truth to complaints.”

I know people who have posted fake reviews to get back at people they don't like that work for companies. They then make multiple profiles and make comments. There is no verification and the website refuses to remove false information even when the police endeavour to get malicious and false accusations removed. The website then says you can get the person who wrote to say it's resolved but they will never remove the comment. The only option is to take this company to court. Who can be bothered with the expense and hassle. I'm sure the majority of people realise that this is not a credible complaints website.

“Byblos Hospitality Group Investigation Request”

They are not following what is in the contract for their employees, like for the working VISA. They should be the one to shoulder it for the OFW from the Philippines but they are deducting it on the first months salary of their employees. They make their employees work for 12-16 hours per day but they dont pay their overtime even though in the contract it says that overtime after 8 hours should be paid by the company. They dont give the time card to the employees so that theres no evidence that they worked overtime without pay. They dont give the last pay of some of their employees and cancels the contract without any definite reason or explanation. Very bad company

“Failure to allow people to reply to accusations”

Every time I tried to reply to a comment says. "SITE IT NOT WORKING" The response I received was infantile and disturbing and now I cannot answer the accusations and the person blamed my mother for their own shortcomings.

“This site has allowed a deranged lunatic to post false...”

This site has allowed a deranged lunatic to post false things about me and my family for years. $30,000 is what we were quoted to have the lies removed. Anyone can post any lie they want with no proof. Its nothing but an extortion scam.

“Stay Away from Complaint Board”

I reported world to complaint board because I was bullied by two individuals in this social media. One of the representative provided their opinion than resolving the situation. My advice is to try consumer affairs instead because they have very good rating so far.

“Allow harassment of individuals”

This website allows contributors to harass individuals even though it breaks their terms of use and members conduct! I've reported this and still nothing has been done about it. I am now seeking a law firm to act on my behalf. It's even more suspect that they have domain protection for ICANN Whois records. They protect their address!

“The should definitely be shut down”

The should definitely be shut down. The site is full of threats, defamation, libel and the website owner won't do anything to remove defamatory content since he makes money from the Google ads. They also allow users to create multiple aliases to fake negative reviews against companies. Something should definitely be done about this company. That site is harming many innocent people.

“Shows humanities' worst side”

My wife has a dog breeding business with hundreds of satisfied clients. They love her and their puppy. But sometimes she decides that a prospective client is not someone she could work with, or is not in a position to properly care for puppy and refuses to let them adopt one of hers. These few people post abusive rants at Complaints Board. It is disheartening to see human beings venting their anger and hate in public. Complaints Board is a dumb idea! Ignore the vitriolic outbursts for which it provides a forum.

“This site is a scam”

I don't know how the US gov didn't shut this site down already, it is filled with fraudulent posts that they use to blackmail people and business all over the world to get them to pay a fee to remove these posts... Service Value Shipping Returns Quality

“ and are not to be...” and are not to be trusted. They are a very shady page and operate in hiding. Together we can shut these guys down for good. They post fake and unethical "reviews" for the sole purpose of obtaining traffic and extortion. They have no care in harming reputation and could care less about their innocent victims. Not fair and balanced web site. Don't even bother clicking on their page... They are a waste

“Online Bullying”

This site should be illegal. Absolute lies posted about so many businesses. You can't even respond or it will rank higher in the search engines. Hopefully someday they go out of business. Read real reviews on Google, Facebook and the BBB where customers are actually verified!

“I'm seeing signed-up users who have less comments and...”

I'm seeing signed-up users who have less comments and less to no complaints. What am I seeing here, really? Sorry, I'd stay away from this crap. EDIT: One of their users has been stealing my reviews. Let's get these guys and their staff off our internetz!

“They keep companies on their toes”

Complaints board's complaints are always useful as well as the website itself, especially if you want to see the reputation of a company and what other people say. It's also clear what company cares and what doesn't; just judging by how often they answer, how many unresolved or resolved complaints they have and what they offer to resolve an issue. It's like a litmus test and is definitely reliable. I trust them.

“I want to thank this wonderful site for helping me...”

I want to thank this wonderful site for helping me resolve my conflict with my bank. I found out that about 200 dollars disappeared from my account, and the bank denied any complaint of mine, so i decided to use and it really helped to communicate with the bank in a different way. I got my money back, and everything is OK. Thank you once again!

“A scam website, operating from within Russia”

May 12th 2023 update: We did some research and quickly found out that ComplaintsBoard is not headquartered in Riga, Latvia, as is claimed on its website. It's actually registered and run by someone that lives in Moscow, Russia. This is likely the reason why the website owner(s) are unafraid of any legal action. Given the current war in Ukraine, we have advised all of our customers to stop posting reviews of our company in response to what are clearly online attacks by a few of our business competitors on the ComplaintsBoard website. ComplaintsBoard earns some of its revenue from ad impressions. Btw, the response from ComplaintsBoard to our review is utter nonsense. Victory to Ukraine and let's hope these Russian scammers that run are enlisted into the Russian army - as cannon fodder. ---------------------- Complaints Board is a scam website, run by a guy from Estonia. A couple of our business competitors have written "reviews" of our TEFL program on Complaints Board, and have then followed up with anonymous comments. None of the reviews were written by any of our customers. When someone adds a comment and has verified their email address with Complaints Board, they have a "Verified customer" label displayed by their comment. Anyone can verify their email with Complaints board and then become a "Verified customer" without ever purchasing the product or service that they are commenting on or reviewing. We are assuming that there would be a hell of a lot more complaints written online about Complaints Board, but most business owners are just too afraid to voice concern in case of reprisals from the guy from Complaints Board. We feel that it is our public duty to warn people about the website. I imagine that some of the reviews and comments about some companies and individuals are merited. From our experience though, we would never base our purchasing decisions on the info published on Complaints Board because we know that it is a hotbed for competitor attacks. This is a real issue because you might be convinced into purchasing a poor product or service because the company has convinced you that its competitors are scams or not legit. The solution to the issue would be if Complaints Board really did check each and every review to see whether it is from a real customer or not. That would involve too much hard work and it is just easier for Complaints Board to see its traffic increase by publishing anything and everything. Btw, we have seen a lot of reviews from people that have said they will proceed with a legal response. The website owner makes it very clear that anyone can feel free to go ahead and do this, and that he is not intimidated by legal threats. This is a mistake. You can take the owner to court. He is an EU citizen and is bound by EU privacy and data laws. Tip for consumers:Don't be intimidated by the owner or by the people that use the site to write trash about you. If you decide to take legal action, do it without announcing it online. It definitely helps when you bring peoples' awareness to the site if you are a company and if you choose to expose the site for what it is. We placed a warning about it on our website and all of our customers understand that none of the reviews are real and that they have been written by our business competitors.

“The website should be more transparent, wan't lie and...”

The website should be more transparent, wan't lie and make people get more trust...

It seems like many reviews are not really legit.

“Their service is invaluable”

I would advise everyone to read reviews on ComplaintsBoard before deciding anything. It's trustworthy. With honest opinions. What's interesting is that people share their negative experience only to show companies' worst sides. That's why I consider them to be reliable. I really thank them so much for existing. Tip for consumers:They do not accept positive feedbacks, but I am not sure it'sa dsadvantage. It's more like their special feature...

How To Remove Your Information From the Internet

Whether you like it or not, unfortunately, the Internet has all your personal information stored. How did that happen? Every time you visit a simple site and accept cookies, consent to their forms, or download an app, unscrupulous data brokers collect not just your phone number, name, AND address. They also sell this to third parties, which creates a $1 billion industry a year. Your collected personal data is used by buyers to send you never-ending spam emails, targeted ads, and, of course, telemarketing calls. Crooks use all your data without remorse.

We can help. Many people have asked us about how to remove your personal information from the Internet. If you want your data deleted entirely from the online world, contact our official partners at Incogni immediately. This legitimate data privacy tool works on your behalf to officially require a ton of online brokers to remove your data.

When domain owners contact us to challenge the trust score of their website on our website Validator, we would kindly ask them to share some of the following things: * Details from their ecosystem that would show that they are 100% trustworthy (certificate of incorporation, business registration, official records showing the name of the website or business, etc.). * Their personal profile on LinkedIn and social media accounts for the business on Facebook. * If possible, some screenshots/proof of satisfied clients (not testimonials on their website), proof of inventory, canceling orders when requested, etc.). We are more than willing to update the review right away—the more proof you show, the higher the trust score will be.
