Is comfortmedical.com Legit?

The staff is amazing to work with. They have been very supportive of our needs. They provided ostomy samples, answered questions and shipped supplies quickly. It is a pleasure to experience such great customer service.

Comfort Medical makes me feel comfortable. They communicate perfectly by always initiating my next shipment of catheters. I don't have to think about it. I get their notification for the next shipment. I tell them I'm ready for it and Viola, it shows up at my door on time. Their service couldn't be better. Outstanding!

Wow, I have been dealing with multiple DME companies over the years and your friendly greeting by Lynette made my long day. She was so helpful in guiding me through the ordering process and what to expect. Plus she was able to work out my insurance challenges. I am impressed with the Coloplast products and look forward to getting my first delivery.

Have been dealing with Comfort Medical for the past three years. It is refreshing in this day and age to find a company that promptly addresses your needs. Two individuals there that are particularly responsive to any questions I may have are Athena and especially Linda C. Their service has been exceptional over the years and greatly appreciated.

I normally don’t write reviews but this one. I recently changed my doctor due to new insurance I spoke with Beverly who helped me through the process until I seen my new doctor. I wasn’t sure if I would get my order before running out of supplies. I am glad I went back with Comfort Medical for my ostomy products.

Calling the 800 number is totally frustrating. Getting a live person who just takes down your contact information is a waste of time, because more times than not, I don’t get a call back. When I finally got through to an order taker, she was fantastic. She gave me her email address, so I can communicate through email now.

Comfort Medical is so easy to work with when ordering supplies. Their representatives are kind and courteous and always willing to help. They even call ahead to make sure I have supplies on hand or if I need to re-order. It doesn't get any better than that.

I had called to have an order placed on hold so I could try a different bag that was being sent to me to try from Coloplast but the order was sent out anyway so I ended up with a three month of supply of bags that I may not want if the other bag works out better. I called and spoke with David at comfort Medical and told him of the problem and he had Kate, a customer service agent call me and set up a return. Fed Ex came two days later and picked up the pouches. Was so grateful for such wonderful customer service. David and Kate represent your company well.

GOOD: I like that your customer service reps are understandable. I am not prejudice but, another companies reps had such strong accents that I had trouble communicating. Your reps are friendly.BAD: I have been your customer for less than a year. During that time I have been told your web access doesn't work because it is being redesigned. I can not access my Comfort Medical account from the web or the app. When is this going to be fixed?

Got my welcome kit pretty fast which included about 15 - 20 catheters. Big screw ups getting the next delivery. There was apparently a problem with the doctor's prescription not having the duration included. Not sure what happened between you and the doctor's office but I was on the phone with you a few times concerning a medical release from visiting nurses. It all worked out but not without major concern as my first month's delivery arrived the afternoon of my using my last catheter that morning. Not a very good start....

Several of these stoma bags, have leaked at the edge where they come together. It is extremely embarrassing when this happens at work, or in public. They have ruined bedding, and clothing due to the oil I have to put in it.I just called to find out if I will get replacements ( been changing them more then twice a week due to poor quality), apparently you do not replace defective products, leaving me to have to purchase these out of my pocket? Thanks for nothing.

I am a brand new client and ostomy patient. I have high hopes for my relationship with your company. It means a lot to me that this company is owned by the manufacturer of my chosen products. I had disasterous experiences with my former supply company. Communication is a high priority to me.The representitive ( lovely lady named Chris) that I spoke with took her time to listen to my concerns and informed me of the status of my first order. The order arrived as promised and was complete and correct.

I am so happy tonwork with Roxana Gasper at Comfort Medical ,all the time she answer my question and I feel so comfortable because she working for my son health. She is the best . Thank you Roxana !!!

Previously my experiences have been frustrating to say the least. Getting a live body on the phone in a timely manner was next to impossible. But now I have the email address of a customer service rep who has made it so much easier to order my refills. This last time was the easiest and best yet of my 4 times of ordering. Hopefully this trend continues. The only glitch was I wasn’t notified when my shipment shipped and the FedEx driver did not put it in a dry area so the exterior box got very wet and one of the interior boxes was wet as well but thankfully nothing was ruined.

I dealt with Cindy Shussel for the past two days to try to straighten out my situation with supply issues. She not only resolved all my problems(something no other customer care person has yet to take the time to do), she is also caring about her patients. I found her to be efficient, knowledgeable about the products and very helpful. She resolved all my problems, called and spoke to me about what she was trying to accomplish to fix the issue. I can not say enough how grateful I am that I was able to deal with her. She will be the ONLY person I will deal with in the future.

Comfort medical has done great things for me. If I have a question or I can’t understand something they’re always there to help me. Everybody is so polite and helpful. I would never go to another company. I would recommend this company to anybody that I know.

On hold now for over 30 minutes. Callback promised never happened. Ordered needed supplies on 10/16. No real explanation for not delivering. Called daily for nearly two weeks. Also, they have continually billed me improperly which they continue to correct. Don't know what's happened to this company.

This company has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Call center, if you can call it that, LIED over and over again. I did not speak to a single person who did not lie regarding my order. At one point, a "manger" stated that I am not her customer. REALLY? My insurance, my order, my supplies but I am not her customer. Resolution would have taken much longer than needed if I would have trusted their "protocol and system". FOUR phone calls later and one of the calls actually being COLOPLAST itself.

This is the first shipment of catheter supplies for my husband. After several days of delays I was told it was to be shipped "overnite" - this morning my tracking states it will not be delivered for 4 days!! My husband has only one day of supplies left and it is a holiday weekend.

Great products, very comfortable. I never worry when out in public. Easy to use products. Always on time delivery also . Customers service is top notch. Always giving me the feeling of being number one.
