Is combigo.com Legit?

I booked a trip from Greece to Amsterdam but soon after I recognized I didn’t wrong month and as I paid for extra luggage I asked them if it’s possible to refund what I paid for luggage. But someone who calls Stella was really rude and treat me like I was stupid. I warn you that do not buy any service from this company

I found Combigo on the Kayak website while searching for a flight from Lisbon, Portugal, to Boston, USA flying British Airways. Combigo was listed with the lowest price. However, I came across a very negative TrustPilot review claiming that Combigo was a scam. Despite this, after chatting with "Julia" via their chat option, I decided to proceed.I booked and paid for the flight using my credit card. About five minutes later, I received an email from their support team (Stella) informing me they could not book the flight with British Airways. Stella offered me either a refund or a change to a different airline (KLM) on the same day at no additional cost. I accepted the change at the same price. Throughout the process, I stayed in contact with Stella via email, and she answered all my questions. Approximately 30 minutes after receiving Stella's first email, I received the confirmation number for the KLM flight. I logged into the KLM website, and everything looked fine—the reservation and ticket numbers matched (the flight is actually a codeshare with Delta, so it's a direct flight).The flight will happen on the 24 of October. Lets see how It goes!Thank you, Stella. This was truly a 5-star service. For my next flight, I will definitely consider using Combigo again.

Combigo corrected an error on my name on two tickets on Latam & Lufthansa .It was an excellent & efficient job .Quick responses , after the payment I received a new tickets within 24 hours . Hei I have both flights tickets ( bombigo.com) from Helsinki to Marrakech, after 24 hours I got email says that my reservation has not confirmed then I had to contact them to fix my situation or give my money back nothing happened no information no help. I don't recommend buying flights from this website.

A few days before my return ticket from Canada, I contacted Combigo about a potential flight/date change. The very day I contacted them, a member of their team replied by e-mail. So I can confirm that the responsiveness promoted on the site (Marine in my case) was indeed present! :)Reassuring in case of need!

Don't buy your tickets here. Buy them directly at Ryanair. Combigo is a useless third party operator and a cheap s... company with cheap s... service who will suck your money out of you with lousiness in return. No possibility to reach them by phone and only option to mail them in case of an emergency. They give you hollow promises of a Combigo guarantee that consists of nothing.

Very nice website, no commission on the plane ticket ( combination of both tickets ) the price displayed is the price paid at the last stage of the process to buy the plane ticket, no handling fees added.

Nightmare Experience! Choose Another Travel Agency!This travel agency was one of the worst experiences of my life. From the beginning, their lack of professionalism and communication caused me incredible problems. They didn’t inform me that the baggage limit was 7 kg, so when I arrived at the airport, I was forced to pay an extra 85 € for just 3 kg over the limit. This is outright robbery! It is unacceptable that for such a small difference, the cost is so exaggerated — the agency should have warned me to avoid this absurd inconvenience.But the disaster didn’t end there. On my second flight, I also had to pay an additional £60 for the baggage! Again, all of this could have been avoided if the agency had provided clear and correct information. Instead, I had to deal with frustration and unexpected costs due to their complete incompetence.The staff of the Norse airline, with which I flew, were incredibly rude and arrogant. Zero availability, zero empathy, as if all of this was my fault. An attitude that leaves you speechless!Stay away from this agency if you don’t want to ruin your trip, lose money and time, and be treated like garbage. Simply shameful!

It was the first time I'd taken a flight with 2 different airlines, and it was very stressful, especially at check-in time. But overall, everything went well for me, despite the fact that the connection was a little short. Given the price difference, I'll try again next time if necessary.

The Team from Combigo stepped in when I experienced a significant delay in a flight which caused me to miss a connection and stay a night in Barcelona. I found them extremely proactive and they certainly went further than any other travel agency that I know of!We will use them again, for sure, and can thoroughly recommend them. They also deserve a big "thank you"!

Trust themIt was my first booked trip with them and I panicked a couple of time because i couldn't checked in online but it was because the airline didn't allow it but they were very responsive and made me feel safe after the fact

As someone who tends to book their tickets last minute, Combigo has become such a saving grace! I love that it helps me to find the most inexpensive (and sometimes surprising!) routes and it’s really cool to see the environmental impact of my journeys. Super nice, thank you!

Yes, this site has looked like a scam, they took my money when I booked a flight, two days later I still did not receive my ticket, and only upon questioning this I got a reply that my booking has been cancelled due to some silly excuse. Definitely the worst site I have ever used . You cannot see their address or phone them, only emails. Mind you, the positive reviews come from accounts that only have one review published, just a heads up. Never again

Booked a flight to Barcelona with Combigo. Confirmed by Combigo by email. No other communication. 48 hours prior to departure, found out the flight had been cancelled and refunded to a credit card that is not mine. Contacted customer service at Combigo by email (only option) and have not received a response. Lost money. Won't use again. Had to book new flight.
