The algorithm detected possible high-risk activity related to phishing, spamming, and other factors noted in the Questionable. Minimal Doubts. Controversial. tags above. Long story short, we recommend using caution when using this website. But let's explain in more detail.
Explaining Our Analytical Approach
We've displayed some important information within the Company Details section above, each deserving more explanation:
- Proximity to Suspicious Websites
- Threat Profile
- Phishing Profile
- Malware Score
- Spam Score
- Domain Blacklist Status
- HTTPS connection
- Domain Creation Date
While some are self-explanatory concerning coliving.com, let's dive deeper into the remaining ones.
Proximity to Potentially Harmful Websites
This metric gauges the connection, scored on a scale of 1 to 100, between coliving.com and websites marked as suspicious. Elevated scores point to a stronger link with these questionable online destinations. It's worth noting that website owners might not always be aware of their site's proximity to these dubious platforms or servers. However, a "Proximity to Suspicious Websites" score surpassing 80 strongly indicates a high-risk website, while a score below 30 signifies a less-threatening site.
Risk Factors: Threat, Phishing, Malware, and Spam
These indicators reveal the vulnerabilities and elements embedded within the HTML code of coliving.com. They become especially pertinent if the website has received reports from internet users who've encountered unsolicited emails, ads, or messages related to the site. In the context of coliving.com, our investigation continues working to pinpoint the specific category, but we welcome your insights in the comments below. A high Malware score generally implies the presence of suspicious code that might be unknowingly disseminated. Conversely, a high Spam score hints at a possibly spam-ridden email address associated with the business. Scores under 30 in both categories are reassuring, but any score surpassing this threshold should raise concerns. coliving.com is a dubious website, given all the risk factors and data numbers analyzed in this in-depth review. Share your experience in the comments.
Domain Blacklisting Status
This term indicates whether coliving.com has landed on any online directories' blacklists and earned a suspicious tag.
Assessing HTTPS Connectivity
This section provides insight into whether coliving.com boasts an 's' at the end of the 'HTTP' protocol listed in your browser's address bar. If the tab displays in green, consider it a positive sign.
Safe Check
We want our trust scores and reviews to be as accurate as possible so that you can protect yourself from online fraud. Our algorithm aggregates factors that efficiently analyze a company's website, in this case, coliving.com.

Beware of this site! The listing is nearly a scam. During the application on June.com, I was asked if I wanted the room "furnished" (+$125) or "unfurnished": I chose the "furnished" option but when I arrived at the apartment, the room was completely empty. Their response? "The listing you selected was for an unfurnished room." Then why offer a "furnished" or "unfurnished" option at all during the application (which comes AFTER the listing)? Bottom line: I had to rent another apartment for a month and am currently out $1200. I've spent the last month asking for a refund (given the clear communication error) or at least an explanation about the "furnished" or "unfurnished" options and I've only received copy/paste responses: a mockery. I've just instructed my lawyer to proceed and I hope at least to get a partial refund. Moreover, the house was extremely small, dirty, with dated fixtures and furniture, and a total lack of care in maintaining the home: Nothing like the glossy photos in the ad (and think—I was only there for an hour! Who knows what else I would have discovered if I stayed longer!). Beware of this site!
Joyce was helpful in dealing with an issue that prevented me from staying in the place I booked
I would book directly if possible.I was charged $120.00 more than the actual price. I don’t mind paying for the service and convenience I received but that is a whopping 35% premium to book via coliving.comThe worst part was that the communication via coliving.com caused an unnecessary delay in communication with the space that I couldn’t move in in-time.They also asked for the double the amount of security deposit than what was actually required to.Uneasy with the over charged.Wish I did better due diligence and book directly.
I had a small issue and for a moment I despaired that I had lost a lot of money by cancelling my stay at an apartment. But Joyce Ann Mendoza helped me ensure that everything was resolved in the most fortunate way. She was quick and helpful, for which I am very grateful.
We had an issue getting our deposit back from our host who refused to pay us back for over 6 months. I decided to involve coliving and Joyce could not have been more helpful and attentive in dealing with this. She always replied quickly, applied a lot of pressure on the host, and got them to pay us back. I think the customer service is exceptional and I will definitely use Coliving again. Joyce deserves a raise! Thank you for your help
Worth the value it offers for one of the Bali locations. I haven’t tried other locations yet, but so far some seem to be very expensive. I would say if the price is right perfect option for long stays.
It has all the necessary Features that I wanted.
Excellent work by the entire Coliving.com team for helping us find a nice place to live in Montreal for our son. Their tasks were not easy because of the mutual difficulty we had with the host to understand each other about the administrative and financial part.Their roles during these complicated and very stressful phases were effective and decisive. Thanks again to the team
As a coliving manager, I have to say that Coliving.com is a reference in the coliving world. They are very professional and the booking is easy to take in hand. The commission is also very large for the owner and it is impossible to announce an all-inclusive price at the risk of also being charged from the taxes collected.Do not resent the host if you have additional taxes. upon arrival. The commercial policy of coliving.com leaves no other choice.
Coliving is by far the best platform when looking for places as a remote worker
I had a problem with the local property management/owner in Medellin, Columbia. The owner had made a mistake on their listing. Since I booked via Coliving.com I was protected. Coliving.com recognized the error and held payment to the owner until the issue was resolved. In addition, Coliving.com advocated on my behalf.Going forward, I will continue to use Coliving.com for my digital nomad lifestyle. I also highly recommend them to others. You can rest easy when booking a month or more in a city/country that is new to you.
Co-living is such a great concept for those who want to travel and meet like minded people rather than being isolated in their AirBnB or hotel. The company is great and they really have your back, taking the stress out of booking a stay for 1 month+ in an unfamiliar city and country.
This property offers beautifully curated Fully Furnished units for shared suites and studios. This is a new building with smart technology integrations. It is located in the heart of a historic and artistic vibe city that also offers many lifestyle options. Highly recommended price and services wise!
They do NOT offer a 30-day FREE cancellation, instead it's a percentage fee on your booking. Fees aren't super clear so make sure you're well aware of the percentage fee you'll be charged BEFORE your booking is confirmed. Customer service isn't super forthcoming with what the fee is when you do contact them either. When you press them for what this fee is they'll disclose how much they penalise you if your plans change. So, be sure to check Section 9 (at the time of writing this review) of the T&Cs and section before you book.
Don’t deal with them!!!! After a month of leaving one of their property they still haven’t send the bond back and on top of it they’re not giving any explanation about what’s happening (our lease states we should’ve had received it within 2 weeks). They’re also incredibly disorganised with internal communication, every time you try to contact one of them they just redirect you to someone else that apparently deals with the problem and then they do nothing.Stay away
Found the coliving.com website really helpful in finding a cool place in Europe to work remotely from. I met lots of interesting people in Culla, Spain - a real community of likeminded spirits! The booking process was easy, and I was able to speak with the host to ask them any questions before arriving. Great platform for any digital nomads or travelers to find nice accommodation with cool communities!
Joyce in customer service was so helpful when it came to having to cancel my upcoming stays due to a broken ankle. She was very responsive and I feel like she did everything in her power to get me sorted out with the two residences I was planning to stay at. She was an absolute lifesaver in this situation, and I will definitely be rebooking with Coliving.com once I am able to travel again.
I had an exceptional experience with Coliving.com customer support! They responded quickly.. The team was not only professional but also genuinely caring. Highly recommend Coliving.com for anyone looking for excellent support and a hassle-free living experience.
Ana Cristina Lambert was just so kind, responsive, helpful. I was so stressed out due to a very uncomfortable situation at a... Really a terrible "coliving" lodge. The owner literally joked about it being like "The Shining" because it's so remote and there was no one else there. Owner doesn't even stay. Ah. It was so stressful after a while. Anyway, Ana was just such a saviour for me. To have someone to listen to me and provide support, it was truly invaluable. I really appreciate the help and support I received.
Really impressed by coliving! They look out for the customer first and foremost, unlike other sites like air bnb. I needed customer support a couple of times and they responded to me super quickly. Wonderful service and a fantastic site to find cool co-livings to stay in.

Top 5 Effective Ways To Spot a Scam Website [VIDEO]
There are many types of fake sites in the online world. We have some good news. Watch the video below to see the 5 effective ways you can spot a fraudulent website in 2024:
How To Remove Your Information From the Internet
Whether you like it or not, unfortunately, the Internet has all your personal information stored. How did that happen? Every time you visit a simple site and accept cookies, consent to their forms, or download an app, unscrupulous data brokers collect not just your phone number, name, AND address. They also sell this to third parties, which creates a $1 billion industry a year. Your collected personal data is used by buyers to send you never-ending spam emails, targeted ads, and, of course, telemarketing calls. Crooks use all your data without remorse.
We can help. Many people have asked us about how to remove your personal information from the Internet. If you want your data deleted entirely from the online world, contact our official partners at Incogni immediately. This legitimate data privacy tool works on your behalf to officially require a ton of online brokers to remove your data.
Our staff verifies this service works and is trustworthy. It costs only $6.49/month but is worth the cost. U.S., UK, EU, Swiss, and Canadian residents only. Click below.
