these guys stole my invested funds. i would tell everyone not to use them at all. they are a bunch of lowlife scammers.. the good news is there is always a way to file and get your funds back.
Terrible!!! Coins.ph and Coins pro stole my crypto after I deposited on the coins pro exchange. These people are all crooks and fraudulent thieves! I contacted support to demand accountability for my deposit and gave them the transaction number of the deposit. They told me they destroyed all records since the so-called "platform upgrade" and now will NOT allow me to withdraw anything! SCAM!!! Don't use them. I'm still awaiting return of funds I now use GCrypto on the GCash app instead.
i had account verified years ago now which has been locked and unable to remove funds.coins.ph wants my complete private financial information to unlock my funds.if you are a foreigner beware do not deal with this company as they will freeze your funds and never release.asked me for proof of income but i have no income and only want to use the funds already depositied in MY account. dont need proof income as i only use funds in my account. still have 14000 peso that that they will not realeasethis
Had a really terrible experience with their customer support. Laging failed transaction kapag bibili ka ng load or magbabayad ng bills. Sa crypto services naman, don't even bother and take your business elsewhere. Sobrang bagal ng processing kung hindi failed. Mind din na hindi safe ang crypto sa Coins dahil hindi niyo hawak yung keys. Lagi pang maintenance kaya di mo rin mabenta yung binili mong crypto! WORST! USE OTHER E-WALLETS INSTEAD!
COINS.PH is totally legit SCAMMER.. After using in several months and joning trading they deactivated my account.Reason is against their KYC.. they asked me to submit documents for closure and to withdraw my remaining balanced oh 325,000.00 last july 12, 2023..Until today they i cannot withdraw my money because it was still deactivated.. And they ask me again to resubmit documents for the 4th times and same scenario no updates.. So conluded that this COINS p is legit scammer.Hoping that all stakeholders here will be killed by their KARMa..
Terrible customer service every time i need to contact coins.ph. Last week a potential security breach of my account flagged by them but After 5 days of requesting more info my emails just ignored. I will be moving my assets after this experience.Update to review. Now 15 days multiple follow-up and still no response from their support team.If you had a security breach your wallet would be empty! Beware do not hold any amount on this exchange you are not prepared to lose.
Support is not friendly they will not updated you on time very bad experience if you have some issues it will take 2 weeks or more before it will be solved. Suck application, high fees. They can't even improve their application. No good experience on this aplicantion scam in a way of taking high fee ang holding your crypto if you did some mistakes.
after I cash_in and trade, my account suddenly freezes and I can't withdraw my hard earned money..... (my account name) Joseph Martinez........whoever has want me to show proof or screen shot of my frozen coinpro account just pm me at my messenger JOSEPH PULO MARTINEZ and I will show you also my messages to coinph support
Scammer!!!The system work fine until i deposit big amount of money (my account is address verified) then I had credit issue until customers support not even care or they just reply very slow.Never deposit big amount of money or better yet don't use this app. There many option out their.
OMG! I'm very disappointed with coins.ph coz they've locked my account w/o apparent reason, then each time i login it comes back with a message asking me to indicate verification code they've just sent to my email, unfortunately you'll never receive the verification code in your email despite clicking resend code many times! Then i decided toi send coins.ph customer help an email several times but i didn't get a single reply and when you call their hotline no one answers! they ignore customers knowing it's pandemic, what a way to take advantage! darn how irrespinaible! careful guys hope you don'f get caught in the same stressful scenario like me.
This company is pretty much milking its members. The buy price is too high and the sell price is too low.they are profiting too much, we pretty much are making this company very rich lol. Unfortunately , there is no other way for Filipinos to access a fair btc wallet since most of them are banned here , like Coinbase ( Philippines is included in the restricted users list , so we can not trade nor purchase coins from there. )
After sending around 30 US$ of cryptos to GCash using their service, I got the following questions from these wannabe data collectors (scammer):The team would like to confirm the following: 1. What is the purpose/nature of the incoming LTC last 07Dec2023? May we request proof/screenshot of that transaction? 2. From whom are the funds you received and what is your relationship with the sender?3. What is the purpose of your account creation and current usage of the account?4. May we know the purpose of cashouts to X...... Y......? May you confirm your relationship with her?5. By any chance, do you have an external trading platform; If yes, may we request complete screenshots of your trading portfolio?6. Have you joined any recent crypto or investment groups? If yes, kindly provide your reason for joining. 7. Aside from these, the team would also like to request if you can share with us any proof of your declared Source of Income and other financial documents that will support this?Only scammer like to get such data. Every scammer wants to be plaintiff, prosecutor and judge in one person.
Based on my real experience on the site, it is good. But when I've compared the rates on buying bitcoins from other crypto wallet, the price of Bitcoin buying here is really too high. I have no choice but If I am here in the Philippines I am obliged to use the site for faster transaction less additional conversion percentage. Meaning if I am using Coinsph if within Philippines I can easily convert Bitcoins to Philippine Pesos Currency, then send an amount to my ATM or any available bank to spend it. Hope my review helps.
It's easy to open an account .... but be warned that withdrawals is very difficult ... they will HOLD your withdrawal of funds until they validate your name, address etc... which is alright but they should use their common sense ... a small difference in address and your funds are put on HOLD. It took me 4 days and until now its still on HOLD and tons of service providers emailing you and but no resolution of your concern... It's irritating and frustrating dealing with coins.ph people .... no one to talk to ... just non sense repeating non value adding email exchanges ... VERY POOR SERVICE.
Useless customer service, outrageous conversion rates, and transfer fees. It takes forever to confirm BTC transfer, I sent BTC around 10 PM, and it's 2 AM the next day now, and it's still waiting for confirmations? Confirmation of what? Of the amount you scammed your clients?Stay away from this rubbish company.
I used to use coins a lot. Then they throttled my account without warning and demanded I complete their KYC procedure because I'd passed an imaginary limit they wouldn't define and none of their staff seemed to know about.I refused their KYC because it was too invasive. Since then, I have been harassed on a monthly basis by their staff, demanding I fill out their list of requirements like "please list all your international assets"Their customer service is rubbish. Staff are argumentative and unhelpful. There is no way to make complaints, it's clear senior management doesn't care about their customers.
Wow...Merk Axel is truly a financial breakthrough agent. I saw his recommendations weeks ago and I decide to startup an investment of 5 0 0 Dollar and he paid 5 0 0 0 Dollar . I am so reinvesting. Whats App him at + One Eight One Two Three Zero Two Three Zero Three Three Mr Merk Axel
I am very sad while using this company. They locked my account due to against their rules. But they ask my permission to terminate my account and they send my remaining balance.. but already 3month until now they not sent my fund. They promised me that only 20 days that I received my fund. But already 3month until now I didn't received my fund. I am requesting since June 13 and until now I didn't received it.. their reason is my account has a issues or problem . That's not good reason.
Their verification system is awful. I scanned and sent them a month old passport so it's new and they rejected it claiming I sent a photocopy(this is the same image I sent to Binance and Grab to get myself verified). I repeatedly got rejected and was fed up so I emailed them asking to close the account. They instead wanted me to send a video holding a valid ID to close the account. I mean like what the hell. They didn't even apologize for the inconvenience.Impossible to be verified and impossible to close. Horrible customer service.
one of the must worst wallet that i use.. don't put your money of these f***king wallet.. its a scam. easy to cash in but hard to cash out. when you Cash out your money they require more document, but if you provide one of the following document they will keep rejected but.. asking for another document. after provide another document still rejected.. Imagine submiting document with videos of yourself and not acceted.

“Not recommended”
NO best effort to inform you that they are extensively lowering your limits-just a message i their App, no email/text/call. Lots of back and forth and inconsistency among their replies on what docs to submit. They asked for a zoom interview also within their terms and schedule which is fine but due to this, missed time to sell and now bitcoin is down so huge losses. Service Value Quality
“Very legit site.”
This site is legit it's probably own by a Philippine company as it says coins.ph but if you are not in the Philippines you can still access coins.ph just make sure you have your international ID or what we call passport ID.In coins.ph you can buy Bitcoin, bitcoins cash, ethereum and ripple with the convenient in using your phone a piece of cake and you can also pay bills, top up your favourite online game like steam wallet there are still many things you can do with coins.
“This is my "Amazing" story!”
I lost my hope that I could get my funds back from a brokerage company I've been dealing with. This broker stole my investment from the account Thankfully I met this company and I got an opportunity to proceed with my situation. "reimbursementclub". "page". "link" / "page" They collected all of the pieces of evidence and made a strategy of how they can help me with my case. I finally could relieve from this nightmare that I got involved. Sounds to me like a pretty good job.
“So far reliable”
I have been using the coins.ph service for a quite a while now, mostly to add money to my mobile phone, occasionally for medium-sized transactions on Shopee, with which coins.ph has a nice, direct integration. I was successful in sending test transactions back and forth between coins.ph and my Filipino bank account, but have not as yet really used this capability. So far, for my purposes, coins.ph has worked reliably with zero problems. Caveat: they support only a handful of tokens, and Ethereum in particular you cannot use without incurring a huge initialization fee. BTC and BCH however work as expected. Tip for consumers:KYC is very minimal for casual use. Products used:BTC and BCH Service Value Quality
“Super high conversion and transfer fees. Bad customer service.”
Super high conversion and transfer fees. Bad customer service. I thought they're being regulated by SEC or Banko Sentral? I will move to a different platform soon.
“They think they can bully loyal customers”
My friend in the Philippines has lost her job due to their Governments covid lockdowns. So I have been sending her crypto's to coins.ph that she can use to survive, also giving her funds so she can pass on to others in need. Out of nowhere, coins.ph put massive limits on her account, so she can no longer withdraw her funds causing even more heartache to those in need. They are treating her like a drug lord demanding all kinds of information while keeping her funds hostage with no regard to how their draconian measures affect their customers. If they suspect she is laundering money, they should collect evidence of it before they suddenly treat their customers like criminals. If they want information from their customers to verify all is legitimate, they can ask for that without holding her funds hostage. She provided the information they requested and they reply with messages like, it takes us 2 weeks to review the information. Then after all that, they ask for more information, all the while the people I'm helping her support are struggling more. This Company would fit right in to the new Communist Agenda pushed by their Government. I hope this will opens the door for businesses that appreciate their customers to come in and take away their market share. I do not recommend this Company, they treat their customers as slaves and criminals. Service Value
“HUGE SPREAD and TX fee overcharged”
First look at the buy and sell spread. You realise that there sites like binance which offer competitive prices. Second, their system probably has a glitch, i ended up paying 10x the fee I agreed. I thought it was the size of my transaction. But you can see audit trail from blockchain and realise that my transaction was simple unspent BTC. Another sense check is total tx fee in blockchain for all transaction was lower than what coins.ph deducted on my wallet. Warning to everyone, always good to test the waters before trusting any broker crypto site. Tip for consumers:Dont use this site Products used:BTC Service Value Quality
“Stole my funds”
These guys just stole my funds I would tell everyone not to use them at all. They are a bunch of lowlife rats
“Legitimate and easy to use”
Legitimate and easy to use. Can be used wordwide and to top up your bitcoin wallets in case you need it for your favourite games
“Name ng support "Chance" napaka bobo mo nag lolock ng account”
Kapag malaki na balance mo nilolock na nila napaka bobo mo "CHANCE" alis ka sa work mo now na kasi bobo ka kakahiya coins ph kaya philippines napaka poor hangang ngayon dahill may mga bobo sa bawat company

How To Remove Your Information From the Internet
Whether you like it or not, unfortunately, the Internet has all your personal information stored. How did that happen? Every time you visit a simple site and accept cookies, consent to their forms, or download an app, unscrupulous data brokers collect not just your phone number, name, AND address. They also sell this to third parties, which creates a $1 billion industry a year. Your collected personal data is used by buyers to send you never-ending spam emails, targeted ads, and, of course, telemarketing calls. Crooks use all your data without remorse.
We can help. Many people have asked us about how to remove your personal information from the Internet. If you want your data deleted entirely from the online world, contact our official partners at Incogni immediately. This legitimate data privacy tool works on your behalf to officially require a ton of online brokers to remove your data.
