Is cognitoforms.com Legit?

I've written a couple of emails asking if they have Spanish translation of the survey I created. I got back the recieved your email, don't respond to this, but still no answer. We will have to have someone translate it into Spanish, print it out and send it as a hard copy because we can't get it translated on the site. I'm hoping maybe you can get them to give me a real answer to my question. Kris Ross

The customer service is absolutely great. In my family we have a total of 15 coffee mugs, and water bottles of various sizes. I believe your products are unique and we do enjoy them. Contigo Coffee mugs keep our coffee hot for 6 to 8 hours and our contigo water bottle keeps our cold drinks cool for at least 12 hours, and I have not seen other product do the same.

It was an easy build-up form. It has great features like MCQ and long or short or brief answers. And other features like customization of questions as per our requirement. It took me 5 minutes to create two different surveys. It was a good experience. Thanks

Forms are so easy to customize. Perfect for exit surveys which is what I currently use them for.

My experience was great because of the exceptional customer service. The staff was incredibly helpful and went out their way to ensure I had everything I needed. The product quality was top-notch exceeding my expectations and it was definitely value for the money. The entire process was smooth and hassle free making it a pleasant experience overall.

The platform's interface is easy to use. Many useful templates are provided and Help information is readily available. Changes to forms can be tested immediately, and system response is good. The forms builder (editor) itself is simple to use; I was able to create a couple of non-trivial forms right away, without reading any of the user guides. Payments can be collected in forms, and emails can be distributed -- both of which have worked well for me. The platform also supports workflows with security levels, but I can't speak to that. The main thing that really impressed me is that I never once encountered a glitch in the system -- the editing and publishing processes worked flawlessly, and the forms render perfectly. Overall, I am very pleased with the product.

Fantastic concept, I just wish it wasn't $40+/month to get encryption. Encryption is a basic form necessity in today's world and now its just a way for Cognito to charge you for other features you do not need.

Does a lot of things really well. Great for putting together fairly straightforward forms - I had a job application form up and running in an hour or so and it was straightforward to improve things as I went along.It does struggle as scenarios get more complex, though you can achieve a lot. Specifically, drop downs cant be dynamic (values are preset and cant update based on a users choices elsewhere within the form. Also you cant use drop downs in repeating elements as you might want.The help information covers all the basics but falls a long way short if you are more technically minded and trying to achieve something more complex. Also I was surprised not to find much of a user support community anywhere.The helpdesk has been great in that they have got me through a couple of problems and given me a couple of worked examples that solved subseqent challenges. However, as a relative newcomer to Cognito I did my reading and found the help documentation lacking. Always happy to take a persons help, but I'd have picked up more about Cognito if the documentation didn't stop at the very basics.

Needed a quick form for entries to a sports tournament and found this company.Although I am of the older generation I soon got to grips with it and when I asked a question I got an answer within a day, excellent.

I have been using Cognito Forms for a high school reunion registration. I have never used it before but it was recommended by a friend who used it for a family reunion and loved it. It was easier to figure out how to build a form and configure which fields you can collect money from. People who registered found it to be easy as well. What I appreciate the MOST was how responsive Cognito Support was. I had to reach out several times to understand some functionality and I got very helpful responses usually the same day or the day after (depending on what time I submitted the question). I had to ask a follow up question on one issue and got a quick clarifying response that solved my issue. I will absolutely use Cognito Forms again for any future needs where it will be useful.

The advanced search needs to be looked at. It is difficult to use.

Excellent product, but the one thing the free version needs is the ability to not just email a third party (one is fine), but to send a copy of responses to the individual filling in a form. This is a fundamental need that needs to be included in the non-paid version. For non-profit organisations (in our case less that 50 members), a year's subscription for 4 times a year puts the system out of reach. That's all that's missing for a 5 star.

LOVE CogitoForms! Small business owner here, found this company, and literally was able to do EVERYTHING I NEEDED! Intake forms? Document signing? Contracts? Order forms? ALL INCLUDED! Great platform to create your own full-featured forms. You have all the tools you need to create any kind of form: you can use javascript, send webhooks, create actions... The downside is that your tech and design departments must be involved as the basic forms are too basic by default (basic design, few functionalities...). What we like the most is that we can add any functionality, validation, design... that we need. We could not find any form in the market that provided us with this wide range of capabilites to edit our forms.

I absolutely LOVE Cognito Forms! I tried using Jot Forms to create my Client Review Survey, but the interface was SO cumbersome. So I googled and was thrilled to find your form designer! I love that it doesn't take long to learn how to use Cognito Forms. I was able to easily create my Client Review Survey and get it embedded onto my website page. All I wanted to have in my forms (and I mean ALL) I found in Cognito Forms without any difficulties in designing and formatting them. I'm very (honestly) very happy with the results I achieved. However, till now, I didn't get any interest from my visitors, but that is not Cognito's problem!
