After being with them for 2 years roughly i decided to let my servers expire which they did. I paid my last fee and logged out of my account but they decided to put new servers/restore servers that they told me in an email that they permanently deleted back onto my account and extort me for the money (only found out when they sent another email asking for money). I sent them countless emails and opened multiple tickets on site but no one would acknowledge what i was saying. All my emails got ignored, and support would just tell me they would fix it (never did).

I almost had to pull an all-nighter, but I resolved it quickly through the support team. I learned something new today as well. The support was absolutely excellent! 😊

I closed my account almost a year ago, after making several payments, because there was always something that wasn’t included. Ten months ago, my contact in the billing department swore in their last email (which I kept) that it was settled, that my account was closed, and that I wouldn’t have to pay anything else. Guess what? For the past month, they have been harassing me over a service I supposedly didn’t pay for. I explained the situation to them and provided proof that they had told me I owed nothing more. It was useless. I ended up paying, and I hope to never receive another bill from them again.

The support team is wonderful. I am a graphic designer with wee too many developer responsibilities, and sometimes find myself hanging off a cliff holding onto a sturdy plant (it's an Icelandic saying). Great API, features and admin interface.The support is quite good.Some processes are slow.Only lacking 2 features:- when cloning an application, all git related folders are deleted, which makes cloning complicated (it's not a real clone)- the master user cannot use chmod to update the files ownership to the application user, and the application user cannot clone private git repository because it cannot have an SSH public key

we run a multimillion pound business off the back of cloudways, supports great. features are good but you have to keep uptodate else you might find yourself in a position where the "stack" has outdated your site.

I don't think I have ever reached out for help and not gotten it fixed in the first interaction. Coming from my previous host, where everything took hours to get help with, Cloudways support is in a league of its own. You are all amazing. Keep up the good work.
