Is chummytees.com Legit?

These Tees are small and horrible quality. They were shipped all smushed together and when I wanted to return there was a 20% restocking fee, plus I have to pay for shipping plus it states if they get lost in the mail they aren't responsible? This is horrible customer service...no one does business like this anymore. Don't order these shirts. Worst quality for the price I have seen.

What a horrible place to do business with. Nasty and rude customer service, extremely slow shipping, don't ship when they say they will, never answer their phones because they know it's "another complaint" for their sloppy customer service. Blames USPS for their errors, and then tells the customer to deal with it. I just called American Express and told them not to pay these jerks. Quick and easy solution. If you have issues with this slop-shop, write a negative review and tell your credit card company not to pay them. Buyer Beware!!!!!!

Still waiting for tshirts. When I track my pkg the pkg has travelled all over the US& stuck in Montana. Company does not answer phone. I emailed I got a response that I cld get refund thru site but not possible. These were xmas gifts.I think this is a scam

I ordered 3 t-shirts and all were way too small (as you can see from other reviews, their sizing chart is not accurate). To exchange for the correct size I had to pay for return shipping and then order the new ones with a 12% restocking fee for each t-shirt. Also, they make you pay for shipping to receive the new exchanged items. Paying postage each way plus a restocking fee cost me approximately $10.00 to exchange each $23 t-shirt. BUYER BEWARE, their return policy is PREDATORY at best.

The sizing says Slim fit, but they're actually one size smaller than any other T-shirt that you order on the entire planet. If you want to exchange the item, you have to pay for shipping to them for each shirt that you purchased back and an approximate additional $2.50 for each shirt that you "exchange". They're jerks! Don't order for them. Customer service says you follow the rules And they don't compromise because I emailed them. If you didn't order the correct size that's your problem basically. BUT the sizes that they advise, like what a woman's medium is 8/10 is not an 8/10! It's an 8.

I love this shirt! It shipped super fast and the material is soft. I get so many comments on the design...people love it. I found out about this company by accident but i'll be ordering many more shirts from them after my great experience.

This company sucks. I should have known better when there wasn't a Google page to leave reviews, nor any way to direct contact them (they have an 800# they NEVER answer) and an email address (they also NEVER answer). Frankly, I should probably be grateful we even got the damn shirts. If you want ANY kind of customer service, you won't get it here. Buyer beware.

Terrible quality, overpriced, super slow shipping, and they charge 20% restocking fee on all returns. Garbage company. And my purchase doesn’t seem to offer me to write a review on their site. can’t search by review rating on their site so I only see good reviews. Not legit.

I love these t-shirts🩷 my first order was years ago and my favorite one went home with my granddaughter..so I needed to get another one..I looked to see if they were still around and found them online..I ordered two different colors ..I think they run true to size ..should have gotten an xs but small works too..I got an email after ordering, then one when shipped..came within 1 week..love the comfort and soft cotton..I almost did not order because of bad reviews but took a chance it’s just a t-shirt..It seems most problems were when returns were made and contact problems from the other reviews …I haven’t ever had a problem both times I have ordered..I really like the printing on the shirt too..after wearing I think the material may be a little different but I like how it feels so far…Would reorder again and hopefully no problems if I needed to place a return or exchange..

Horrible experience. Ordered 2 t shirts Nov 22nd, never received them. have been contacting via email, phone and instagram since then and never receive a response. Bank won't refund me and USPS won't help either. I'm just out the money. Absolutely ridiculous. Proceed with caution.

Website says '‘orders generally arrive 3 to 8 days’, great. Ordered and credit card was billed for shirts right away. Two weeks later got notification that shirts shipped but USPS tracking showed otherwise. Weeks later cancelled order but still waiting for credit.

Beware, their women's muscle T has gigantic armholes, so you basically have to wear a shirt under this shirt (do they not understand what a muscle shirt is?). Unfortunately their return policy is AWFUL (restocking fee, cost of shipping both ways, etc.), so I think I'm just out the cost of the T-shirts (which, btw, are not cheap!). That said, they did deliver what I ordered and on time, but you're stuck with what you have whether you like it or not.

The trend of customizing t-shirt is going on and everyone like it. A lot of companies are there in this industry for printing, but Chummy tees as a brand give us good quality and unique design. I think all know about their unique designs. My son wants a t-shirt of his superhero, I didn't find that stuff anywhere after searching my friend suggest me Chummy tees and they print me that and the stuff of t-shirt they provide too soft at a decent price. And my son is happy to wear it. Thanks, Chummy Tees for customization.

T shirt was fine. But customer service was horrific... they don't answer the phone and emails were either unanswered or when rarely answered, were entirely unhelpful, obnoxious, and unaccommodating... almost like I was bothering them and they actually don't want my business. Though I did find it amusing how they charged me a "stocking fee" to exchange a shirt I had ordered for a different size... then, after i cancelled that exchange (kept the original bc they were unhelpful and I lost interest), they charged me an additional "restocking fee" applied to both the exchange fee AND their shipping charge - for a shirt exchange order they never even fulfilled! So they got an extra $3.50 out of me for doing nothing. Bravo. [golf clap].

The perfect gift!I bought a vintage 67 t shirt for my husband’s 55th birthday. He absolutely loves it! Not only is it great looking, it’s SO comfortable!!! I am now in the process of ordering one for my sisters upcoming 65th birthday!!! It’s now going to be a staple gift. Great service! Great price! Great quality!

This company had terrible customer service.I spent $50 on an order that auto filled my old billing address. It was then shipped to the wrong address and Chummy Tees basically said sorry, good luck.In a market where businesses have to compete with companies like Amazon, this was terrible, a waste of money.I never received the order and I was seriously disappointed.

Placed my order for a tee shirt for my best friend for her Christmas present on December 11th. Assumed it would arrive before or right after Christmas. Now it has been over a month and still nothing. When I track the package it still shows it’s at the dispatch location in California- well I’m in New York. Beware everyone. Why can’t people just be honest?

This T-shirt is the perfect amount of faded and softness! I got it within days of placing the order, the sizing is correct and the quality is great- I highly recommend Chummy Tees!! 😊

I was not very impressed. When I placed the order, I never received an order confirmation, nor any status updates, nor shipping information. When I contacted customer service, I receive back a rude message saying that they had sent me e-mails and I must have thrown them away, although I looked through my trash and spam folders and had never received anything from them.Also, I am disappointed with the quality of the T-shirt. It is very thin material and feels quite flimsy. For the cost, I expected a little better quality. If I hold the T-shirt up to the light, It is easy to see through it.
