Is chicwish.com Legit?

I ordered this ombre purple knitted poncho with a fur trim in anticipation for my upcoming trip to Europe which will be in the cooler months. I was a little hesitant and skeptical ordering from Chicwish based on a few reviews I had read from others who are also in Australia, but I went ahead and placed my order. The poncho arrived fairly quickly and I was very pleasantly surprised at the quality of the item. I'll definitely be buying more clothes from Chicwish in the future!

Customer service is nonexistent! I’m trying to make a return. Can’t obtain a shipping label because I ordered as a guest to the site. No phone number listed on website or anywhere else I can find. All I’ve been able to do is message a chat bot which says they’re not available, takes my email and promises to respond in a day. No response after I’ve sent 3 messages. The worst. This references my order of 9/3/2024 of Halloween items. I do not see an order number on the invoice.

No. Received half the order. Tracking information is unavailable and their Contact Us page doesn't have any details to contact them on! The Chat link doesn't work either (tried many times, on different days from different devices). I've messaged them on social media but nothing. I am unsure where some people in the reviews are actually getting in touch with customer service...

The items I ordered were as good in person as in the pictures online and the skirts were true to size. I received updates throughout the order and shipping process, which was helpful since the items shipped separately. Overall satisfied with the company, customer service, and items.

Second time i ordered from ChicWish and i am very satisfied. Nice products, like in the pictures. Delivery quite fast considering the distance. I will buy from them again

The delivery process can be a bit confusing, but it's worth it in the end because the quality of the clothes is excellent. The prices are also very reasonable, making it a great value overall.

Unique clothes and good quality to affordable price. I love the pieces. Only thing that's difficult ist retoure. Be aware that you might get bonuspoints for your next order instead of your money back.I had customer service contact once and my problem was quickly and friendly solved.

I love their designs, they are unique and the quality is pretty much what you are paying for it. The items I received were definitely of great quality.

I ordered plenty of products, and some of them were OK, but one shirt was awful quality and smelled like cigarettes and a blowse that I had ordered in 2 colors, one was significantly smaller on the front parts. When I was planning to return these, I realized there is no Chichwish return office in nearby countries, so the post fees would have cost more than the clothes, so I didn’t return them.Don’t get lured into buying this low quality china clothes like I did.

I love Chicwish for unique pieces you can't find elsewhere! I recently bought the 'Pearl Embellished Puff Sleeve Knit Sweater in Red', and it is one of the most luxurious knits I own. The pearls are not simply sewn on, but actually added with metal studs, so they are not going to come out easily. The knit itself is soft to the touch and wonderfully thick. It is made in a flattering cut, with a puff shoulder and cinched waist, making me feel beautiful and confident when wearing it. Thanks Chicwish!

I was so excited when the ad for this skirt kept popping up for me! Finally, after several times I had to place my order. Halloween is my favorite holiday and I knew I could find many places to wear this skirt. It’s nice quality and I really like the velvet bat accents.The shipping was pretty quick too!

Shipping takes a bit sometimes, and it’s confusing because things will say delivered and still not be delivered for weeks, but the clothes I’ve bought are always high quality and adorable, they end up being my fav and most worn pieces

I recently bought two long skirts, 3 tops, a pair of shorts, a hair clip. They fit me perfectly, the fabrics are beautiful. Amazing quality and also at a great price.They are unique and so beautiful pieces that you can't find anywhere else.When I wear clothes by Chicwish I feel like they were created for me, I feel really comfortable and very beautiful!It was my first purchase, but I will definitely buy again, and soon!

I have now purchased 4 items from this site and I’ve gotta say, it’s worth it for me. The quality isn’t the absolute best best ever but it’s just as comparable to target, JCPenney, kohls etc. super cute items and true to size if you know your measurements (be super realistic). Ships quickly too which is a plus

Clothes were really different and are made well. Delivery was in a decent amount of time. I had a good experience and will be ordering from them again.

My dress fit perfectly and is great quality. I bought it for my son's rehearsal dinner and have worn it several times since then and always receive compliments when I wear it.

I ordered 3 items. Two of these were not good quality and the 3rd never arrived but I was charged for it. Customer Service is non-existent when you seek assistance. I have learned my lesson on this website.

The quality of the item I purchased was fair. It was sewn adequately and the fabric was ok but I did not feel it was "high" quality just better than the Chinese goods most often sold on Amazon. I liked the style of the item, the fit could have been better but it was certainly "wearable". Unfortunately the item I received was missing a fastener and I was told I would be getting a refund. That never happened. So don't believe you will be getting a refund. I noticed that if your item is not defective you will be paying return shipping. So I am giving them 2 stars for a defective item and NO refund.

I have bought a number of dresses and skirts from Chicwish and haven't been disappointed. The quality is good and I always get lots of compliments on what I am wearing. My only complaint is their tracking system is really poor, so you cant see at what stage your order is at. Having said that, delivery is quick and I will definitely be buying more items in the future.

Each experience with ChicWish is exceptional! My beautiful 3D Rose and Heart Mesh Skirt in Red is versatile and easy to pack. I expect it will receive as many compliments from both men & women (!) as my last purchase!

“Ordered two shirts and received only one!”

I had ordered two shirts from this website and I have only received one! Also I expected that the package would arrive by Christmas and I received it two weeks and a half after, which was shameful. Furthermore, the material of the shirt I have received was not of top quality and has a bad smell.

“Trying to do an exchange….”

They received my return on 1/2 and I had to message them to find out when I will get my credit. They emailed back on 1/7 saying 2 or 3 more days! The other issue is I have no idea how I will get the credit. I just placed an order and from what I can tell I do not have an account (I tried logging in-with my email that I ordered through) and it says no account! So my credit may go to an account I don't have access to!

“Terrible customer service”

Order was misplaced by carrier and not received under 2 months, upon trying on the dress does not fit but Chicwish refused to honour their return policy.

I'm very satisfied with the nice sweater I purchased for my wife. It took a little longer to be delivered - I didn't realize it was being sent all the way from China.

“Uncredited return”

I received my order, returned two of three items for credit plus a bonus spending credit but the return has not been acknowledged nor the credit made available. So I paid for items I no longer have.

“Great quality, shipping took a while”

The sweaters I ordered were great quality but the shipping took a while. I was worried I would not receive it by Christmas but they did arrive on time. Just longer than anticipated so make sure to give yourself plenty of time if ordering for a specific event.

“Perfect size”

Bought 3 maxi skirts and am very pleased with the length of the skirts. I'm tall with 35" inside leg for trousers which makes it difficult to buy bottoms the right length. I've now bought another 4 skirts. Love the vibrant colours as well. Thank you Chicwish

“Disappointed”

Arrived much later than promised. Never clearly said that it will be shipped from China? Until I was tracking the order. Missed Christmas. The skirts I ordered were see through, even with the extra skirt underneath that supposed to handle this issue.The bottom needs hemming, which costs more than the skirt!, which is already not cheep. Very disappointed. Will not order again.

“Not in time for Christmas”

My items did not arrive in a timely fashion, they arrived after Christmas in fact. I no longer wanted the sweaters and felt I should be able to send them back without having to pay the return shipping. I contacted customer service and asked if this was possible and they would not waive the fee. I'm not happy with ChicWish and would not recommend them.

I bought 2 skirts. The skirts are really pretty and were really good value. I'm very pleased with them. It took quite a long time for the skirts to be delivered so this should be noted by future purchasers.

“Returns system down, no notification”

Had a lot of trouble processing a return both on mobile and desktop. It required multiple emails back and forth to support, which, of course, support took an entire day to get back to me each time. I was grateful they got back to me, though. I just can't believe there was no warning about return issues on the website or the chat bot. It was a known issue. Why not extend the return window so people don't flood your return system a few weeks after black Friday sales?

“Lovely clothes and really good quality”

I was honestly worried about ordering clothes from Chicwish but all the ratings were good so decided to give it a go. So pleased with my purchase, bought 2 long skirts which I get loads of nice comments when I wear them and a lovely jumper which the material is so soft, I was so impressed by the quality. I will definitely be buying from them again. Also delivery was reasonably quick.

The shopping experience was easwy, the site was designed well making it easy to find what i was looking for as well as providing good recommendations. The shipping updates were accurate and sufficient and once the skirts arrived I was so happy because the quality really is fabulous! I ordered the tulle skirts and they have more than one layer of tulle which makes them beautifully breezy.

This is a great hand knitted cardigan and fits perfect to size. I wish it came in more colours, especially black. Looks good over a T shirt with jeans. Delivery took quite a while but delivered when stated.

It took a bit longer to receive the shipment. The t-shirt I ordered is very beautiful and as shown in the picture, while the skirt is a slightly different color than what is shown on the website, than I expected to get. However, overall it was a good experience.

I ordered my skirts the weekend after Thanksgiving, & the website said the product would arrive in 8-10 business days. My skirts arrived a few days before Christmas. Although I didn't get to wear them as much as I wanted, they were very comfortable & exactly as pictured..

I found the products lacking in information.particularly fabric content. And maybe some more about the styling and cut of the garment. Once ordered I was left hanging with no idea of when product would arrive.I contacted customer service and they didn't give me much better info. In the end they said it was lost in the mail. I had received the item and informed them. The skirt is nice and well cut and fits true to size.

I'm always wary of buying clothes online for fear of not knowing the quality and size of what I'm buying. But I was really impressed with my ChicWish purchase. The clothes look great, feel great and I've received lots of compliments for their unique style. I would recommend this supplier for online clothing purchases.

I've worn this skirt twice and it's a little big on me but I rolled up the waistband twice and it's fine. I'm only 5 feet tall so without doing that it's at my ankles. Love the pattern of black with candy canes on it. Got lots of compliments 🥰

Too many emails on the items. Frustrating return policy that one needs to hunt for. Deduct $20 in fees when I returned. If it fits you, you're good. If return or exchange, I'll pass for the future. Not like name brand companies. Service
