I was dubious when I made my purchase having read through some of the negative experiences people had. However my experience was excellent. I ordered a COACH Tabby 26 handbag (saving £200+ Vs the designers direct website) to the UK on 30th Dec. It arrived via courier less than a week later on 6th Jan. It was packaged in all original COACH packaging and the item is perfect. I would definitely recommend and will be using Cettire again.
The price was better than other online sites. The purchase was simple and delivery came when expected. I read online some folks doubt the authenticity, I have an in-store purchase, different colour Longchamps, did a comparison and everything (logo placements, zipper type, stitching detail, etc.) were the same.
I have no complaints. Purchased two luxury design handbags on separate occasions and both times the bags were shipped incredibly fast. Within a couple of business days the bags arrived to my country. There was a delivery issue with the first bag but that was entirely DHL’s doing (they delivered the bag to the wrong address) and thankfully DHL was able to sort it out and I received my bag. Both bags arrived well packed, in their original box, bags look beautiful and are authentic. I’m very pleased with CETTIRE and will definitely order again.

“Never received the product I purchased”

I ordered a pair of sunglasses and after one week from when I placed the order I still had not received an email notifying me that the sunglasses had shipped. They eventually responded and said there was a delay but they were looking into it. I didn't hear back for almost another week and so I had to email again. Again they told me they were looking into it. This repeated two more times until I had no choice but to cancel and get a refund. I really wanted the sunglasses so it was disappointing to say the least. “The product I received was damaged, and they wouldn't accept return.”

The product I received was damaged, so I requested a return. They asked me to send photos and said they would send a return shipping label in a separate email. I sent the photos as instructed, but I never received the return shipping label. I emailed them three times to inquire about the status, but received no reply. The return policy states that returns must be made within 14 days. This led me to believe they were deliberately ignoring me, so after 9 days, I sent an email expressing my deep disappointment with their lack of response. I also stated that if I didn't receive a response, I would initiate a chargeback and leave negative feedback on various review sites. It was only then that I received a reply. However, the response insinuated that I had damaged the product myself, which was deeply offensive. The damage was on the inside of the product and not immediately visible, so it was likely missed during their inspection. Blaming their oversight on me is extremely disappointing. The reply also claimed that they were dealing with many inquiries and that I was at the end of the queue. Previously, they had responded within a day, but this time it took 9 days, which is highly unusual. Their response stated that Cettire conducts thorough inspections, so damage is unlikely, and that they would provide store credit if I completed the return process by December 27th. Another email mentioned they would send the return shipping label separately. I insisted on a full refund because I had done nothing wrong. However, I have not received another reply, nor have I received the return shipping label. It seems they are intentionally delaying the process to make me miss the return deadline. This experience has been incredibly disappointing. I regularly spend over ¥1,000,000 annually at stores like SSENSE and Farfetch, and I had planned to shop at this store similarly. “Cettire is a scam”

This company is the biggest scam. I bought a product from them that was described as white. When I received it, it was pale yellow so I returned it. They received the return and "refunded"it, except that I never received the refund. I had to contact them multiple times and got nowhere. Three weeks later I decided to file a dispute with the bank. “Received a product that looks like USED and losing money to return it”

I bought a new Ami Paris jacket from Cettire and I received one that looks worn out on the collar part. The jacket also looked pretty dusty and wrinkly which makes me question if it was a try on item from the store. On top of that, the quality of the jacket is questionable which makes you question if it's authentic. (Stitches coming out here and there for example) When I asked Ami Paris about it, they just said that Cettire is not an authorized seller of their clothing and they can't confirm it's authenticity.
