I appreciate Catch.com.au's OnePass free delivery, which is a good option. However, always compare prices with other sites before purchasing. I had one bad experience where an item ordered in July 2022 was marked as delivered, but I never received it due to a mix-up in my apartment building. Unfortunately, I didn’t get a refund, which I believe would have been handled differently with other Australian e-commerce platforms. On the positive side, the other four items I ordered arrived without issues. Their delivery and customer service aren't on par with Amazon, but definitely better than AliExpress.

Worst experience ever. I bought an item that was advertised at $159 (seller was Digidirect). I received a completely different item. They told me to send it back so I could get a refund and that I wasn't entitled to receive the item I initially ordered because there was a pricing mistake. Then they updated the price of the item I had bought to $356. These guys should be sued for misleading consumers with fake ads and false pricing. This company is a scam!
The Vacuum was as described, well packed, undamaged and delivered quickly at no charge. The Dyson small ball upright is amazing! It sucked built-up dirt our old Dyson DC23 turbohead had missed for years. However, its motorhead failed twice with strong electrical smells, but was fixed under waranty promptly by Dyson both times.
Keeping prices in an affordable band, not price gouging but not deeply discounting
Bought a rice cooker that bubbles over and makes a mess due to the lid not securing and the bottom layer of rice is like a plastic disc. I explained issues and sent a photo with my refund request and then was asked for a video. Have since been refunded so would be happy to buy from catch of the day again.
Ordered a Devanti oven. Opened the box and the front door glass was smashed. 2 weeks dealing with Catch to get a new oven delivered. 4 weeks later new oven arrives and the front door glass is smashed again. Catch also refused to collect the first broken oven, we had to dispose of it. Second delivery same problem. Don't know if it's Catch or their delivery company but I'll never buy from there again!

Selling Fakes!!!!I brought parfums de marly Sedley from this company. I have since discovered it is a fake bottle. I smelt the original in Myer and noticed it smells nothing like mine. The one I have only lasts about an hour also. Upon inspection of the bottle, the bottom label is completely different to all my other PDM fragrances (al bought retail). I have sent the evidence to PDm directly and lodged a complaint with the ACCC. Avoid this company

On Friday 26th July 2024 I purchased a Samsung ViewFinity S80UA 27" 4K UHD USB-C 90W Business Monitor - IPS Panel for $281.07 with postage of $10 so I could use it in the Dell Optiplex 9020 SFF Desktop.
Catch has been very reliable since I joined. I have ordered many (15) items in less than 12 months. Everything has arrived quickly and in excellent condition, except for one item only, whereby a 3rd party logistics company has caused an unnecessary delivery delay. However, Catch's customer service team are amazing and helpful. That's why they're 5 stars.
Garbage, difficult company that has all these security issues surrounding “security risk”, yet when made apparent to the payment team they said that it was unsuccessful due to security risks and that it’s not guaranteed that payments will be successful in the future. Lots of back and forth with the customer service agent, receiving vague pre written answers that doesn’t even solve the problem to begin with and waiting back took 1 whole day repeating the same prewritten answers. What’s the point of opening an ecommerce company if you won’t sell? Anyway good luck losing money due to loss of buyers, you’re lucky that the only thing going for you is your prices are somewhat competitive. Can’t wait for another platform to outcompete and deliver stellar customer services and actual people who solve the problem instead of wasting time running around the oval. Do better

First they send me an email saying I may like a product. When I view the product they refuse to sell it to me because I live North of Newcastle & south of Tweed heads. They continue to sending me emails about the product they refuse to sell me. I'm done with this website and it's constantly aggravating M.O. I was glad to hear they lost 41 million Jul-Dec 2023, I couldn't have nominated any other company so deserving of its losses. Catch.com.au are thieves. I ordered something that was "In stock" to leave the warehouse in "1-2 days". I then receive and email that it is delayed, no indication of when, no easy way of contacting them (they are allowed to contact me via email but their email is "no-reply"?) and terms and conditions that say I can't cancel an order. The kick in the teeth? Their website still says that the item is in stock to leave the warehouse in 1-2 days. The chair I purchased on catch was faulty, after over a month of trying to get a return, they just flat refused a return. I was scammed out of $170, the product is completely unusable. It's wild how they take customers money and just send them junk, refuse refunds and are on to scam the next customer. Have purchased off this website 4 times now and have been very happy with results. Very prompt communication. The shipping time can be up to 28 days but this is clearly stated with every purchase and I have always received mine within that time frame. Quite a lot of the stock are Australian brands and all authentic, unlike a lot of other sale websites out there. I will continue to purchase from this website.

“Don't make the same mistake I did”
They don't offer refunds, only store credit. Shipping is through the roof, I purchased 2 items (2x small 18cm tall fake hydrangea arrangements) and delivery was $95. I wish I was joking. I only make the purchase because I didn't want my store credit to go to waste. The prices in general are also very high, you can get the same items elsewhere for cheaper. “Snails pace delivery”
On 31 October 2020 I brought a pair of trekking poles from Catch.co.nz believing it was NZ based, as it turns out it is an Australian company. Today 24 November 2020 I still have not received my order, I was sent an email on 01 Nov 2020 saying my order was dispatched that day however it has not made any progress, each time I make an inquiry I'm told it will be sent today, I check tracking still in the same place. I have received 2 items brought from China on 03 Nov 2020 so I would expect delivery from Australia to be quicker. I will not be shopping with Catch again.

I ordered a hand held steamer and was sent an iron. When I applied for a return it was approved however, due to significant illness, I was unable to get to the post office in time. After contacting them a second and third time my return request was 'rejected'. I don't understand how they justify this - they sent the wrong product. Just love the statement on your website about keeping your sellers honest with their prices. I purchased an item online for $319.95, with a delivery cost of $61.88. Your website claims the seller is Ausway 2. Imagine my surprise when I received an email from the courier advising that they had a delivery from Crazy Sales. This was the item I purchased from catch.com online. Imagine my further surprise when I went online to check the price of the item at Crazy Sales... which was the same, BUT, delivery from Crazy Sales was only $34.57... almost half quoted by catch. Looks like I found the catch in catch. How do you explain this? Is this just an add on by catch to take a little cream off the top? So much for keeping them honest. “False Advertising”
Unfortunately, my experience with Catch and their seller Find Sports was extremely disappointing. I would give zero stars if that was available. The Catch ad was for two bike tyres and two tubes. I received only one tyre. Upon raising my concern I was told this was an advertising error despite the fact that this ad remained on the site for several weeks after the issue was raised. Catch/Find Sports advertised the goods (offer) I accepted the offer and I paid the requested amount (consideration) - all the elements of a contract. Have purchased from catchoftheday several times now. Sale prices are great, Items sent quickly and packaged well. Returns - only had problem with one product, after supplying photograph of item I was advised replacement would be sent out and received emaill confirming this. Usually my first reaction was to cringe and worry about hassle I was going to receive- this never happened with catchoftheday extremely polite customer service office and actually listened to what I had to say. Recommend this website but would still advise shop-around also.

I have only dealt with this business once. The product arrived unwrapped except for the pouch it was in with a note saying who I was and what it was but no mention of who it was from or a receipt or thank you! When i wished to return it I got no response from several emails. I then contacted them through Facebook. The response was prompt and friendly but it still took several messages to sort it. The prices on this website are good, and don't take too long to arrive. The website could do with some work, to make it look more organised and easier to navigate. And, it offers clubcatch, which is probably good for you if you plan to order a lot of stuff from them. However, I got clubcatch thinking I would get free shipping on all my orders, but it is only specific items. My order was canceled after an email had been sent for me to prove my identity and send a photo of my license front and back and a utility bill because my order was over $200. Are u serious?! I hadnt checked my emails so i was automatically refunded without notice or say in the matter. A phone call would bave been sufficient but their customer service would require people with common sense. I have spent thousands at a time before online shopping and never has this happened to me. So I contacted them to see what was happening and 11 emails later all I got was called a liar.
