Is carwow.co.uk Legit?

Unbelievable service in an age where everything is about profit rather than service. Car sold at photo auction on the day arranged for more than twice the price that a similar company offered. When collected the money transfered into my account immediately (not pending) they also saved me the trouble of log book filling in by doing everything required digitally on the spot. Never imagined a car sales could he so trouble free. Thank you very much Carwow (but I wish you had a different company name !)John

Good efficient service. Felt was asked initially to set a too low reserve price, but I didn’t which I’m glad and then got 2 better bids as could have sold too cheap. Buyer tried to negotiate £200 off final price at pick up, but we settled at £100 off which was fair. Agent who came to pick up car was very polite and helpful and respected timescales. Carwow team were helpful throughout process at each stage. Recommend this method just do your own research as well before setting the right reserve price for your own maximum opportunity.

Selling your car has just become so effortless. Contacted Carwow online, filled out a form and took about 10 pictures. I had a reserve figure it went to auction online sold in a day! Collected from my house and paid for, DVLA forms all filled in online by buyer before being driven off. Easy peasy. Highly recommended. And more money than we buy!

Easy process, my vehicle capped at £7750, auction reserve was £8560 top bid came in at £9165. Documents uploaded next day, transport company Engineius booked the delivery for a weeks time am pick up. Call to say the driver was an hour away, turned up, very polite did his checks and took photos before calling the dealer. The driver had highlighted one of the scratches that I had missed (was deep to be honest) dealer said it would be £200 cost we agreed £9000 out the door. Monies were in my account within 10 minutes and an email to say the vehicle was in the trade with the dvla. No hassles, genuine people, no complaints

Process was fairly straightforward. It would be helpful if documents didn't have to be uploaded several times. We had a successful bidder who then complained about the long journey to pick the car up and tried to reduce the offer to compensate. Carwow dealt with this well. No immediately cancelled the bud and relisted. My concerns were taken seriously and I was told the bidder would be investigated.

Successfully sold my car at the reserve price so I am very satisfied overall. There were some complications along the way which were addressed by Carwow’s customer service team. A single point of contact throughout the process would have made things more efficient.

From beginning to end everything was quite easy to deal with, just follow the instructions from Carwow and you can't go wrong. The whole process is pretty easy and my car sold for a good price. I did feel slightly pressured on a sales call to submit the car direct to auction, which is obviously what Carwow want you to do. Once I made it clear that I wanted to receive offers instead it was fine.

Was dubious about the faff of taking photos etc, but the app guided me with the best angles. Well worth it! Was listed and sold within a day for a good percentage more than I was offered Buy Anyother Car service, and no hidden fees. Highly recommend and will use again

Emailed me, called me, texted me when they wanted me to sell. Once the car was sold, at an aggressively lower price than originally indicated, despite a full dealer service the previous month, and I wrote a follow up query/point of concern, no interest. Still zero response from them. Disappointing as the tech is good. I unfortunately feel like it has been a hit and run job.

How simple was this, take some photos and upload with some documents, set a reserve price and sit back. One reserve met upload some more bits and wait for car to be collected.

I have used CarWOW 3 times now. My only grouse, this last time was poor communication between CW and company buying my car. In spite of several requests to purchasing company I only knew ON THE DAY that they were coming , from Bristol, to pick up my car.Onthe good side the money was paid within the hour when the pickup did arrive.CW is a good company to sell your car to, but remember they are a facilitator,they do not buy your car. So 4 star this time !

Buyer was allowed to pull out of sale without coming to see the car a week after the auction. Given the option to relist the car for sale the next day which wasn't actioned despite my request. Followed up the next day asking for an explanation and to be relisted which wasn't carried out either. Emailed customer services to lodge a complaint and am still awaiting a reply. Generally very poor customer service.
