Made a order forgot to add to it, called immediately and they said they put the order together, receive my order package wasn't included. Called they said they needed the card number, well my thing was this you know who I am as the customer when I called and have my number,why wouldn't you just call me back. Now my Xmas orders can't be made ,I lost money. Then the lyoung lady on the phone says I'm sorry it should get her by last Wed Dec19th and today is Dec 21st and the product still has not arrived. The aggravation is unreal at this point.

The scents I ordered for my candle making were amazing!….Especially the YANKEE TYPES! Also I am finding that the Dye blocks are sooooo colorful….the colors just pop! ……and they are going to last quite awhile because I literally only need to shave a little bit of it off to mix with my soy wax!
