Is bundlestop.com Legit?

I couldn't find the planter cheaper anywhere else. I got free shipping and it arrived by UPS in 6 days. The item was dirty and had a small scrape but it's just a plastic planter that's going to get filled with dirt anyway.

I received 2 large jars of tortoise food that I didn't order. I have made several attempts to get them to reply to my messages wanting to know who placed this order and asked how to return the product to them. NO REPLY!Guess I will just pitch them :(

I only received one of the two items I ordered, immediately got in touch with BundleStop and they said their error, apologized and sent out the missing item the next day! Who does that anymore? I was obviously very impressed and will order from them again in the future!

After only receiving 1 of 2 items from the dropshipper (yes, this is a dropship website so lag time is expected. Although my order was "shipped" quickly.) Now, back to the missing item. Although I received an email confirming shipment of both items, the one not received cost $240. I was miffed.The good part is Bundle Stop immediately responded and went out of their way to make things right. And they succeeded. 5 stars for customer service.1 star is lost on the overall review however due to the original missing item. Which I did eventually receive.

All these people giving negative reviews are so used to ordering from Amazon with their quick shipping, they seem to have forgotten how shipping used to be before Amazon.I ordered some fertilizer and received the order in less than 10 days during the holidays of all times which is incredible and the price was 70 dollars less than the nearest competitor. I would definitely do business again.

The bamboo sticks were about what I expected coming from China. Dusty, dirty bamboo pieces, several were broken but overall they'll do for outdoor garden use. Not appropriate for indoor decoration, since visually they look rather dingy and cheap.

Shop for a particular item several different places. Bundle stop by far had the best price and as an added plus, they had free fast shipping. I received my item, which was big and bulky in three days. Very happy with BundleStop !

Company had exactly what i was looking for at the best price I seen anywhere else online. Shipping was fast and the whole buying experience was hassle free.

I deal with a lot of companies. They advise me of the carrier and approximate date of delivery. BundleStop failed to do this. I was in total darkness on these issues until I emailed them. Why did you not advise me at time of order? That is why I gave you 4 stars. Otherwise, all was good.

I had a very excellent experience with this company. I love a product that they carry, which I feature in my café. Their prices are so amazing! The lowest I have found anywhere. Their goal is the same as mine to pass a good product on to the public with a reasonable price.

the delivery was fast and the product was well packed; however, our suitcase wasn't deep enough to take advantage of the shelves. once it was hung up the contents were exposed and tended to fall out if jostled. Seemed a little high priced but Hubbie still loved it. would like to have a handle added for easier carry

I ordered a product on 12-29-22 and it is now 1-5-23.... 7days later and the product still hasn't been shipped out a label was made 2 minutes after I ordered it and that was it ... I check Shipping details about 40 times a day to see if it has been shipped yet and sadly it never is I'm truly sorry for the bad review but you sent me this email asking if I'm satisfied and how my experience was so I'm just being honest hope my product ships out soon 💖 thank you

My recipient said there was no information on the package for them to know who it came from, so they didn't know who to call to thank. Perhaps have a better place to write a "note" about why/whom the package is for/from etc. Perhaps they missed it? Package seemed to take a long time to be delivered.

I made a purchase days before Christmas and they are still waiting to be picked up for delivery. I’ve written twice now..doubt I’ll hear back from anyone, actually. I’ll give it another couple of days then I’m filing a claim with PayPal. Order #1005

Placed an order for a trellis on May 13. Price was $79.80 plus tax. Questioned why it wasn't shipped after 10 days. Bundle Stop issued me a refund. Suspicious that the price on the trellis increased to $116.07 plus tax a couple of days after I placed my order.

Sorry but in this day and age, taking 11 days from when the order was placed to the item being shipped is completely unacceptable. This was after I sent an inquiry 9 days after placing the order, if I had not inquired would it still be sitting in a warehouse????

This product worked exactly the OPPOSITE as intended, drawing tons of bees to all of my hummingbird feeders!! Does not work unless you are trying to get stung by bees!

Some trouble with shipping. It said it shipped and had been received, but it turns out it was an error in their system. Got a call from one of the owners to clear the situation up. But still have not got confirmation that it shipped so I am still waiting on that
