Is bstoreon.com Legit?

Rubbish! Product received was NOT what was advertised- a completely different pair of boots made from material NOT LEATHER!!! Why O why does FB allow the likes of Bstore to advertise on their platform! I was offered 10%discount rather than send them back to China!! They look like slippers and something I would not wear!!! I hope more people read this before wasting their money. This is a total con to sell slippers - they are not leather boots - save your money and do not buy into this con!

Boots were terrible quality, nothing like the advert. When I asked for refund, they said they would give 10% without returning. If I wanted to return for full refund it they said it would take months and may get lost in transit or a natural disaster and I might be liable for taxes.

These people are total scammers . I ended up sending mine back more on principle really I was also offered 10% off they didn’t fit nothing like the description at all they needed throw them in the bin. but I was so annoyed I decided to send them all the way back to China at a cost of £12 to get my purchase price and my postage back. People should be very aware that these are total scammers. I’m not sure if, they should be allowed to advertise how they do on Facebook… Can someone advise how we take measures to stop them?

I ordered boots. They were orange, so thin and nothing like the photo. They offered 10% refund which I had misread thinking they would take 10% off the original price. This should not be allowed. Total scam and disgraceful. Do not buy from this company!!!

Adverstised top quality footwear.Leather boots, orthopedic.Total scam. Offered 10% discount because they arrived damaged due to poor packaging. Then increased offer to 20% off, or send back to China at my expense. Will complain to card company.Scammers

Dishonest scammers, they described boots as leather and wool lined. They were plastic and polyester. Asked for a refund, quoting the Consumer Protection Act of 2015 which says goods must be satisfactory and as described, but have had nothing back yet. Will ask my credit card company to charge back the cost of the boots. Have kept the emails I sent and their replies. Also reported them to Facebook but they won't take the ads down. I would give them zero stars if I could.

Scam! Ordered 2 pairs. VERY poor quality. Not AT ALL as described in the description. Will be wanting a full refund. Not even delivered in a box, just crumpled together in a bag wrapped in sellotape.

Ordered 2 pairs of boots. Both pairs arrived in different sizes. Thought I was buying from the UK, but it's actually China. They expect me to pay to return them to China and only be refunded 30% of the purchase price. Fault is with them not me. Bought off Facebook through PayPal but still having problems resolving this issue.Total scammers, do not entertain buying anything off their website. Agree with other reviews showing the same issues.

If I could give them 0 Stars I would, advertised leather boots on FB, placed the order, paid additional £5.00 for shipping. eventually after chasing them, the boots arrived, nothing like what they advertised, packed in a plastic bag, the boots are plastic, and also damaged, torn, heal damaged, not fit for purpose, they offered me 10% refund, an absolute scam, I wish I had read the reviews before making a purchase, I have paid with Paypal, I will try get my money back via PayPal, TOTAL SCAMMERS . DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY .

As others have said, it's a shame we have to give any stars! Took over 3 weeks to arrive and they are hilarious! Came in a plastic bag, folded up, and weigh about 20 grams max. The soles are made of foam, and look soluble, never mind waterproof. The stitching doesn't go all the way round the sole, and I'm convinced if I touched the stitching it would just come off. The 'leather' is plastic, and the orthopedic sole is made from cardboard. Honestly they are an absolute joke. I have sent an Email to request a refund, but I won't hold my breath.

This company is scam artists and thieves! They have taken my money despite me cancelling my order well within these guidelines which is on there website they have not replied to any of my emails so now I have to see if my bank can get my money back. They claim to be a UK company but are based in CHINA! Avoid at all costs as I have also reported them to FACEBOOK and every other social media site. They are also trading under different companies so beware and don't get scammed!!!!

Ordered winter boots, with a material cuff, fur lined.Received a cheap plastic sub standard boot, no fur, the cuff not elastic wouldnt grip any calf,a cheap copy.Not leather and hand stitchedThey do not guarentee a full refund,want to fob you off with a 10 % refund! thankfully I bought through pay pal.AVOID

The company adverties leather boots with wool lining, in fact they are a cheap plastic, thin cardboard construction with synthetic lining. They came wrapped, tightly, in a plastic bag, no box. They were crushed at the toes and had lost their shape. Totally unfit for purpose and not what was advertised.

This company is a total scam! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!I bought the waterproof fleece lined orthopaedic liner boots.My boots arrived in a squashed plastic bag, and my husband thought they were slippers. The orthopaedic sole liner did not exist , they were lined with cardboard and were plastic, I could hardly get my feet in them, they are not fit for walking in let alone get wet, like they advertise, they were so squashed, they were flat.There is a guarantee of a refund on the website, but Ive emailed and got no reply, and I have put a review on their advert, warning people not to buy them and within minutes my comment has just disappeared. The Bstoreon company has also changed its name, so just don't buy these boots.What actually amazes me is that Facebook and Instagram still allow these scam companies to advertise, they police other things, and yet these companies still get away with it.SERIOUISLY DO NO BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.Ive just seen at the bottom of this review, that my review can be sent to Bstoreon.com surely not! won't they just delete it, like they have on my other reviews!!!

If I could give zero I would. I bought a pair of boots that were meant to be leather as that's what the ad stated. These are not leather, they're cheap and nasty and have plastic soles with parts of the plastic shedding and I've not even worn them, they're still in the plastic bag they came in. I paid £20 for them and wished I'd saved my money. They're not even worth a pound. The poorest quality I've ever seen and that's after waiting almost 3 weeks for them to be delivered.

Poor quality boots .Not like advertised images .Not responding to email . For refund and return details I would not recommend.

So I haven’t bought from the site but I saw an advert which had this website and also had Belkmalls.com.I tried to post in the comments of their advert that this company is possibly not to be trusted and showed pictures of the trust pilot review they have under Belkmalls- and my screenshots and comments were automatically and instantly deleted. The deletion of messages was so fast it must be ai controlled. My guess is that they set up a new website frequently so customers can’t check on the quality of the product.If they were trustworthy they wouldn’t delete my posts. And the company Belkmalls.com have a 1.2 star review on here.So I guess my advice is always look for reviews on a trusted site.Obviously I will not place a purchase. But I’d like people to be warned when they see adverts filled with positive comments that- is also part of the manipulation!

Total con artists - have now popped up on FB with a different name but the same website. Now called Belkmall. Do not order from them!

I ordered size 8, I received a very small size 41, very badly packed, folded in a in a poly-bag, they wouldn't fit my friend who is a size 6.I was offered 10% refund, I refused, they then offered me 20% refund and I can keep the boots.They don't fit me "size 8", they dont fit my friend who is "size 6".WHY❓ would I want to keep something that is of no use to me, they are not as described. I hope the charity shop will accept them. KEEP YOUR MONEY IN THE BANK.The boots look nice, but are NOT AS DESCRIBED
