Is boundless.co.uk Legit?

A very well organised and informative event. A great day out in all. Everything was well done and Jodrell Bank was an excellent place with lots of entertaining and informative things going on. Would definitely go again.The only drawback was that the car park has really tight spaces. We struggled, and our car isn't particularly large, especially by today's standards. If you're impaired mobility-wise then you will struggle unless you find an end to park on.

I rang Boundless over a week before the event to let them know that we could not attend as my husband had been given a date for a long awaited operation. I followed this up with an email, as I was aware that there was a waiting list for the event and thought someone else could take our place, also hoping for a part refund. I have had no reply at all, not even an acknowledgement. rather disappointing. Some feedback would be welcome.

Really enjoyed the member day at Jodrell Bank, very interesting and informative exhibits and shows and a free hot drink. Excellent Christmas lights in the gardens as well. Unfortunately it was too cloudy to do any stargazing but we were able to look at the telescope instead

The Boundless members discount meant value for money. The Boundless staff were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Jodrell Bank was a good afternoon out and our grandson just loved it. Especially the film show and the interactive science tools. We were unfortunate enough to miss getting tokens for the earlier events despite arriving quite early so we had to kill time by visiting the restaurant and spending time outside. The after dark illuminations outside added to the Christmas atmosphere.

We were well looked after by the Boundless staff, the reception check in was very efficient and quick.It was a very interesting place to visit but not suitable for people with younger children although the weather didn't help.The telescope dish was amazing, we learnt a lot.

The team at the gate was warm and friendly, despite the weather being wet and cold. The only let down was they forgot to hand out our drinks coupons which we had to return after checking with the staff at Planet Cafe. My boys really like the Dome Show: We Are Stars, and the big telescope.

It was a lovely day and fairly well organised except for the fact that the car park did not open until the start time which meant any number of cars were parked all over the countryside waiting to get in. Whoever came up with that idea must be mad if course people are going to arrive before the start time and as the first show started at 1.15 very few actually got to that one, consequently those who arrived first were some of the last to get in as they eventually relented and opened the gates early but those of us waiting around were not to know that. Very poor organisation in my opinion, at least tell people in your email that gates would not open until 1pm

Fab trip to Jodrell Bank. Spent a few enjoyable hours learning about space and radio waves. Staff were on hand to answer questions, nice to have indoor picnic areas on a rainy day, enough facilities such as cafes and exhibitions to browse through, even the kids colouring area was a nice touch, finally there were entertaining shows to cap it off.

Great event at Jodrell Bank. The arrival and booking in experience could have been have been streamlined. First Q was to have the QR code checked, second Q to get wristbands and site map, third Q to register for the raffle/draw and the fourth Q was for the land yard (which wasn’t really needed).

Was well organised. Shame the clouds didn't allow us to see the stars but still enjoyed looking through the telescope at the dish. The film show was awesome and the science experience interesting. The interactive exhibits were fun and educational. The staff and volunteers friendly and helpful.

This was our first visit to Jodrell Bank and we were amazed. We were greeted by lovely friendly and helpful Boundles staff / volunteers. The whole experience was superb - The Jodrell Bank story, the film, the demonstration and the illuminated grounds. The evening Pink Floyd experience was outstanding both the sound quality and visually. We loved it.

3 generations of our family enjoyed the member's day at Jodrell Bank, volunteers were very friendly & helpful, the light trail was spectacular & the exhibitions, shows & films especially Pink Floyd's Dark Side of the Moon were brilliant. It would be nice to go back here again in the summer. Thank you for the experience.

Good event, plenty of staff around to help with questions directions etc. Lots of things to see and do. Queuing to get in was a bit of a problem especially if it had been raining but a very enjoyable day

The Boundless welcoming team effectively managed us through the entrance procedures and checked we had tokens for all the shows on offer. We really enjoyed the shows and our walk around the Site. The Christmas lighting was very enjoyable.

We had a great day at Jodrell Bank, courtesy of discounted tickets via Boundless. Lots to see and do and a very interactive site. The complementary hot drinks voucher was very welcome on what was a chilly and damp day. A very well organised event.

A really enjoyable afternoon. We were directed in the car park and shown the entrance, given wristbands and token and directed to the first show, an interesting talk and demonstration of how stars are formed. We used our drinks vouchers in the cafe and had some tasty food followed by the film show.A shame that the cloud made the use of telescopes not possible but the astronomy groups advice and enthusiasm was valuable and the pictures and hands on displays kept us interested until we paid a visit to the shop and left. We didn't go to the Pink Floyd concert.

I have been a Boundless member since 1989 (CSMA) and have used a range of the member benefits but this was my first time at a Boundless member event. Jodrell Bank just for members wasn't crowded and was extremely well organised. It was beyond my expectations for such inexpensive tickets. I will definitely be looking into future events. Thank you

We loved the visit to Jodrell Bank. The talks and films we saw were really informative. The exhibitions were really interesting and the photo gallery spectacular. The adults and children were enthralled.

Very well organised. Plenty to do and it did not feel crowded as shows were staggered. Very helpful and friendly volunteers. This was our first Boundless members event and we will be definitely attending more in the future.

Made to feel welcome and events were good. Disappointed that complementary drinks did not include any consideration for children's drinks eg fruit juice.
