Is bouncepad.com Legit?

This product is worth it's cost and made of great quality. I greatly appreciated the way everything came packaged and how clear the instructions were. I would only recommend having a way for the plastic base to snap onto the metal base.

We love our new stands for our kids check in at our church! These are great space savers and they are definitely built to last. I highly recommend them and grateful that our assistant at Subsplash recommended them to us!

They accidentally packed the wrong cord. I was able to easily contact them and they were super responsive and quick to send out the correct cord. I really appreciate their customer service and quick action to make it right. Also, I have really been enjoying the stand. It looks sleek and has been a great addition to our check in area.

I am a first time customer from the United States who was searching for a company that supplied kiosks for registration purposes. My prior experiences using Kiosks has been from a consumer's vantage point i.e. to make purchases, check- in for flights or even sign in for medi-centers. I never imagined I would be the one on the other end researching companies to decide the most efficient Kiosk that would serve our needs . And yet, that is where I found myself. The initial thought of choosing the "right" kiosk/company was intimidating for me because of my lack of knowledge and understanding in this area. I did not know exactly what to look for: What made one Kiosk more efficient than another? How does this technology work? How long does it take to receive shipment? What is the return policy? How easy or difficult would it be to assemble?Bouncepad.com made my process less intimidating and more empowering. After browsing the website of the variety of kiosks by type, device, product, and environment I had a sense of what I needed to move forward. What caused me to choose bouncepad was the superior customer service I received. I had the honor and privilege to encounter James Welch on my first call. He was patient, kind, he understood the product and addressed my concerns. James was with me from the first day when I did not make a purchase (provided clarity and told me to reach out if I had any further questions); to the day I ordered, received and assembled the first kiosk (with his help); to purchasing the remaining kiosks needed and always following up. The whole process was quick and efficient. Multiple and timely emails provided everything I needed to know about shipment and delivery details. The check-in stands arrived in great condition, are very good quality, and assembly was easy. Overall, we are very happy.

Product design and quality is good; however, selecting accessories can be tricky (e.g. power port accessory needs to be customized in the case). They have no north american centre to process returns, so items have to go back to the UK and return shipping makes it cost prohibitive. They also support really old Android tablet models (2018, 2019, etc.), this needs to be updated / increased for both the case and accessories if they want to capture the Android market.For these reasons, it's unlikely that I'll buy another bouncepad.

The website said the product I wanted was out of stock. I emailed the company and asked when they would be available again. The customer service person was honest and said there was actually an issue with the website and she could take my order. She then added 10% off and free shipping due to the inconvenience. Amazing!

We like the efficiency of the space it utilizes and that the base is solid enough that it doesn't easily tip over. Everything arrive on time and was assembled efficiently.

I had a question about tablet compatibility, so I jumped on a chat with a representative from Bouncepad. They had an answer almost immediately. I ordered two stands for our brand new church and they were both delivered very quickly. They were so easy to assemble that I had both of them ready to go for our very next worship service.

The order was shipped on time and we were provided with shipping updates. The iPad Stands are sturdy and look great! They work well with our Raptor Technologies student check in/out procedures at the high school.

Bouncepad is the best. They let me exchange an ipad holder that wasn't working for us and replaced it with the perfect one that my mom really loves. They took care of everything. They made me feel like a human and listened to what I needed. I'm so thankful that companies still exist that care about their customers and provide A+++ customer service. I am a forever fan.

I initially worked with James, an Account Manager. He was very prompt and super helpful! Then FedEx lost half of the order (no fault of Bouncepad). Remi, a Customer Service Assistant, helped get replacements on the way ASAP, and told me he would follow up with FedEx. Both took great concern for the frustrating situation FedEx caused and went out of their way to make it better. I haven't even installed the product yet, but highly recommend this company based on the customer service alone!

Great product, very study.Really good comms, we purchased the wrong item (our fault) but BouncePad collected and replaced no issues.

My item was stuck in customs due too "no commercial invoice" that you were supposed to supply. and we didn't get notified.

I ordered the Static 60 and it arrived quickly, is a solid construction and looks great. The pinhole power port is a bit fiddly to find the power button but I like having the option to be able to properly turn the iPad off overnight/when not in use. Would definitely order again from Bouncepad.

Superb customer service! Unfortunately, there was a courier delay with our order, which would've delayed it for an event we needed the iPad holders for.Bouncepad were straight on it and re-sent a new order to arrive at our event in time and even tracked it for us, to make sure it made it safely!Thank you Remi, we really appreciate all your help!

We own several retail shops and wanted an easy way to give customers access to our online catalogue. We knew an iPad would be the most cost-effective way of doing this and the Bouncepad desk mount was the perfect match. it is extremely sturdy and very aesthetically pleasing - it fits our retail environment perfectly. I will defintiely use Bouncepad in the future.
